Pag may age na, sa abut-kaya, WAG NANG PUNUIN ANG MAGHAPON NG BUMPER-TO-BUMPER ACTIVITIES.
Dapat graduate na sa ganyang performance level. Wag nang dikit-dikit schedules; lagyan ng gaps for rest, transport time, meals, etc. Kung puede nga ay isang major activity lang per day.
AT maglagay ng day-gaps between busy schedules: kung busy today, rest and relax the following day. Wag sunud-sunud. Kailangang mag-edit ng calendar. Don't force yourself to accomplish more by doing more. Magagasgas lang lalo ang (probably by now ay) konti na lang na health and wellness. Pag burning candles at both ends pa rin ---kahit gurang na ---ay mas maa-advance lang ang departure patungo sa heavenly realms.
SO, RELAX more. Live more by doing less. Don't act like titigil nang pag-inog ang mundo pag nag-relax ka. Umandar ang mundo bago ka isinilang ---at patuloy na aandar ito matapos kang isilang na muli sa kabilang buhay.
Relax.
