SGPT

Question: Mataas po SGPT ko ano po yun at ano dahilan ng pagtaas?

SGPT: Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase, an enzyme that is normally present in liver and heart cells. SGPT is released into blood when the liver or heart are damaged. The blood SGPT levels are thus elevated with liver damage (for example, from viral hepatitis) or with an insult to the heart (for example, from a heart attack). Some medications can also raise SGPT levels. Also known as alanine aminotransferase (ALT).

SGPT (ALT) is primarily found in the liver, making it a more specific test for detecting liver abnormalities.

SGPT normal range is 5-35 IU/L.

Liver is a large filter, everything we take must pass through it.

- It stores all the remains of drugs, vaccines, birth control, and prescriptions we have taken throughout our entire lifetime.
- Excessive alcohol consumption.
- The fats from dairy and fried foods, as well as flour products, weaken the liver.
- Filling your stomach past 80% full slows down your liver function so that it becomes inefficient.
- Chronic and/or acute exposure to synthetic materials and chemicals
- Lack of sleep and fatigue will also weaken the liver. This is a vicious cycle because as the liver weakens it becomes more difficult to sleep. If you find you are sleepy after eating, and/or feel wide awake at 1 or 2 am, you may have sustained liver damage. You may also tend to worry at that time or have negative thoughts.

Just sharing...

Wag po mawawalan ng pag-asa sa lahat ng bagay. Pero dapat may effort kayo kung gustong maayos mga health concerns niyo. Tingnan niyo po itong pasyente ko na mataas ang SGPT at SGOT. Sumunod sa lahat ng pinayo ko, and believe it or not, wala akong gamot na nireseta. Strict diet, exercise, stress management and natural supplements lang at after one month back to normal na.

This sharing is to encourage you to help yourself. Maski sino man puntahan niyong doktor kung walang disiplina at panay kiaw-kiaw walang mangyayaring pagbabago.

Faith sa Itaas, trust sa doktor at confidence sa sarili ang the best ingredients for good health
