Gumawa ng matibay.

 In affordable price, let's flood-proof and super typhoon-proof our houses/buildings:

1. Super strong structures, foundations, posts, beams, etc.

2. Eliminate or strengthen anything that is prone to crumble, blown away or knocked down by the wind.

3. Prepare protective boards on windows that can be placed and removed from the outside.

4. Cut or thin the branches of a tree near the house and it can hit or fall on it.

5. Strengthen the grip/nail/adhesion of the roofs so that the wind will not blow.

6. If just building a house, raise the Ground Floor so that it is not easy to sink in the flood;

Keep windows facing or exposed to the wind direction small;

place a high floor or room or platform that can be visited if the flood rises;

Create a road /access to the roof if necessary to go there if the flood rises;

Put/Build at least a small kitchenette /pantry on the second floor so that there will still be a kitchen if the ground floor floods and sinks.
