Balanse
"We are raising children, not houses."
Magmula ng bumukod kaming mag-asawa, na-realized ko na "Sometimes, you can't win them all".
Ultimately, it all boils down to priorities.
Again, we are raising children not houses.
Ang hirap i-balanse ano? Pero basta ginagawa mo ang makakaya mo with good intentions, okay na okay na yan.
You can still be a good mom kahit na makalat at hindi organized ang bahay. ❤

Journey.
No stock trading post...
No motivational post...
You know life was much easier when all I did was trade every day—just grab my laptop, sit at my desk, read price action, trade, profit, repeat.
Making decisions used to be my strength. But now, I find myself pausing, overthinking, and still unsure if the choices I make are the right ones. ๐
Magpapatuloy ba sa journey na ito? Mangangarap ng PR? Why most of us are dreaming to have another citizenship? Worth it ba ito or nacchallenge lng ako. Kapag may nilatag ba sa iyong path, kailangan mo yun lakaran? Without assurance that you will succeed...
Yeah, its just me—updating. Feeling a bit lost, uncertain about life choices. It feels overwhelming, but I’m still moving forward, and seeing where life leads me. ๐
To those who follow and know me, I just want to say I appreciate you—thank you for being here with me. ✨️✨️

Life
"When we die, our money remains in the bank... Yet, when we are alive, we don't have enough money to spend. In reality, when we are gone, there is still a lot of money not spent.
A business tycoon in China passed away. His widow, left with $1.9 billion in the bank, married his chauffeur. His chauffeur said:- "All the while, I thought I was working for my boss... it is only now, that I realize that my boss was all the time, working for me !!!"
The cruel reality is: It is more important to live longer than to have more wealth. So, we must strive to have a strong and healthy body, It really doesn't matter who is working for who.
In a high end hand phone, 70% of the functions are useless!
For an expensive car, 70% of the speed and gadgets are not needed.
If you own a luxurious villa or mansion, 70% of the space is usually not used or occupied.
How about your wardrobes of clothes?
70% of them are not worn!
A whole life of work and earning... 70% is for other people to spend.
So, we must protect and make full use of our 30%.

Wisdom
WISDOM FROM RICH DAD.
From the book Rich DAD Poor DAD, by Robert Kiyosaki
1. Don’t work for money:
Rich don’t work for money. If you work for money, your mind will start thinking like an employee. If you start thinking differently like a rich man, you will see things differently. Rich works on their asset column, every dollar in their asset column is their hard-working employee.
2. Don’t be controlled by emotions:
Some people’s lives are always controlled by the two emotions of fear and greed. Fear keeps people in this trap of working hard, earning money, working hard, earning money, and hoping that it will reduce their fear. Secondly, most of us have the greed to get rich quickly. Yes, many people become rich overnight, but they have no financial education. So educate yourself and don’t be greedy or fearful.
3. Acquire assets:
Don’t buy liabilities on your way to financial freedom. People buy liabilities and think these are assets, but they are not. Many people buy luxuries first, like big cars, heavy bikes, or big houses to live in. But the rich buy assets and their assets buy luxuries. The rich buy houses and rent them, and they pay them for their Lamborghinis. The poor or middle class buy luxuries first, and the rich buy luxuries last.
4. Remember the KISS principle:
KISS stands for keeping it simple, and stupid. Don’t be too overloaded your mind when you are going to start your way to financial freedom. Things are simple and keep them simple. The simple thing to remember is assets put money in pocket and liabilities take money out of pocket. Always buy assets so they put money into your pocket.
5. Know the difference between assets and liabilities:
Assets are anything that puts money in your pocket, like stocks, bonds, real estate, mutual funds, rental properties, etc. Liabilities are anything that pulls money out of your pocket, like your house, your car, debt, etc. People think their home is their biggest asset, but it is not. A house is an asset when it generates money like when you rent a house, it generates money, and when your life in that house becomes a liability.
6. Don’t be a financial illiterate:
A person can be highly educated and become successful in their profession, but financially illiterate. Financial education is very important for any individual. Our schools and colleges did not teach us financial education. Many financial problems arise as a result of a lack of financial education. Start learning financial education and I suggest you read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".
7. Increase your Wealth:
Wealth is defined as a person's ability to survive for a certain number of days in the future, or how long they could survive if they stopped working today. Consider your wealth and whether you would survive if you stopped working today for a year.
8. Mind your own business:
If you have a job, keep your job and start a part-time business and work it. Use the time that you spend on your iPhone, parties, or any other activity, to build your business. Never leave your job until you build your own business. Don’t struggle all of your life for someone else. Start your own business and grow your business.
9. Train your mind:
Your biggest asset is your mind. Many individuals watch opportunities with their eyes, but if you train your mind, you can see opportunities with your mind. If you train your mind well, it can create enormous wealth.
10. Learn technical skills:
Your financial IQ will be raised by learning these four technical skills:
Accounting is defined as the ability to read numbers. If you want to build an empire, then this is an essential skill. By learning this skill, you will be able to understand the strengths and weaknesses of a business.
Investing: It is the science of making money.
Understanding markets: It is the science of supply and demand.
The Law: A person who knows the law of tax advantages and corporations can get rich faster than others.
11. Find opportunities that everyone else missed:
"Great opportunities are not seen with your eyes. They are seen with your mind. "
You can see many more opportunities with your mind than many people miss with their eyes. It is not rocket science, you just need to train your mind.
12. Learn to manage risk:
Investment is not risky, not knowing the investment is risky. If you want to reduce the risk, then increase your knowledge. This knowledge will not come by going to college, it will come by reading books or sitting with people who know the investment.
13. Learn management:
The main management skills are:
Management of cash flow
Management of system
Management of people
Sales and marketing are the most essential skills. The ability to sell and the ability to communicate with another human being, be it a customer, employee, fiancรฉ, friend, or child, is a basic skill of personal success.
14. Manage fear:
“Failure inspires winners. Failure defeats losers.”
Everyone has a fear of losing money.

2. Place in Water: Put the cuttings in a clear glass or jar with fresh water. Make sure the stems are submerged, but keep leaves above the water to avoid rotting.
3. Change Water Regularly: To keep the herbs healthy, change the water every 2-3 days to prevent bacterial growth.
4. Positioning: Place the jars near a bright window or a spot with indirect sunlight, like a kitchen counter.

What they taught you about money no longer works.
For decades, we’ve been brainwashed into thinking that the only path to financial success is by climbing the corporate ladder:
* Graduate from college
* Get a safe and secure job
* Work hard
* Get promoted
* Maging loyal sa company for 30 years
* Save for retirement
* Live happily ever after
But here’s the truth: That “old game” was designed during the industrial age.
Globalization, automation, and outsourcing led to mass layoffs, contract-based work, and less job security.
In reality, job security is now just an illusion.
Sadly, ang school system natin ay sobrang bagal mag-adapt, kaya it’s still teaching the old "rules" of the game.
Imagine playing basketball ngayon gamit ang tactics ng 1970s—what are your chances of winning? ZERO.
Yes, masipag ka naman, but the game of making money has changed a lot.
If you’re not leveraging the internet, automation, or outsourcing, you’re missing out on countless opportunities.
I’ve made over P250M by selling my own digital products and programs online—and earned millions more along the way.
But the best part? I’ve been able to design a life I’m excited to wake up to, running my business from home for 16 years.
I’m not telling you this to brag but to show you that I’ve been playing this “new game” for years.
Now, it’s your turn to decide:
1) Stay where you are. Do nothing and just work harder.
2) Learn the new game, and start making more money while working less.
I hope you choose #2.
If you do, I’d love to give you free access to my training on how to start a modern business selling e-books and digital products.

MY ADVICE TO YOUTHS ๐
1. Your control of your sexual urges will be the reason you are either successful or a failure.
2. Porn and masturbation is the greatest killer of success. It stunt and destroy your brain.
3. Avoid drinking alcohol like a camel drinking water. Nothing worse than losing your senses and acting a fool.
4. Keep your standards high and don't settle for something because it's available.
5. If you find someone smarter than you, work with them, don't compete.
6. No one is coming to save your problems. Your life's 100% is your responsibility.
7. You shouldn't take advice from people who are not where you want to be in life.
8. Find new ways to make money. Make money and ignore the jokers who mocks and make fun of you.
9. You don't need 100 self-help books, all you need is action and self discipline. Be disciplined!
10. Avoid drugs. Avoid weed.
11. Learn skills on YouTube not wasting your time consuming shitty content on Netflix.
12. No one cares about you. So stop being shy, go out and create your chances.
13. Comfort is the worst addiction and cheap ticket to depression.
14. Prioritize your family. Defend them even if they stink, even if they are idiots. Cover their nakedness.
15. Find new opportunities and learn from people ahead of you.
16. Trust no one. Not a single person no matter how tempted. Believe in yourself.
17. Don't wait for miracles make them happen. Yes you can't always do it alone but don't listen to the opinion of people.
18. Hardwork and determination can make you achieve anything.
Humbling yourself only takes you higher.
19. Stop waiting to discover yourself. Create YOU instead.
20. The world won't slow down for you.
21. No one owes you anything.
22. Life is a single-player game. You’re born alone. You’re going to die alone. All of your interpretations are alone. You’re gone in three generations and nobody cares. Before you showed up, nobody cared. It’s all single-player.
23. Your life path is designed in such a path that you feel needy, depressed and weak all the time. And there's only one way out, which is deciding to get out. No one but you will save yourself and your loved ones.
24. Not everyone has the same heart as you. Not everyone is honest with you as you are with them. You will meet people who will use you for their gain and then discard you once that section of their life has passed and they are fulfilled. Stay woke.
25. By age 25, you should be smart enough to:
→Celebrate the success of others
→Avoid jealousy and envy
→Keep an open-mind
→Avoid assumptions
→Act with intention
→Practice gratitude
→Speak honestly
→Exercise daily
→Avoid gossip
→Eat clean
→Forgive
→Listen
→Learn
→LOVE

Magulang

Japan.
Why do I like living in Japan? It's safe, it's clean, and it has order. There are very few surprises. Trains are on time. When you go to a restaurant, the food that arrives is exactly like it is pictured. The bakeries and food halls are immaculate. Shop workers are professional, have manners and take their jobs seriously – no phones in sight, or even talking to their coworkers about personal things. For the most part, the streets are spotless, especially in the suburban areas. You are unlikely to see weeds or stray rocks on the ground, let alone trash. I have heard some people say that the silent trains have no life, but as someone who values peace and quiet, it suits me perfectly. It is an OCD paradise, a place built for introverts as much as extroverts. I don't know how Tokyo manages it, but despite being one of the busiest cities in the world, I have found a calmness unmatched by anywhere else. Seeing a line of workers on the train platform today, cleaning a barrier that wasn't even that dirty to begin with, shows me a sense of pride, that every detail is important, and deserves attention and respect.

MABUHAY EDSA BUS CAROUSEL AND PITX! ๐
The 15 peso commuter van from Market Market brought me to Guadalupe. I walked up to the MRT station, where signs guided me to the EDSA Bus Carousel. I am so happy I used this route… the bus was clean, air con, and quick. It bypasses all traffic! Only 33 peso, and I found myself being dropped right infront of Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange. That is 48 total… instead of a 700 peso grab.
7:13pm I left BGC, 8:44pm I was in PITX.
If I don’t have a lot of luggages… commuting from BGC could be an option from time to time. Happy to have learned a little more about the route. Also, so much respect for those who battle through commuting daily. On a side note, very happy how modern, easy to navigate, and full of food PITX is. I ate dinner, and now I am on a 100 peso bus to Maragondon.
Shoutout to all bus drivers. Please do say “Salamat” (thank you) when stepping off the bus. Without public transport drivers… it would be much worse than the already “organized chaos”.
Power On, and Safe Travels!
