1. Right click at RIBBON.
2. Click customize Quick access Toolbar.
3. At Choose Commands From click Drawing Tools Format Tab.
4. Look for Shape Fill.
5. Click add
6. Shape fill will be added to Customized Quick Access Toolbar.
7. Click ok.
8. Click a cell and right click the cell and click Insert comment.
9. Right click again the cell and click show/hide comment.
10. Click the comment .
11. At the Quick Access Tool bar click Shape fill.
12. Click Picture
13. Look for the picture you will insert.
14. Click Insert.
12. Done the picture is now inside the comment.

How to insert picture in a shape at MSword 2007?
1. Click Insert.
2. Click Shapes.
3. Click the shape you like.
4. Click the shape where you will insert the picture.
5. Format will appear on the Quick access Tool Bar.
6. Click Format
7. Click Shape fill.
8. Click Picture
9. Look for the picture you will insert.
10. Click Insert.
11. Done. You now have a picture inside a shape.
