Covid 19

The things that COVID-19 made clear :

 1. United States ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ is no longer the world's leading country.
 2. China ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ won the 3rd world war without firing a missile and no one could handle it.๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพ‍♂
 3. Vladรญmir Putin ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ is a visionary.
 4. Prevention saves more lives than acting at the last moment ๐Ÿง.
 5. Health professionals ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿป‍⚕๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿป‍⚕๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿป‍⚕๐Ÿฉบ๐Ÿฅ are worth more than a footballer⚽.
 6. Europeans are not as educated and educated as they appear ๐Ÿ’ถ.
 7. We are not mistaken when we ask for more hospitals "and less war".
 8. Children๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿป๐Ÿง’๐Ÿป occupy a privileged place in nature.
 9. Oil ๐Ÿ›ข is worthless in a society without consumption.
 10. Death does not distinguish race, color, or social strata ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿป‍๐Ÿฆฑ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผ‍๐Ÿฆฐ๐Ÿ‘ณ๐Ÿผ‍♂๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿฟ‍๐Ÿฆฒ.
 11. Human beings are opportunistic and despicable, no matter their socioeconomic position when raising prices ๐Ÿ˜’.
 12. Toilet paper ๐Ÿงป is more important than food.
 13. Social networks ๐Ÿคณ๐Ÿผ bring us closer, but it is also the means to create panic ๐Ÿ‘ฟ.
 14. Now we know how animals feel in zoos.
 15. Today's children no longer know how to play without internet or TV๐Ÿงธ๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿค—.
 16. There are those who earn millions๐Ÿ’ฐ and do not serve humanity.
 17. A computer engineer ๐Ÿ’ป is important, he already knows where the internet fell.
 18. Health care workers๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿป‍⚕๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿป‍⚕๐Ÿฉบ are alone, abandoned and forgotten.  Even so, they never give up๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ.
 19. Children are now educated as free thinkers by their parents๐Ÿ–๐Ÿผ.
 20. Does aid favor the wealthy๐Ÿ’ฐ, and the needy?  Those who live day by day are disoriented.
 21. No pastor saved coronavirus patients ๐Ÿฆ .
 22. We started to appreciate the great gesture of trust that means shaking hands๐Ÿค.
 23. Humans๐Ÿ‘ฑ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผ‍๐Ÿฆฐ๐Ÿ‘ณ๐Ÿผ‍♂๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿพ‍๐Ÿฆฑ are the real vรญrus viruses on the planet.
 24. The planet ๐ŸŒ regenerates quickly without humans.
 25. We are not prepared for a pandemic
 26. Politicians take the opportunity to pull the rug from the rival.
 27. More should be invested in health rather than festivals.

RIP Dr Leandro L. Resurrecion 03312020.

Post from his son.

At around 6:25am on the 31st of March 2020, my father Dr. Leandro L. Resurreccion III, Pediatric Transpant Surgeon, passed away due to Acute Respiratory Failure brought about by Covid-19.

There were no hugs, there were no kisses, and there were no goodbyes. As a matter of fact, the last time I saw him, he was still able to smile. It gives you a kind of heartbreak that I cannot even explain.

When I was 13 years old, he was certified as a Pediatric Transplant Surgeon in the Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia. He was offered to stay there but he chose to come home because at that time there were no Pediatric Transplant Surgeons in the country. And we needed one. He did not do it for money nor for prestige, but because he was needed. He always embodied a kind of fiery passion for his profession but he always spoke of what the country needed together with such passion.

And I choose to remember him like this. Not only as a statistic in the current war we are fighting. Not only as a surgeon who pioneered for the nation. Not only as a father for his family. But as a Citizen of The World who cared for it and fought for it. He will always be our hero.

I thank God for the 57 years you gave him. I thank the country for giving him a home for those 57 years. I thank my family for being there for us during this battle. I thank my dad’s girlfriend, Tita Cheryl Singzon, for without you, we would feel forever alone. I thank my Brods in the Aquila Legis for all the support in this battle we hurdle. I thank my family’s friends for everything. I thank my dad’s friends, his batch mates, his kabarkadas, his colleagues, the Pediatric Surgery community, his PGH Family, for all the support and, most importantly, the words that helped us go through this uphill battle. Though we may lose, we’ll never bend.

Last, and most definitely not the least, I thank Dr. Es Saguil, Dr. Alvin Caballes, Dr. Benedicto, Dr. Villalobos, Dr. Albay, Dr. Roni Paclibar, and all the doctors, nurses, staff who attended my dad. I kid you not, you guys feel like family to us and without you, we would not have had a fighting chance. I also thank all the front liners. May God bless you all.

I hope I am not looked down for this, but I appeal to the National Government. Your efforts this lockdown have been commendable because I have seen firsthand how the battle against Covid 19 has been fought on with full force but I appeal that we may have a more coherent plan in order to test everyone and isolate. Let us break the chain.

Lastly, I appeal to each and every person to please, please, please stay at home, unless it is absolutely necessary. Let us not only protect our loved ones, but also our frontliners in this fight against this ravaging enemy. If we lose those who protect us, who else will?

Rest In Peace, Dad. I love you forever.
You will always be my hero.

Dr. Leandro L. Resurreccion III

Kung ika'y lalapit
Lalapitan ka niya
Ang makasama ng Dios ay tunay

Mayroong magandang
Mangyayari sayo

Kaya depende sa paniniwala mo, because your belief becomes your reality in life.

Why Japan is normal?

WHY JAPAN IS NORMAL when the entire world is shutdown??

This is an experience written by an Indian student in Japan:

I am continously thinking when Japan was the first country to be impacted by Corona from China because of the luxury ship Diamond Princess from China in January by now it would have gone to stage 4 like European countries. When Japan was hit with the Virus, My parents asked me to come back to India for few months and go back once it settles.

But in Japan everything is normal till today. We were going to offices daily, we are going to all essential services. No restaurants are closed. No malls are closed. No lockdown. Metro trains moving normally. Bullet trains moving normally. All International borders are open. Also Japan has the high percentage of old people like Italy. Tokyo has highest number of foreigners living. Tokyo is one of the best tourist attraction with lot of foreigners. Foreigners are still allowed inside.

Only services stopped are schools and public events.
Am listening to all theories of breaking the chain.
Lockdown kills the chain process for the dense country like India. Tokyo is the most dense city in the world and how is it controlled. We are leading just the normal life as usual. Am Only scared when i see updates and news from India.

I analyzed about it and probably it is because of the culture of Japanese people where the rules suggested to prevent Corona virus were practiced by them from childhood.

1. japanese people wear masks when they travel or come out.  Usually we see 60% wearing masks daily on normal days. Even they catch very little cold they wear masks. This was their culture which helped in stopping the spread and cuts the chain.

Normally any public facing person like receptionist, govt officers, doctors, nurses, station masters, train staff, police, janitors, etc wear masks daily at work. During winter we make children to wear a mask Daily so that they dont bother others when they catch cold. At home we have kodomo mask box and normal mask box. Kodomo mask is for children which fits them properly.

2. Japanese people lead a life where they dont bother others. They dont litter anything. They use dustbins only to litter or spit. Cleanliness is the part of their culture. They were taught how to be clean and public behaviour before learning alphabets in schools.

3. They dont do handshake but bow to greet.

4. Here washing hands is a part of culture. We have soaps and sanitizers in public toilets , office entrances and usually in every public space. Using sanitizers is pretty common which prevented spread of virus. I never used the sanitizers but from past 2 months am following the usage of sanitizers before entering office, using an elevator, the moment i see sanitizer try using it.

5. In restrooms i noticed that people wash their hands and also clean and wipe the sink area too to make it comfortable for the next person to use it. This is a usual practice in public metro stations too.

6. They carry wet tissue packets to clean their hands occasionally when they go out.

7. They usually maintain social distance with all

This helped Japan to prevent lockdown. This needs a lot of Sadhana. These rules were part of Japanese culture which they practice with perfection. Something to learn from Japan.

Bawal magreklamo

PARA SA MGA PILIPINONG MGA WALANG GINAWA KUNDI PURO REKLAMO SA GOBYERNO!

Mga Dapat Tandaan habang LOCKDOWN:

1. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.. Isdang wlang ulo, at latang maingay. Puro ka reklamo.
Poor tayo besh. Wag feeling rich kid. May krisis tayo ngayon.
Konting tiis at konting tikis.
Walang tong-its, walang majong, wala kang magiging bisita, so walang pa kape at pa sopas. Wala ring videoke sa last night mo na nagtatanong ng "are you having fun?". Hindi kana kasi ibuburol, libing or cremate agad. Sad db? So wag matigas ang ulo, wag na lumabas. STAY AT HOME..
Hintayin mong kusang magbigay sayo. Kung meron mag "thank u" ka naman. Problema sayo nabigyan kna may nsbi kpa.
Ingats!

Salute to them. Isama na ang mga nanay.

This Covid 19 is a big eye opener.

We are finally realising that money has no value.

Your amazing job is no longer an amazing job. Your expensive clothes now have no worth and no one gives a shit how you look anymore.

Your big house is just 4 empty walls like everyone else’s.

Your nice car is running on 4 tires, the same as everyone else’s.

We are finally seeing who the important people are, the ones who make a difference to our lives and are doing the crucial jobs we need.

Market vendors ✔️
Care workers ✔️
Medical staff ✔️
Emergency services ✔️
Farmers ✔️
Grocery cashiers and staff ✔️
Truck drivers/delivery people ✔️
Cleaners ✔️
Garbage collectors ✔️
Security Guards ✔️

These people are the ones who keep our country from tipping over, the core of our daily lives, the people who regularly go unnoticed and are often frowned upon but keep working hard, generally on a low income.

People constantly look down on them and gloat that they earn more money than them.

But what worth does your money have now? How secure is your job in the real world when we take a step back to reality?

I’m proud of all of these people, they don’t earn enough for what they do, and they’re never appreciated for what they contribute.

Be kind to them, thank them, go out your way to tell them what an amazing job they’re doing.

Could you imagine how bad this would be without them??

Be thankful, I’ll be happy to buy them all a drink if we come out the other side

#1. Uminom ng maraming mainit na liquids o inumin, tulad ng kape, sabaw, tsa, at mainit na tubig. Makabubuting uminom every 20 minutes para panatilihing basa ang lalamunan, at sa ganitong paraan mapunta sa tiyan ang virus at doon ay may posibilidad na mamatay ang virus sa tulong ng mga gastric juices at acid sa ating tiyan;

#2. Mag-gargle (mumog) ng antiseptic mouthwash (tulad ng Listerine, atbp.), o kung wala haluan ng asin, suka o kalamansi ang maligamgam na tubig. Gawin ito araw-araw. Mas magandang gawin ito kasabay ng inyong mga anak.

#3. Ang virus ay maaaring dumikit at manirahan sa buhok at damit. Ito ay kayang patayin ng sabon ngunit kung ikaw ay galing sa labas mainam na huwag munang umupo at humawak sa mga bagay pag-uwi ng bahay. Dumeretso sa pagligo. Kung hindi makakapaglaba araw-araw, mainam na ibilad muna ang damit sa arawan at makakatulong din ito sa pagpatay ng virus.

#4. Linisin ang mga gamit na gawa sa bakal dahil ang virus ay nananatili sa “metallic surfaces” ng hanggang 9 na araw. Maging maingat sa paghawak ng mga railings (sa escalator, elevator, mesa, door knobs, switch, gripo, lababo, refrigerator, susi, susian, cell phone, gadgets, atbp.) Mas maigi madisinfect itong mga ito kahit sa inyong mga gamit sa loob ng inyong tahanan.

#5. Huwag manigarilyo.

#6. Ugaliin maghugas ng kamay tuwing makalipas ang 20 minutos. Ang paghuhugas ng kamay ay dapat tumatagal ng 20 minutos din gamit ang kahit na anong sabon na bumubula. Mas mainam kung antibacterial or disinfecting soap.

#7. Kumain ng prutas at gulay. Hindi lang lebel ng Vit. C and magandang pataasin kung hindi pati ang Zinc sa ating katawan.

#8. Hindi naipapasa ng hayop ang COVID-19 virus sa tao, ito ay karaniwang tao-sa-tao. (Pero maganda pa rin yatang nag-iingat)

#9. Iwasan magkaroon ng ‘flu’ (trangkaso) dahil ito mismo ay nakapagpapahina ng resistensiya, at iwasan ang malalamig ng pagkain at inumin

#10. Kung may konting maramdaman na hindi maganda sa lalamunan tulad ng sore throat, o mga paunang sintomas nito (tulad ng parang sisipunin o uubuhin), labanan ito agad sa pamamagitan ng mga nabanggit sa itaas. Sa lalamunan ang unang atake ng virus at umaabot ng 3 hanggang 4 na araw bago ito mapunta sa lungs (baga)

๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™HEAL THE WORLD๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™AMEN!

What covid-19 is teaching us?

Source: The Sun
But multi-billionaire Gates, 64 – who donated £85 million to combat the virus last month – believes that despite the chaos, there is ‘a spiritual purpose behind everything that happens’.
In an open letter, entitled ‘What is the Corona/ Covid-19 Virus Really Teaching us?’, he wrote:

‘A SPIRITUAL PURPOSE’

“I’m a strong believer that there is a spiritual purpose behind everything that happens, whether that is what we perceive as being good or being bad.
“As I meditate upon this, I want to share with you what I feel the Corona/ Covid-19 virus is really doing to us.

1) It is reminding us that we are all equal, regardless of our culture, religion, occupation, financial situation or how famous we are. This disease treats us all equally, perhaps we should too.

If you don’t believe me, just ask Tom Hanks.
2) It is reminding us that we are all connected and something that affects one person has an effect on another.
It is reminding us that the false borders that we have put up have little value as this virus does not need a passport.

It is reminding us, by oppressing us for a short time, of those in this world whose whole life is spent in oppression.

3) It is reminding us of how precious our health is and how we have moved to neglect it through eating nutrient poor manufactured food and drinking water that is contaminated with chemicals upon chemicals.
If we don’t look after our health, we will, of course, get sick.
4) It is reminding us of the shortness of life and of what is most important for us to do, which is to help each other, especially those who are old or sick.
Our purpose is not to buy toilet roll.
5) It is reminding us of how materialistic our society has become and how, when in times of difficulty, we remember that it’s the essentials that we need (food, water, medicine) as opposed to the luxuries that we sometimes unnecessarily give value to.

6) It is reminding us of how important our family and home life is and how much we have neglected this.

It is forcing us back into our houses so we can rebuild them into our home and to strengthen our family unit.

‘OUR TRUE WORK’

7) It is reminding us that our true work is not our job, that is what we do, not what we were created to do.
Our true work is to look after each other, to protect each other and to be of benefit to one another.
8) It is reminding us to keep our egos in check.
It is reminding us that no matter how great we think we are or how great others think we are, a virus can bring our world to a standstill.
9) It is reminding us that the power of freewill is in our hands.
We can choose to cooperate and help each other, to share, to give, to help and to support each other or we can choose to be selfish, to hoard, to look after only our self.
Indeed, it is difficulties that bring out our true colours.
10) It is reminding us that we can be patient, or we can panic.
We can either understand that this type of situation has happened many times before in history and will pass, or we can panic and see it as the end of the world and, consequently, cause ourselves more harm than good.

11) It is reminding us that this can either be an end or a new beginning.

This can be a time of reflection and understanding, where we learn from our mistakes, or it can be the start of a cycle which will continue until we finally learn the lesson we are meant to.
12) It is reminding us that this Earth is sick.
It is reminding us that we need to look at the rate of deforestation just as urgently as we look at the speed at which toilet rolls are disappearing off of shelves. We are sick because our home is sick.
13) It is reminding us that after every difficulty, there is always ease.
Life is cyclical, and this is just a phase in this great cycle. We do not need to panic; this too shall pass.

14) Whereas many see the Corona/ Covid-19 virus as a great disaster, I prefer to see it as a *great corrector*

It is sent to remind us of the important lessons that we seem to have forgotten and it is up to us if we will learn them or not.

Is this true?

WELL PLAYED CHINA....
SCENE 1 : The curtain opens: China becomes ill, enters a "crisis" and paralyzes its trade. The curtain closes.
SCENE II. The curtain opens: The Chinese currency is devalued. They do not do anything. The curtain closes.
SCENE III. The curtain opens:: Due to the lack of trade of companies from Europe and the USA that are based in China, their shares fall 40% of their value.
SCENE IV. The curtain opens:: The world is ill, China buys 30% of the shares of companies in Europe and the US at a very low price. The curtain closes.
SCENE V. The curtain opens: China has controlled the disease and owns companies in Europe and the US. And he decides that these companies stay in China and earn $ 20,000Billions. The curtain closes. How is the play called?
SCENE VI: Checkmate!
ReAmazing but true
Two videos have passed between yesterday and today that convinced me of something I suspected, but had no basis. It was just my speculation. Now I am convinced that the coronavirus was purposely propagated by the Chinese themselves.
At first they were too prepared. Three weeks after the start of the roll, 14 days and a 12,000-bed hospitals were already under construction. And they really built them in two weeks. Awesome.
Yesterday they announced that they had stopped the epidemic. They appear in videos celebrating, they announce that they even have a vaccine. How could they create it so quickly without having all the genetic information? Well if you are the owner of the formula it is not difficult at all.
And today I just saw a video that explains how Den Xiao Ping gave the west a half stick. Due to the coronavirus, the actions of Western companies in China fell dramatically. China I just hope, when they went down enough they bought them. Now the companies,
Created by the USA and Europe in China with all the technology put in by these exchanges and their capital they passed into the hands of China, which is now rising with all that technological potential and will be able to set prices at will to sell everything they need to the West. How are you?
None of this could have happened by chance. China who cared that a few old men died? Fewer old-age pensions to pay, but the loot has been huge. And right now the West is financially defeated, in crisis and stunned by the disease. And without knowing what to do.
Masterfully diabolic. It had to be the communists. |
Adding to this, they are now the single largest owners of US treasury with 1.18 trillion holding surpassing Japan.
An instrument that has seen the most rally
One ☝ prospective & Analogy....
How come Russia & North Korea are totally free of Covid- 19? Because they are staunch ally of China. Not a single case reported from this 2 countries. On the other hand South Korea / United Kingdom / Italy / Spain and Asia are severely hit. How come Wuhan is suddenly free from the deadly virus? China will say that their drastic initial measures they took was very stern and Wuhan was locked down to contain the spread to other areas. Why Beijing was not hit? Why only Wuhan? Kind of interesting to ponder upon.. right? Well ..Wuhan is open for business now. America and all the above mentioned countries are devastated financially. Soon American economy will collapse as planned by China. China knows it CANNOT defeat America militarily as USA is at present THE MOST POWERFUL country in the world. So use the virus...to cripple the economy and paralyse the nation and its Defense capabilities. I'm sure Nancy Pelosi got a part in this. . to topple Trump. Lately President Trump was always telling of how GREAT American economy was improving in all fronts. The only way to destroy his vision of making AMERICA GREAT AGAIN is to create an economic havoc. Nancy Pelosi was unable to bring down Trump thru impeachment. ....so work along with China to destroy Trump by releasing a virus. Wuhan,s epidemic was a showcase. At the peak of the virus epidemic. ..China's President Xi Jinping...just wore a simple RM1 facemask to visit those effected areas. As President he should be covered from head to toe.....but it was not the case. He was already injected to resist any harm from the virus....that means a cure was already in place before the virus was released. Some may ask....Bill Gates already predicted the outbreak in 2015...so the chinese agenda cannot be true. The answer is. ..YES...Bill Gates did predict. .but that prediction is based on a genuine virus outbreak. Now China is also telling that the virus was predicted well in advance. ....so that its agenda would play along well to match that prediction. China,s vision is to control the World economy by buying up stocks now from countries facing the brink of severe ECONOMIC COLLAPSE. Later China will announce that their Medical Researchers have found a cure to destroy the virus. Now China have other countries stocks in their arsenal and these countries will soon be slave to their master...CHINA.Now here is an interesting conspiracy theory if you want:
Impact of coronavirus on stock exchanges worldwide, within 1 month:
๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ -26%
๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง -26%
๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ -25%
๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ท -27%
๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ -20%
๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ช -19%
๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ -16%
๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ -24%
๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ -14%
๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ -17%
๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ -12%
๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท - 17%
Now, look at this:
๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ (China) + 0,3%
China, creator of the pandemic, has miraculously "recovered", has almost no more cases of coronavirus. The world is now beginning to feel the effects and panic about the disease. Who recovered first ?? China itself! It seems to be that this virus was a move by the Chinese government in response to the loss of the trade war with the United States. The goal: to throw the world into recession !!!
Is the scenario not clear? They are already growing! China bought almost everything it devalued on the stock exchanges around the world ... with that the Chinese became owners of the global companies that are in China and without the money leaving China.

Message from prrd

MESSAGE TO THE NATION OF
PRESIDENT RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE
ON CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)

It has been a week since we called for a Community Quarantine and its enhanced form in Metro Manila and various parts of Luzon. We in government continue to respond to the public’s needs, mobilize resources and oversee developments. We are also addressing the COVID-19 pandemic challenges confronting our nation.

First, let me reiterate my sincerest gratitude to all our courageous frontliners in this war, especially our healthcare workers—our doctors, nurses, medical technologists, and other allied health professionals.

Maraming, maraming salamat. Asahan niyo ang suporta ng inyong gobyerno.

I am saddened by the news that the virus has claimed the lives of our doctors along the way. Lahat po sila ay bayani and not only that, talagang bumilib ako.

To the able officials and staff of the Inter-agency Task Force on Emerging and Infectious Diseases, thank you for staying on top of this situation.

To the brave men and women of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, thank you as well for ensuring peace and order in these trying times.

I also thank the rest of the frontliners who ensure that basic services are provided to our people, from those manning various government agencies, groceries, banks, food establishments, and delivery services, among others. Maraming, maraming salamat po.

To the gracious members of the private sector who are foregoing profit to alleviate the suffering of our people; to the valiant volunteers who are bravely supplementing our frontliners; [and] to the noble civil society organizations who are working tirelessly in calling for donations and performing charity work— Thank you very much for your kindness, compassion and generosity.

I especially thank Congress for granting the executive department with special powers—through the Bayanihan to Head as One Act— to the Bayanihan to Heal, rather I’m sorry, to Heal as One Act --- to effectively respond to the challenges caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic.

I particularly thank Senate President Vicente Sotto III and House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano for the strong and decisive leadership you have demonstrated in shepherding this measure to fruition during this critical time in our national history.

To the members of both houses of Congress who sponsored and voted for this measure, I express my sincerest gratitude to all of you for granting our most urgent requests. Finally, the Executive Department can move, decide and act freely for the best interest of the Filipino people during this health crisis.

The Department of National Defense and the Department of the Interior and Local Government, along with the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, are now ramping up the implementation of the National Action Plan or NAP, as we speak, to reinforce the efforts of the Department of Health in containing COVID-19.

Alam mo tatlo lang ‘yan sila eh: Department of National Defense, Department of Health, Department of --- ‘yung kay Rolly, DSWD and the DILG --- some of the most important departments that are now in action.

Reports on our progress on the National Action Plan will be given regularly by the Secretary of National Defense, serving as the National Action Plan chair with the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government as vice chair.

To the Filipino people, rest assured that your entire government is working hand-in-hand to safeguard your health, safety and well-being in the face of the threat posed by COVID-19. We will address all the different issues brought about by this pandemic as well as ensure the protection of all of our people, especially those who are serving in the frontlines.

Supplies of food, water and other essentials will be provided to you throughout this ordeal. Financial assistance will also be extended especially to those in the margins and the vulnerable groups. Halos lahat ho makatanggap.

I now call on every Filipino to participate in this war by following the guidelines set by the national government and your local officials. Nothing is more important [now] than your cooperation.

I repeat: Stay at home. Huwag matigas ang ulo. The outcome of this war depends largely on you as well.

I also call on relevant agencies to ensure the speedy delivery of basic medical supplies and equipment to health facilities. From the approval, importation and to the delivery, everything must go smoothly to make sure that we do not waste time.

I… Alam mo isang bagay talaga na alam ng lahat is itong pa-dilly-dally, patamad-tamaran. Kailangan pagpasok ng papel, process mo kaagad. I-linya mo ‘yung --- you line up the tables where the papers should go one after the other para madali. Cut red tapes. I do not want red tapes. I do not want so many questions. Pagka sinertify (certify) ng isang government employee ‘yan, I said, do not commit a mistake and we will all be happy and comfortable. Huwag ninyong…

To my fellow public servants, let us set aside our differences and work in solidarity to overcome this pandemic. We only have one common enemy and that is COVID-19. Our transparency, integrity, accountability and responsiveness are needed and I expect all of you to exercise all these in safeguarding our fellow Filipinos.

As President, I assure you --- I assure the public that the government is on top of this situation at all times. We will not leave anyone behind.

I ask the entire country for your patience, understanding and utmost cooperation. With your support, I am confident that we will emerge triumphant. Nothing is more formidable and resilient than the Filipino spirit.

Matindi ang kalaban. But we will not surrender. Hindi tayo susuko. Tayo ay lalaban.

Yes, things will not be easy. [But] we Filipinos are tough. Mas malakas ang Pilipino sa anumang hamon. Now, we all must do what we can and must. Para sa ating bayan.

I look forward to the day that we Filipinos can finally claim victory [in] this war and emerge as a stronger and more united Filipinos and Philippines.

Maraming salamat po. Usbon nako, ayaw mo’g kahadlok. Tagalugin ko: Huwag kayong matakot. Nandito ‘yung gobyerno ninyo para kayo pagsilbihan at totoong pagsilbihan. Salamat po.

Let's help everyone.

Wala pa nga kaming vest, as in hubad.  So suicide squad ang ganap namin dito."

PPE, o personal protective equipment. Surgical gloves, aprons, gowns, face shields, masks, goggles, boots.

May maling-mali rito.

May halos dalawang buwan tayong headstart.

Pag short-term, ibig sabihin ko e yung magagawa within the the next 30 days. Pag medium-term, yung magagawa withing the next 2 to six months. Pag long-term, yung period after nung medium.

Yung sa long term, dapat talagang sibakin yang si Health Secretary Duque. He's more of a politician than a public health expert. We need technocrats para sa DOH, and Duque is NOT a technocrat.

To watch his live video go to: https://bit.ly/33Hnrog

Tulungan natin silang matulungan tayo.

COVID-19

Day 9 of Quarantine

1 instant noodles = ₱10.22 srp
1 lata ng sardinas = ₱17.50 srp

Apprx.

as of 2016 600k ang current population ng bacoor
nakss 15M agad ung nilabas.

tanong per day basis ba to or hanggang april 14?

kung per day basis to well cge, give the credit to Ate Lani kudos. So panu kung one time bigayan lang to? sympre
bored ako nag compute ako.

As of today March 24 2020 merong pang 20 more days hanggang April 14 2020 para matapos ang ECQ

eto na lets do the math!!!

2 meals per day nlng tayo mga bess wag na mag merienda matuto tayo mag tipid

2 kilo ng bigas / 20 days = 50 grams/day yan lang pwede mo isaing
1 instant noodles apprx. 55g per pack = 2.75 grams/day
1 lata ng saridinas apprx. 155g per can = 7.75 grams/day

meaning ang budget ni Ate Lani is ₱7.50 per day sa isang pamilya

buti pa nung eleksyon may pa ₱500 per voters ngaun ₱7.5 nlng ang budget per day

as per website nila

imposibleng walang budget ang City of Bacoor, so Ate Lani beke nemen.

SLOW DOWN muna kayo..

1. Back to BASIC muna tayo.. FOOD, SHELTER & CLOTHING tulad lang ng dati.
2. STAY AT HOME.. muna tayo...
 a) bonding with the family
 b) no work deadlines
 c) no bills, no travels and tours, no overtime, no gambling, no to tsismisan, no Road works, no cutting of trees, no build build build na sumira na ng KALIKASAN...

Please...

1. Artista
2. Basketball Player
3.Doctor
4. Pulis
5.Matatanda at ordinaryong tao

So... walang pinipili... Lahat pwede... Naliligo man o hindi naliligo... May alcohol man o wala

KAYA, HABANG NASA BAHAY, TAYO PO AY MAG MUNI MUNI at MAGDASAL.

In times of crisis, we pray hardest for our government to succeed and for our leaders to make wise and timely decisions. But this does not mean that we simply let their inefficiencies pass without saying a word.

I hope the City Government of Bacoor takes this criticism constructively.

Public office is a public trust. Public officers and employees must, at all times, be accountable to the people, serve them with utmost responsibility, integrity, loyalty, and efficiency; act with patriotism and justice, and lead modest lives (Art. 11 Sec. 1, Phil Constitution). We hope that you will always give us a reason for our trust. We pray for the best and we know we will rise again.

Let"s be realistic avout Covid-19

Let’s Be Realistic about Covid-19

It will never happen.

So think POSITIVE.

Heal the World song by Michael Jackson.

There are ways to get there
If you care enough for the living
Make a little space
Make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make it a better place
For you and for me
If you want to know why
There's love that cannot lie
Love is strong
It only cares of joyful giving
If we try we shall see
In this bliss we cannot feel
Fear of dread
We stop existing and start living
The it feels that always
Love's enough for us growing
So make a better world
Make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
And the dream we were conceived in
Will reveal a joyful face
And the world we once believed in
Will shine again in grace
Then why do we keep strangling life
Wound this earth, crucify its soul
Though it's plain to see
This world is heavenly
Be god's glow
We could fly so high
Let our spirits never die
In my heart I feel you are all my brothers
Create a world with no fear
Together we cry happy tears
See the nations turn their swords into plowshares
We could really get there
If you cared enough for the living
Make a little space
To make a better place
Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me
And the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me
You and for me

Breathing the air of God.

TRUE STORY!

A 93-year-old man collapsed and was transported to the hospital. He was given oxygen to support him for 24 hours. After a while, he was better. So, the doctor gave him his 500,000f mark, and when he saw the bill, he started crying. The doctor told him not to cry because of the bill. But the man said, "I do not cry because of money, I can
pay all the money. I'm crying because for only 24 hours of using oxygen, I have to pay 500,000f, but I've been breathing the air of God for 93 years. I never pay anything, do you know how much I owe him? "The doctor lowered his head and burst into tears.
Now, to you who read this, you breathe the free air of God without any price to pay for years, please, take just 2 seconds of your time to write just a "thank you to God" for free God's services in your life ...

So sad. Our prayer.

CALLING FOR A WHOLE WEB OF PRAYER WARRIORS

Yesterday, I received a text message from a friend of the family of Dr. Greg Macasaet, an anesthesiologist and a dedicated frontliner in the fight against COVID19.  Apparently, as they attended to patients in the emergency room of a hospital, Dr. Greg and his wife (who is also an anesthesiologist) both got infected by the virus they were fighting.  They submitted themselves to a COVID19 testing and both came out positive.  But between the two of them, Dr. Greg appeared to have been more severely affected by the disease.  Soon he had to be put in the ICU because he developed a pneumonia and was beginning to have a shortness of breath.

Dr. Greg continued to communicate with his family and friends using his cellphone, making calls and text messages.  When he started to realize how serious his condition was, he sent the following text message yesterday:

“Good evening, my beloved brethren ! The turn of events is just no longer going in my favor.  The feeling you get, aside from extreme pains all over, difficulty of breathing and as if all life is being sucked from your body ! They will be putting cutdown lines and central tubes on me anytime soon ! If they intubate me and place me on ventilator, then the game is almost over ! If Ateng (referring to his wife) survives, then my wish for her and Raymond (his son who is with autism) for a long and happy life will bear fruition ! Raymond however needs financial and emotional care for the rest of his life ! Something I may no longer be able to fulfill! It Is my fervent hope that all of you may assist the rest of my Family in our most difficult times!”

Dr. Greg’s text message made me realize that the greater pain he was suffering was the thought that, if he and his wife do not survive this virus, nobody might look after their son.  But what gave me greater pain as a bishop was that part in the message of the family’s friend that said, “Dr. Macasaet wants to receive the last rites but doctors won’t allow anyone go near him. The family requests for words of encouragement, Bishop. Thank you po.”  Then he gave me the cell phone number of Dr. Greg.

I immediately tried dialing Dr. Greg’s phone, to no avail.  Soon, the friend sent a follow up message saying that Dr. Greg could not reply to his cell phone anymore because he had to be intubated already.  But he gave me the cell phone number of Dr. Greg’s wife, Dr. Evalyn, also an anesthesiologist.  Apparently, she had been isolated in another room because she was also infected but continued to monitor her husband by communicating with the doctors through her cell phone.  I was able to get Dr. Eva on the line.

She spoke like a regular doctor when I asked how her husband was doing, using medical terms I did not quite understand.  She spoke the same way when I asked how she herself was doing.  She managed to get me to understand that the extent of the infection on her was at least not as serious yet as with her husband.  When I said, “Would you like me to bless the two of you?  I understand that even priests are not allowed in the ICU... I can give you a pray-over right now over the telephone.”  Without waiting for me to finish my sentence, she answered, “Yes, yes, please do that, Father.”  She was silent as I prayed over her and her husband.  And she said a loud “Amen” when I concluded with a blessing.  But I could sense that she was disoriented.  She just kept saying “Thank you, thank you, please continue to pray for him.”

Dr. Greg died this morning at 4:00am.  He was the second casualty among our frontliners.  Just a day before Dr. Greg was intubated I read on FB the requests for prayers for the eternal repose of a young and promising cardiologist, Dr. Israel Bactol MD.  Dr. Bactol also got exposed to an infected patient and quickly developed the same symptoms, was eventually intubated and... died.  He was just 34 years old.

After I read the prayer request for Dr. Bactol, I had the idea of typing in the search engine of FB “frontliner doctors infected with COVID19”.  The search led me to several posts, giving me a fuller list of frontliner doctors who have also been infected by COVID19, and for whom urgent requests for prayer are being passed around by their fellow frontliners.

Aside from Dr. Bactol and Dr. Macasaet, there were ten others in the list—names of very well known doctors, who are presently putting their own lives on the line as frontliners in the fight against COVID19: Dr. Raul Jara, also cardiologist, who is now intubated and hooked to ventilator,  Dr. Sally Gatchalian, President of PPS (I  googled the acronym and found out that it means Philippine Pediatricians’ Society), Dr. Francis Dimalanta,  pediatrician, Dr. Marie Valbuena, with progressing pneumonia and now intubated in the ICU, Dr. Kiko Lukban, Dr. Tess Castro, Dr. Relito Saquilayan who was also COVID positive but happily now improving,  Dr. Gerard Goco, specialized in Nuclear Medicine, also presently intubated, the well known Dr. Ayuyao, pulmonologist, who is being prepared for intubation, and of course, Dr. Greg’s own wife, Dr. Evalyn, who, along with her son Raymond, are now grieving the untimely demise of Dr. Greg.

In more normal times, doctors are usually more discreet about disclosing the medical conditions of people, considering data privacy and all that.  But we are not living in normal times.  You could sense panic in the desperate plea of doctors for prayers, for spiritual and moral support.  You could sense that they themselves are afraid for their own families that they could also get infected and not survive this nightmare.

There is another thing that they are not saying and I wish to say it myself, “Could it be that our own doctors and nurses and other health workers in the frontline are not adequately protected from infection?”  We see online what sort of protective gears doctors and nurses are made to wear in China, in Italy, in the United States.  I wonder if our doctors even have decent accommodations while attending to their patients and are unable to come home because of the lockdown, or because they are afraid to infect their own family members.   If even our best doctors in well-equipped private hospitals are vulnerable, I wonder what it is like in the public hospitals.

Whoever you are, if you are reading this at this very moment, would you kindly join our invisible web of prayer warriors who are at the frontline of another aspect of this fight against the COVID19–namely, the spiritual battle?  No matter if you’re Muslim, or Buddhist, or Catholic, or Protestant... can you please join in praying fervently that God protect our frontliners who put their lives on the line to protect us from this devastating plague? (Further reinforcement to prayer, as recommended by Jewish, Muslim & Christian traditions, are fasting and sharing food with the hungry.)

Covid-19 critical stage.

CREDIT TO: Leonides Rivera, [17.03.20 10:38]
NASA KRITIKAL STAGE TAYO, BASAHIN AT UNAWAING MABUTI.

Una, may 2 uri ang covid19. Yung asymptomatic at ung symptomatic.

See references below.

Pwdeng bank manager, guard, lawyer, teacher, student, artista, vendor, negosyante, medical personnel, driver, etc ewan dko alam.

So pwdeng yung kasalubong mo, katabi mo, kaharap mo, gaano man ka-cute sya or may anghit, or gaano man kabango ng perfume nya, maaaring carrier sya.

Under study pa yan.

Pangatlo.

Open for target tayo ng kalaban the moment na lumabas tayo.

BRACE FOR FULL IMPACT, ika nga.

WALA. NO CURE YET.

Message from Pope Francis.

☘A beautiful message from Pope Francis:
“Rivers do not drink their own water; trees do not eat their own fruit; the sun does not shine on itself and flowers do not spread their fragrance for themselves. Living for others is a rule of nature. We are all born to help each other. No matter how difficult it is…Life is good when you are happy; but much better when others are happy because of you.” Let us all remember then that every changing colour of a leaf is beautiful and every changing situation of life is meaningful, both need very clear vision. So do not grumble or complain, let us instead remember that Pain is a sign that we are alive, Problems are a sign that we are strong and Prayer is a sign we are not alone!! If we can acknowledge these truths and condition our hearts and minds, our lives will be more meaningful, different and worthwhile!! ☘☘☘
๐ŸŒฟWish you a blessed day ๐ŸŒฟ
