Stock lesson.

 Mga dapat nyo matutunan today;

1)52 week high= within 1 year of price action, nagrecord sya ng new high price

2)ATH= All time high.

“Study hard, Harder you must”.

Yes, just like me wink πŸ˜‰πŸ˜˜

The Empress

Magkkwento muna ako, sana mabasa mo 😊😊

Pinakamalaki kong Gain this Year is sa $MM= 102% Up with 263k gain and still holding.

Pinakamalaki kong cutloss this year is umabot ng 30k pesos, aroung -11 to -15% loss.

Pinakamarami kong charity drive is this year, simula nun March until this December.

Wala akong travel outside the country this year, pero halos maikot ko ang buong Ukraine. Pinakagusto kong adventure na nagawa ko this year is rafting, 3hrs Atv ride, first time ko kasi mag Atv at natatakot ako pero super sarap pala ng ganun adventure . At saka yun paulit ulit na zipline with extreme activity.

Saka sa 2021, gusto ko lng maging alive, live and feel life without fear... Saka maging mabuting tao...

And I know for sure na hindi ka nya pababayaan. πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

Sad but true

Penalize the government,  from bgy to malacanang level for making it difficult for the telcos to get those permits.

I was a consultant of one of these 2 big telcos few years back. My area was mindanao. To get bgy clearance will take 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes a month.  Then you will apply for building permit, this is where the struggle is super real. Aside from senseless requirements like zoning clearance, ecc from denr,  and if your cellsite is on a flight path you need to get clearance from aviation authority. If the sangunian panglungsod or bayan wants to flex their muscles and pride , you need to appear before them on panel questioning to appease their fear of radiation. Now the govt wants to penalize these telcos for slow internet when in fact it is the bureaucratic process that is holding them back.

Gratitude

Benefits of Practicing Gratitude

Keeping a Gratitude Journal has made me more appreciative of the people I get to meet and talk to every day. And while saying “Thank You” seems to be just a simple act, the positive effect it brings to others and yourself is valuable.

1. Gratitude helps expand your network.
Showing appreciation can help you win new friends. According to a 2014 study, thanking a new acquaintance makes them more likely to seek an ongoing relationship.

2. Gratitude boosts your physical well-being.
A 2012 study found that grateful people experience fewer aches and pains. They also tend to exercise more often and more likely to take care of their health.

3. Gratitude is good for your mental health.
Psychologist, professor, and author Robert A. Emmons claims that gratitude increases happiness and reduces depression. It helps decrease feelings of envy, resentment, frustration, regret, and other negative emotions.

4. Gratitude makes you kinder.
People who regularly practice gratitude have stronger empathy. A 2012 study has discovered that they are more considerate of other people’s feelings and show less aggression, even when others behave badly towards them.

5. Grateful people sleep better.
Writing in a gratitude journal before bed will help you sleep better and longer. This was the conclusion from a 2011 study.

6. Gratitude increases your self-esteem.
A 2014 study has found that gratitude reduces one’s tendency to do social comparisons. Grateful people can appreciate other people’s success, and less likely to feel resentment towards others who have more money or better jobs.

7. Gratitude fosters resilience.
Grateful people have higher mental strength. They handle stress and overcome trauma better. This has been proven in a 2006 study, which found that Vietnam War veterans with higher levels of gratitude experienced lower rates of PTSD.

Gratitude and Wealth

Having a grateful mindset helps improve your health – both physically and mentally. This, of course, helps you become more productive and brings out optimal performance at work.

Opportunities are always connected to people. And gratitude helps in making you more pro-social, to interact and communicate better with other people.

Lastly, it makes you emotionally stronger. It provides mental toughness to overcome life’s challenges and difficulties, to persist through failures, and push forward towards your goals.

So, if there’s one habit you ought to learn this new year, why not try practicing gratitude? You’ll thank me for it.

Be grateful. Merry christmas 2020

“ Imbis na mabwisit ako dahil almost 30 minutes na ako naghihintay sa pila, natuwa pa ako habang naririnig ko sila:

"Tagal ko hinintay to pare, may pambili na ko ng bagong sapatos ng anak ko."

"Uy nakakuha ako 2,000 dami rin naming mabibiling handa nito."

"Bait ni boss binigyan tayo bonus."

Nakakatuwa lang kasi even they received small amount as their Christmas bonus, hindi sila nagreklamo, instead, inappreciate nila and inisip pa din na these are blessings. Unlike others, pag binigyan mo ng pandesal gusto pa burger. Be grateful of what you have received. “

Cont Palayan Mayor

Interview Highlights on relationship with family and God during "The Boy Abunda Interview Specials" --

1. As a daughter…

- "Well, I was born in Gapan Nueva Ecija, May 6, 1969, I'm the eldest amongst 3 siblings, 2 boys ang mga kapatid ko, and then we left Gapan when I was about 6 years old, so when we left she's [Mother] in Germany I think back then, as a Nurse, she was there for 3 years straight, and then she went back [here in Philippines], and then she left again for work sa Saudi Arabia as a Nurse again."

- (On father) "Strict, kasi hindi ako pwedeng magwork as student, talagang pinipilit ko lang siyang magsummer job ako"

- "I wanted to explore, hindi niya ko pinapayagan mag cheerleader, although nagawan ko ng paraan na mag cheerleader ako."

- "Ang memory ko sa kaniya [father] is he tags me along when I was a little sa office niya, and I get to know yung colleagues niya,  and then he brings me to lunch, that’s my fondest memories of him."

- (To parents) "I'd like to thank them very much kasi kumabaga hindi naman parang, hindi naman nila ako pinabayaan, tapos thank you so much for the genes, kasi yung stubbornness ko, yung focus ko, yung heart ko, I got it from them and now I'm passing it to my kids, kaya salamat salamat talaga sa mga magulang ko dahil otherwise hindi siguro ako magiging successful if not for them."

- (To father) “I'm thanking him I'm so glad that I was able to take care of him. Kasi I was in the States when he had heart attack the first time around, parang doon nag-flash back na parang kulang yung time namin together kaya umiyak talaga ako noon pero good thing medyo mature na 'ko when he moved on. Hindi na kasing hirap."

2. As a mother...

- "I'm the person who wants everything for my kids. I don’t want them to go hungry that’s why I give them allowance, the best school, and spoil them in a way but strict also in many aspects, sa time when they come home because I fear for them."

- (To children) “When they need me, I'm there all the time."

- "I'm so happy with my son, kasi he left London, for the reason na...sabi niya ‘I never realized mom and dad are getting old so I wanna go home and be there for them’."

- "I'm so happy na yung outlook ng son ko is for him to take care of us".

- (On son’s coming out as gay) "When he opened up, hindi na siya nasa bathroom all the time, nasa hallway na, normal na normal na siya."

- "I'm sweet pero matapang."

- "[My daughter] Viandrei, I can see myself in her, parang nasa kaniya yung people person."

3. As a wife...

- "In the beginning I’m really taking good care of Sir Bong, kaya lang when I became the Mayor, talagang pinag sisilbihan ko siya before pero ngayon my husband has to make his own coffee in the morning.”

- "Ang kagandahan sa kaniya very understanding si Sir Bong, I call him Sir Bong kasi."

- (On relationship) "I think we're equal."

- “Ang kagalingan sa husband ko, masyado siyang nakatutok sa akin up to now. Hanggang ngayon at my age nakabakod siya sa akin.”

- (The love language) “At the end of the day, nasa bed kami. Nagti-tickle, nagkakagatan, kinakagat ko yung tainga niya. Oo, nang-iinis siya, ahh nakahiga na'ko, sumampa na ako and I ask him, 'May kailangan ka pa Dad?' And then 'Wala na', sasampa na ako sa bed and yet paglalaruan ka niya ‘Babes kuha mo'ko ng coffee’, ‘Babes kuha mo ako ng water’, ‘Kuha mo ako ng meds’, ganun ganun....Paglalaruan ka lang, so everynight mayroon kaming ritual."

- "In the morning, he make sure either matawagan ako or yung malaman niya kung nasaan kami, tinatawagan niya yung driver ko kung I'm in the meeting already" so ayun namomonitor niya wherever. Hindi ko kailangan ng GPS, alam niya where I am".

- "With his [Sir Bong] help, nadedevelop talaga ako. He helps me be who I am at the moment. We wouldn't sit here kung hindi dahil sa kanya, so anlaki-laking bagay na ginawa niya for myself, who I am at the moment, yung pagiging nanay ko sa mga anak ko, anlaki-laki ng tulong niya."

- "Sa pagiging nanay siguro alam niya na I would know better."

- "We still hold hands whenever we walk, we still hug a lot of time and say I love you, kiss, play, call, video call every night, every day, twice a day as much as possible."

4. As a child of God...

- "Everything I offer to God, lahat talaga we give out to people, because I ask the Lord for the safety of my kids, and nakasupport kami sa church, we are building yung aming church."

- "Everytime I give hindi ko tinatanong yung religion, because, oo nga't iba iba kami ng religion but we have one God."

- "Ang fear ko sa totoo, to be honest, hindi sa akin eh, sa husband ko ayokong mawala siya, while I'm still alive, gusto ko mas mauna ko sa kaniya. Ayokong gumising one day wala na yung asawa ko. Di ko kaya."

- (To God) "Through His assistance marami akong nagawa, for many people for my family but what I would like to relay to him is thank you for giving me a good life and my kids a good life.”

- "Sabi nga ng lola ko sa akin, because you keep sharing you keep giving, 10 times fold ang babalik sa'yo."

"I never thought of myself as somebody special. I'm just pretty normal person doing my job in an extraordinary way."

Dewey

Dewey (Roxas) Boulevard in the 1960's...

The original name of Roxas Boulevard was Cavite Boulevard, it was renamed Dewey Boulevard in honor of the American Admiral George Dewey whose forces defeated the Spanish navy in the Battle of Manila Bay in 1898. The boulevard was again renamed Heiwa Boulevard in late 1941 during the Japanese Occupation and Roxas Boulevard in the 1960's in honor of President Manuel Roxas, the fifth president of the Republic of the Philippines...

To help is pure.

 Hello everyone.

So this is my beautiful, sweet and loving younger sister, Sol. 🌻

Last December 6, 2020, she was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called Guillain Barre Syndrome, also known as GBS. Her body's immune system mistakenly attacks part of her nerves.

She can barely move her hands, but she can't walk and can't even talk. She was also intubated immediately and was sent to the ICU due to her critically low oxygen level.

Currently, she's admitted to the hospital (Perpetual Las PiΓ±as), and the bill has already reached PHP 200K and we still have no idea how long she'll be staying here.

Together with our family and O'Mask , we hope that you can help us through this fundraising campaign that we made for Sol. For every purchase of SOL Rise Up facemask, you get to donate 25 PHP. We have two designs available, and these designs really mean a lot to my sister. You may use the codes S1 and S2 upon ordering the design you might like.

🌻 S1 / S2 facemask: 75PHP only

It would also be amazing if you'd like to go with the alternative. You can deposit to the following bank accounts:

GCash: 09155377067

Account name: Camille Cuello

BPI: 3639200476

Account name: Camille F Cuello

BDO: 004120223275

Account name: Jomar Dadoacon

Any amount is highly appreciated and could go a long way. Please continue to pray for my sister's healing and fast recovery. Thank you so much and God bless us all!

Tubig.

2. Well-hydrated - uminum base sa pagkauhaw.

3. Hydrated but need to drink water - uminum pa ng konting tubig.

4. Probably hydrated but need to drink more - uminum ng 1-2 glasses of water

5. Likely dehydrated - drink 1/2 liters asap.

6. Dehydrated - drink 1 liter immediately.

Cancer signals

Cancer Signals in Both Men and Women

1. Appetite loss.

Many conditions, from depression to the flu, can make you feel less hungry.  Cancer can have this effect by changing your metabolism, the process your body uses to turn food into energy.

Stomach, pancreatic, colon, and ovarian cancers also can put pressure on your stomach and make you feel too full to eat.

2. Blood in the stool.

Cancers can bleed, but so can a bunch of other things, like ulcers, hemorrhoids, infections, or a sore. When you see red in your poop, the blood is often from somewhere in your "GI tract," meaning your esophagus, stomach, or intestines.

One way to tell where the blood is coming from is by how light or dark it looks. Bright red could mean the bleeding is in your rectum or the end of your intestines. A darker color means it may be from higher up, like a stomach ulcer.

No matter what the cause, blood in your stool needs to be checked out. You may need a colonoscopy or other tests to find the problem.

3. Blood in the urine.

When it shows up in your pee, it could be a warning sign of a problem in your urinary tract. Kidney or bladder cancer can cause this symptom, but it could also be due to an infection, kidney stones, or kidney disease.

4. Cough that doesn't go away.

A cold or the flu can make you hack away, but it's also a potential symptom of lung cancer, along with red flags like chest pain, weight loss, hoarseness, fatigue, and shortness of breath. See your doctor if you can't seem to shake it, especially if you're a smoker.

5. Extreme fatigue.

It's one of the most common cancer symptoms. We're not talking about a normal type of tiredness here. It's exhaustion that doesn't go away. If changing your activity level or getting more sleep doesn't make you perk up, see your doctor.

6. Fever that doesn't go away.

When your temperature goes up, it's usually a sign you've caught an infection. But some cancers, including lymphoma, leukemia, and kidney and liver cancers, can also make that happen.

Cancer fevers often rise and fall during the day, and sometimes they peak at the same time. See your doctor if you have a temperature of over 100.5 degrees F that lasts for more than a few days.

7. Lump in the neck.

It could be an infection, but it's also an early warning of mouth, throat, thyroid, and voice box (larynx) cancers.

Cancer lumps usually don't hurt. If you have one that doesn't go away or grows, see your doctor.

8. Night sweats.

In middle-aged women, it can be a symptom of menopause, but it's also a symptom of cancer, or an infection.

9. Skin changes.

A telltale sign of skin cancer is a growth that starts to look different or a sore that doesn't heal. See a dermatologist for any spot that:

- Gets bigger or thicker

- Changes color

- Has an oddly-shaped border

- Is bigger than a pencil eraser

- Crusts or scabs over and doesn't heal

10.Swollen lymph nodes.

Lumps in the side of your neck are most likely from strep throat or another infection. Less often, cancers like lymphoma or leukemia can make the lymph nodes swell up.

Breast cancer that has spread can cause swelling in lymph nodes under the arms. If the swelling doesn't go away in a week or so, have your doctor take a look.

11. Trouble swallowing.

A feeling like there's a lump in your throat is a common symptom of heartburn. Less often, when you find it hard to swallow it can signal cancer of the esophagus. If the feeling doesn't let up or it gets worse, see your doctor.

12.Shed pounds without trying.

Up to 40% of people who are diagnosed with cancer have lost weight. There's no obvious cause. Get any unexplained weight loss checked out.

Sabi mo.

Sabi mo last year/last month magstart ka ng magInvest, pero patapos na taon hindi ka pa rin nagstart?? 1k lng pwede ng magopen ng sariling accnt, magopen ka na para maka one step forward ka...

Sabi mo magiipon ka na, magtatabi for emergency fund... Hindi mo kailangan biglain, paunti unti pwede nman. Sabi nga pag may sinuksok may madudukot.

Be responsible with your money...

Be kind to yourself and improve your life.❤️❤️

Ears with hydrogen peroxide

Ear infection and cerumen impaction is very common children and adult alike. One useful way of cleaning the ear is through the use of peroxide.

Can You Clean Out your Ears with Hydrogen Peroxide?  If you are worried the following points will prove otherwise:

1. It removes bacteria through oxidation, so the skin will not be affected,

2. It is antimicrobial so it prevents growth of bacteria

3.  It is antiseptic in nature.

4.  Prevents foul smell coming from ear discharge

However, if there is any kind of reaction, one should stop and seek medical help immediately.

Buhay noong araw.

Noon, during elementary days...pag walang klase maliligo sa ilog or dagat. During those times, everyone in our neighborhood treated each other like family.

Lahat ng magkakapitbahay ang tawagan ay Auntie/angkol, nang/nong, tiya/tiyo, dai/dong, lola/lolo, even if they were not related talaga. We went out somewhere kakain ng bayabas, balimbing (pag walang bunga, talbos na lang ng bayabasπŸ€ͺ, caimito, makopa at ibapa (). Pag uuwi ang damit puno ng amorsiko. We're happy roaming around our neighbor's yard, πŸ˜‚ mamumulaklak ng mangga at santol then hihingi pa ng asin sa kapitbahay. We got dirty till the sun set (minsan makukurot pa kasi madungis na). Pag the sky is orange πŸŒ… (basta orange ang langit uulan bukas).

We didn't eat fast food 🍟 πŸ” kasi wala pa, d pa uso ang McDonald's, Mang Inasal at Jollibee . We ate home cooked meals; ginisang kangkong, pako, papaya , ginataang langka, inihaw na isda, tinolang manok, nilupak na saging. Kontento na sa home made ice candy at ibebenta tig .50centsπŸ€—. Makakapaglaro lang pag tapos na lahat ng trabaho -sungka, tubig-tubig, unggoy unggoy sa baraha, step in-step out, tumba lata, jackstones, sipaktakraw, patintero πŸƒ, luksong tinik, jolen, tansan, taguan, syato, dampa, bahay-bahayan🏠 , Chinese garter, baraha pares-pares, saranggola, pitik-bulag, tago-tagoan maliwanag ang buwan.

There was no bottled water 🍢, iigib ng tubig ilalagay sa banga para malamig ang iinumin kung galing sa banga . Pinupuno ang drum para panligo at panlaba .We would share the same bottle of royal, coke or mirienda , pepsi after giving it a wipe with our dirty hands or sleeves.

There was no such thing as a mobile phone or any other electronic devices πŸ“΅. We weren't AFRAID OF ANYTHING. If someone had a fight, that's what it was magsuntukan lang...kids didn't have guns πŸ”« or knives πŸ”ͺ and not worried that someone would post something nasty about us for the whole world to see.

The sun was our curfew. If 6pm na madilim na we would run home as soon as we could kasi pag matigas ang ulo, at magbibingi-bingihan yari ka dahil may sinturon or sanga ng bayabas panghampasπŸ˜‚ 🏑. School is life... 🏫 it was mandatory✏️ πŸ“’Bahala walang baon basta skwela. Mamamalo pa si teacher pag may kasalanan ka or mababa score sa quizzes pero disiplina lang. We watch our mouths around our elders πŸ‘΄ πŸ‘΅ because we knew we would get reprimanded if we were disrespectful in any way. (katakot mapalo, makurot!)

Best Experience Ever.. Pero may Forever din pala...

Copy paste lang po...

Push.

A group of tourists was visiting a crocodile farm and they were in a floating structure in the middle of a crocodile lake. The owner of the farm shouted: "Whoever jumps into the water and swims to shore, will receive 10 million dollars. The silence was deafening.

Suddenly, a man jumped into the water. He was chased by crocodiles, but with great luck he was unharmed. The owner announced: "We have a winner!!!".

After receiving their reward, the man and his wife returned to the hotel room. The man tells his wife: "I did not jump in myself ... Someone pushed me !!!"

His wife smiled and said coldly: "It was me!"

Moral of the story: "Behind every successful man, there is always a woman to give him a little push" ... πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Mayor Rianne Cuevas

Interview Highlights on leadership and challenges as the Mother of Palayan during "The Boy Abunda Interview Specials" --

1. On Celebration of Palayan’s 55th Anniversary before and after pandemic…

-“Before the pandemic, talagang it’s a one week celebration and ends up with a variety show. We invite showbiz people to entertain not only Palayanos but other people who would like to see their idols and of course other activities like Motocross.”

-(After the Pandemic) “We had few events, yung makatuturan for the Palayanos katulad ng housing kasi dumadami yung resident ng Palayan so we would like to put up a building na parang condo type for them tapos mayroon din kaming na-bless na mga bahay to answer disaster resiliency.”

2. On COVID-19 and when ECQ was implemented by President Duterte...

-“After his announcement, we got busy kasi we were preparing PPE’s already, looking for suppliers. Ang hirap noon eh yung mga masks, alcohol. So we were trying to compute and then we sent it to Palayan . We supplied first ang aking mga medical staff and other frontliners and nung nakumpleto na sila, we have to give to other municipalities plus dito na nga pumasok yung sinupply namin yung chicken, vegetable goods, rice sa mga barangay and money.”

-“Nagkaroon ako ng random testing in all barangays. We did 10,000 plus. Sa test, isa ako sa mga nag-piprick sa kanila. Hindi nila ako nakikilala kasi naka-mask, naka-PPE.”

-“Once there is a lot of number like in one barangay, covid positive, nag-lolockdown ako. Ang isang strategy that I’ve made, if there are OFWs or yung sinasabi nilang LSIs who are coming, you cannot enter our barangay. You have to pass through our RHU. Once you’re cleared, isolate ka sa bahay niyo and wala kaming death so far.”

3. On farmers…

-“Every year, I give recognition to the farmers. We have this farmer’s congress wherein we acknowledge yung growth nila and we ask them about their issues. We bring in mga people who can teach them. People who they can connect with and of course as surprise, they get to have yung mga raffle na kalabaw, biko, sako ng fertilizer, mga plow, etc., kambing, manok. We connected with API and the other agencies to teach them, to help them. Palayan is one of the areas na we have a lot of storage facilities for onions so there would come a time na mayroong surplus of onions. Pwedeng yung mga surplus ay Class B’s siguro. They can buy the cheaper price.”

4. On changing and empowering Palayanos’ mindset…

-“What I did, binibigyan ko sila ng confidence. Now itabi mo ako, kaya kong sumabay sayo . You expose them once there is training available, I send them because you’ll learn from travelling. So training may available in Boracay, may available in Davao, may available in anywhere, nakakapag-plane sila so natutuwa sila. Naeexpose . exposure lang naman ang kailangan ng mga Palayanos.”

5. Projects for OFW’s…

-“Regularly may Job Fair kami. Na-kick off ko na rin yung OFW day. It is a whole day event and then yung mga nahihirapan, if they want to be repatriated, to come home inaassist namin. Pagka sinesend off namin, binibigyan namin ng allowance.”

6. Projects for Senior Citizens…

-“Quarterly, to divide the 3,000 Senior Citizens registered to us, pupunta kami ng plaza concepcion and we sing to them, we do games. Afterwards, we give them gifts just to acknowledge them and tell them that they are still with us. During this pandemic, ako mismo, with the DSWD team, we went to barangays, give them regalo. Wala ng celebration pero at least we let them know you’re being remembered.”

7. On Healthcare Programs...

-“Political entry ko is through medical assistance. Other politicians give P150, P500 , P1,000 , P2,000 if they ask for medical assistance. Kami what we did, talagang we assist them from the time pumasok sila sa hospital hanggang madischarge, and most often than not, pati yung kanilang medication.”

8. Initiatives on Education…

-“Yung mga teachers, I have the time na i-equip sila sa English proficiency and I believe in computer literacy. I-dadownload nila iyan sa mga estudyante nila and then there are also times na kami nag-coconduct kami ng computer literacy and english proficiency. Nagkaroon kami ng Business Center. Tuloy-tuloy po yung programa up to now so I like to put in GRMC that I’ve known when I was young. Gusto ko siyang gawin na Saturday for those students na interesado. Kasi nga importante sa atin yung ugali ng mga Pilipino, importanteng ma-hone. Kailangan nandun pa rin yung mapagkumbaba, magalang, may regards to the elders.”

-“We started opening yung One-Stop Shop ng Government. Kung OFW ka and you have to process your documents, you don’t have to go to Manila, you don’t have to go to Pampanga, you have to go to Palayan City.”

9. On a progressive Business Hub…

-“May open business hub who can cater and give job opportunities for the young people.”

-“There is a Call Center Sutherland which employs Palayanos and Nueva Ecijanos to hire people from areas close to Cabanatuan, Gapan, San Jose. Naglagay po kami ng mga satellite recruitment offices and training centers para i-train sila. If they pass, mayroon na po silang pupuntahan sa Business Hub and during the training, para ma-entice na rin yung mga bata, they get to have allowance for their transport, food. I ask this to be put up para sa mga Palayanos to have a job near them. Kasi ang ugaling I’ve learned about the Palayanos, ayaw nilang nalalayo sa pamilya kaya po nilagay namin ang business hub diyan sa Palayan.”

10. On Informal Settlers…

-“Nadadagdagan nang nadadagdagan ung shanti namin pero even if after I'm done , gusto kong mapaayos ang area nila. Ang isa kong issue talaga ay yung mga nag-gagrab ng area. Landgrabbers. Unti-unti naman naming naaayos with the help of other agencies like NHA and PAGIBIG, nakakapagtayo kami ng housing programs for people.”

11. For Anti-Illegal Drugs…

-“Nag-start na ko ng information dissemination sa mga bata and I called it the Anti-Illegal Drugs Summit so every year iyan. We inform the kids or the youth about the bad effects of doing drugs.”

-“Normally for rape cases amongst little girls, nakapag-drugs yung violator so I’d like to get opportunity sana to inform the little girls on how to protect themselves and knowing and sensing na ito ay dangerous person.”

12. On Corruption…

-“The money that the LGU of Palayan is getting goes back to the Palayanos so they benefit. Kaya ang ganda-ganda, na-fast track ko yung development sa Palayan because of this.”

13. Against violence…

-“Tahimik ang Palayan because maybe we have a good partnership with the army and the police. Talagang I keep close contact with them, I support the programs. Kaya for every time I feel, I sense na may darating na problema, I tap them and once I tap them, they support me. During this COVID, sila rin yung isa sa marami kong kasama.”

14. On converting Gun for Hire Men...

-“Give them employment. Once you give them employment and support their family, tatahimik and buhay.”

-“Sabi ko, ‘Tahimik na kayo, would you rather go back to sleep sa lupa ngayon na nasa kama na kayo or maging magulo ang buhay niyo?,’ and they opted to stay behind kasi nga tahimik, nag-dedevelop ang Palayan and they see the development.”

-“Kaya maraming crime is because of poverty.”

15. On advocacy as a Mayor...

-I really enjoy and love helping and good provider yung husband ko. I don’t need to take money from the government. Ibigay ko nalang sa kanila. Itulong ko nalang and the extra allowance I get.”

16. On being loved or feared by the people...

So if I do that, other staff or other people looking at you will also do the same.”

17. On politics...

-“It is not more of politics. I think it is more of me knowing that I can do something for a community kaya ako nandito. And I’ve proven and I can prove some more.”

-“I don't call it politics, I’m a public servant.”

18. On love of public service…

-“You get to see people love people, how people engage people.”

“I am Mayor Rianne Cuevas and ina ng mga anak ko at ina ng lungsod ng Palayan.”

Guyabano

 ANG PABORITO NAMING GUYABANO

(Marami syang health benefits)
