I fired....
I Fired a Single Mom for Being Late, then Found Out Why and Begged for Forgiveness..........
For nearly six years, I’ve been a manager, always convinced that I was fair—strict, yes, but fair. Rules are there for a reason, and if I start making exceptions, where would it end? That’s the reasoning I used when I let Celia go last week.
She was late again—her third time this month. Our policy was clear: three strikes, and you’re out. When I called her into my office, she didn’t argue. She just nodded quietly, grabbed her bag, and left without a word.
Later that day, I overheard two coworkers talking. “Did you hear about Celia’s son?” one of them asked. “Yeah,” the other responded. “She’s been sleeping in her car with him.”
That’s when I learned the truth. Celia had been evicted weeks ago. Her ex-husband was long gone—no child support, no family to turn to. She and her six-year-old son had been living in their car. The reason she’d been late? Every morning, she had to drive across town to a church where they could shower before taking him to school.
I was overwhelmed by guilt. I hadn’t just fired someone for being irresponsible—I had punished someone who was struggling to survive.
The next day, I tried calling her. No answer. I texted her. Nothing. Determined to make things right, I began searching—calling shelters, food banks, any place that might have helped her. Most places couldn’t share information, but one woman at a downtown church hesitated when I mentioned Celia’s name.
“She was here two nights ago,” she said. “Picked up some food and blankets.”
Just when I was about to give up, I spotted an old sedan in a grocery store parking lot. The windows were fogged, and from beneath a blanket in the back seat, a small face peeked out.
I knocked softly on the window. A moment later, Celia sat up in the driver’s seat, her expression guarded. When she recognized me, her face went blank.
“I’m so sorry,” I said quickly. “Please, let me help.”
I offered her the job back, no conditions attached. More than that, I wanted to help her rebuild. My cousin managed an apartment complex, and there was a vacant unit. No deposit was needed, and I knew of programs that could help with food and childcare.
She glanced at her son, then back at me. Her shoulders trembled.
“Okay,” she whispered.
The weeks that followed were a blur. My cousin got her into the apartment. The company approved a small pay increase for her, and I did everything I could to connect her with assistance programs. It wasn’t a perfect fix, but it was a start.
One afternoon, she walked into my office. “I just wanted to say thank you,” she said. “Not just for the job—for seeing me.”
She smiled, and for the first time, it truly reached her eyes.
That night, I sat in my car, reflecting on how close I had come to making an unforgivable mistake. It’s easy to get caught up in rules and forget that people aren’t just names on a spreadsheet. Everyone has a story, and sometimes all they need is someone to listen.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that kindness shouldn’t come with conditions. And sometimes, the right thing to do means breaking the rules.
**By the way.
..... This is a true story.............

AVOIDING UNNECESSARY PRESSURE
1. Put your kids in
schools you can afford
because expensive
schools don't
guarantee good
results. Just ensure
they attend a good
affordable school
2. Rent apartments you
can pay for
conveniently. Don’t live
in a house you struggle
to pay yearly.
3. Let’s plan our lives and
live within our means.
Save more and spend
less.
4. Some women buy food
for their children every
morning before going
to school or even for
the whole family, do
you know it’s cheaper
to cook at home?
5. Some people don’t
earn much, but have
DSTV at home, go for
GOTV and upgrade
when your income
upgrades. It’s still the
same CNN anyway!
6. Eat healthy meals and
protect your family
from mosquitoes to
avoid going to the
hospital always.
7. Take advantage of
food and fruits in
season, its cheaper
and you can be
creative to create
amazing meals.
8.Don’t copy your
neighbor’s lifestyle,
she earns well and her
husband is a ‘big
man’
9. Don’t follow trends,
wear clean well-
ironed clothes and
keep your hair neat.
You would still look
good.
10. Keep your circle
small, keep only
friends that have
senses!
11. Above all things, have
the fear of God, have
integrity, don’t be lazy
and be prayerful.
12. Planning is the key, if
you fail to plan, you
PS:Ifplan to FAIL.
13. Don't do more than
your budget this
Time, there is no

Appy Fermented Water Fertilizer
# Best Times to Apply Fermented Water Fertilizer:
1. *Early morning*: Apply the fertilizer during the early morning hours when the plants are most receptive to nutrient uptake.
2. *After watering*: Apply the fertilizer after watering your plants to help prevent burning the roots.
3. *During active growth*: Apply the fertilizer during the active growth stages of your plants, such as during the vegetative or flowering phases.
4. *Every 1-2 weeks*: Apply the fertilizer every 1-2 weeks, depending on the plant's nutrient requirements and growth stage.
# Precautions:
1. *Dilute the fertilizer*: Dilute the fermented water fertilizer with water (1:10 to 1:20 ratio) to avoid burning the roots.
2. *Monitor plant response*: Monitor your plants' response to the fertilizer and adjust the application frequency or dilution ratio as needed.

Cellsite distance.
Gaano Kalayo Dapat ang mga Cell Sites sa Isa’t-isa?
Depende ito sa Coverage, Capacity, Quality, at syempre — Cost.
⸻
1. Coverage
Usually mga 2 to 5 kilometers in open areas,
⸻
3. Quality
⸻
And finally — Cost.
⸻
Bottom line:
Hindi lang ito basta distansya.
Cell site placement is a balance of:
• Gaano kalawak ang dapat abutin (Coverage)
• Gaano karaming users ang kayang sabay-sabay (Capacity)
• Gaano kalinaw at tuloy-tuloy ang connection (Quality)
• At gaano ito kakayanin ng budget (Cost)

COMMON INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND HOW TO ANSWER THEM.
By Mr VIDAMBU Sam.
1. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ?
The interviewer is not interested in hearing stories; they simply expect to know your academic and professional achievements, your name and the institution you currently work for. Take a minute to introduce yourself, and state your recent academic qualification and your relevant experience (if any).
''My name is [Your Name] and I am a recent graduate of [University Name] with a Bachelors of Science in [Degree]. I am a highly motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for learning and growth. I thrive in fast-paced environments and constantly look for ways to improve and take on new challenges.
In my previous role as a [Position Name] at [Company Name], I was responsible for [List of Responsibilities]. I have a proven track record of success in [List of Accomplishments].
I am excited to learn more about the [Position Name] position at [Company Name] and believe that my skills and experience would be a valuable asset to your team.''
2. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE BEST CANDIDATE?
The recruiter expects you to tell them about your professional achievements and the unique skills you possess that will add value to the organization. If you are a Customer Care graduate then you should tell them that you are a good listener and patient; these are the qualities the employer is looking for.
"I believe I am the best candidate for this customer care role because of my skills and experience, as well as my passion for helping others. I have a strong academic background in customer care, and I have also gained valuable experience through my internships and volunteer work. I am a good listener and I am patient, which are essential qualities for a customer care representative. I am also a team player and I am always willing to go the extra mile to help my colleagues and customers.
In addition to my customer care skills, I am also a highly motivated and adaptable individual. I am always willing to learn new things and I am always looking for ways to improve. I am also a quick learner and I am able to grasp new concepts quickly.
I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be successful in this role, and I am eager to learn more about your company and how I can contribute to your team. I am also passionate about helping others, and I believe that my customer care skills would be a valuable asset to your company."
3. WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES?
The question is not simple as it looks; most candidates go blank when they face this kind of question. Take your time in explaining why you can’t leave the office before you complete a task. You can also inform them how you are quick to trust a person, which in most cases makes you a victim.
For example, if you are interviewing for a customer care role, you might say that your weakness is that you are a perfectionist, and that you sometimes have trouble letting go of tasks until you are absolutely sure that they are perfect. You could then explain that you are working on this by setting deadlines for yourself and by delegating tasks to others when necessary.
Here are some other examples of weaknesses that you could mention in an interview:
Procrastination: "I sometimes procrastinate on tasks that I don't enjoy, but I am working on this by setting deadlines for myself and by breaking down large tasks into smaller ones."
Hello Delegation: "I have difficulty delegating tasks to others, but I am working on this by learning to trust my colleagues and by giving them clear instructions."
Communication: "I sometimes have difficulty communicating my ideas clearly, but I am working on this by practicing my communication skills with friends and family members."
Organization: "I can be disorganized sometimes, but I am working on this by using to-do lists and by setting up systems to help me keep track of my work."
Public speaking: "I get nervous when I have to speak in public, but I am working on this by taking public speaking classes and by practicing giving presentations to friends and family members."
No matter what weakness you choose to mention, be sure to explain how you are working to improve it. This shows the interviewer that you are self-aware and that you are committed to personal growth.
4. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS?
The employer wants to know whether you are ambitious or you’re the kind of a person who secures a job and then you forget about yourself. Answer the question by stating how you intend to further your studies and grow professionally as you strive to meet your employer’s goals.
(It is important to tie your goals to your employer's goals because no employer would be willing to hire and invest in a rookie who will leave their organization in a year or less after they have invested in training the individual).
"In five years, I see myself working as a customer care manager, leading a team of customer care representatives and helping to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience. I am also interested in developing my training skills and becoming a mentor to new customer care representatives.
I believe that my skills and experience in customer care, as well as my passion for helping others, make me a good fit for this role. I am also a quick learner and I am eager to take on new challenges. I am confident that I can achieve my goals and become a valuable asset to your team."
5. HOW DO FRIENDS DESCRIBE YOU?
The question is testing your personal attributes, when answering it ensure that you don’t over exaggerate. Take the shortest time possible to state the best attribute you possess that you believe will add value to the institution.
My friends would describe me as a good listener and a caring person. I am always willing to help others, and I am always there for them when they need me. I am also a good communicator, and I am able to connect with people easily.
6. WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY?
Before you enter the interview room, ensure that you go through the company website to read latest news, company profile, goals, management team, objectives, vision and mission; they will help you answer this question.
(where the company is unknown, do your research and be familiar with the business/industry you desire to build your career).
The question expects you to briefly describe what you read on their website and not what you imagine of the company.
Here is an example of how to answer the question "What do you know about our company?" for a customer care role at Google:
"I know that Google is a multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products. It is one of the world's most valuable companies, and it is known for its innovative products and services, such as the Google Search engine, the Android operating system, and the Google Cloud Platform.
I am also familiar with Google's mission statement, which is to 'organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful.' I believe that this mission statement is very important, and I am excited to learn more about how Google is working to achieve it.
I am particularly interested in working for Google because I am passionate about customer service. I believe that Google is a company that values its customers, and I am committed to providing them with the best possible experience."
7. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION TO ASK THE PANEL?
This is usually the last question that the interview panel asks interviewees; if you fail to ask them questions, you will lose some marks, always have a question to ask no matter what. Ask them whether they have plans to expand their business, whether they support employees to further their studies and how they motivate employees. You can pull a surprise by asking when you would start, it shows confidence.
Here are some questions you can ask the interviewer at the end of your interview:
- What are the biggest challenges facing your team right now?
- What opportunities are there for professional development and growth in this role?
- What is the company culture like?
- What are your expectations for the first 90 days in this role?
- What are the next steps in the hiring process?
You can also ask more specific questions about the company's plans, products, or services. For example, you could ask:
- Do you have any plans to expand your business into new markets?
- Are there any new products or services in the pipeline?
- How do you measure success in this role?
Here is an example of how to ask the question "When would I start?" in a confident way:
"I am very excited about the opportunity to work at your company, and I am eager to learn more about the role. When would I start if I were offered the position?"
8. WHAT IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATION?
The question is tricky because as a fresh graduate you don’t have a clue what to be paid; simply ask them what they pay others of your level, if they fail to give a satisfactory answer then give them a reasonable range. Ensure you do your research before you go for interview room because you must be asked this question.
"Given that I am a recent graduate, I am still familiarizing myself with industry-standard compensation. However, I have conducted thorough research on salaries for comparable roles in this region, and I understand that the typical range is between Ksh. 30,000 and Ksh. 40,000 per month. While I am flexible regarding my salary, I am keen to ensure that my compensation aligns fairly with my qualifications and the value I bring to the team."
Last but not least, Delete these from your CV.
1. Marital status.
2. Your high school and primary details if you have attended college.
3. Your date of birth.
4. Your religion.
5. Your hobbies. Nobody is going to shortlist your CV because you love traveling. Unless it is a travel agent job.
6. Inappropriate email addresses (e.g. Dramaqueen, CaroMsupa, crazygamer, PartyAnimal4Life not going to get you a job): Use professional email like "[Your Name]@ [Email Provider]".
7. Long paragraphs: Use bullet points to make it clearer (also, most recruiters don't have time to read through all your words).
8. Irrelevant work experience. Example you are applying for nutrition job and you indicate that you have been working as a sales executive of nivea.
9. Irrelevant Skills . Example Applying for an Accountant position but mentioning “Heavy Machinery Operation”.
10. Lastly remove your ID number.
Irrelevant stuff you include to make your CV long might in most cases work against you.
Quick CV fixes to save you from job rejections:
1. Replace your career objective or Bio with a strong professional summary .
2. Ensure target role keywords demonstrated in your resume.
3. Start each sentence with a strong action verb.
4. Make your template/formatting consistent.
5. Optimal use of white space (Not too much).
6. Save resume with your name (Last_First_Resume).
7. Always submit your resume as a PDF (Especially if format is complex).
8. Showcase your achievements than listing duties.
9. Ensure your document is ATS friendly.
10. Make it clear, concise and free from errors.
The work of commentaries is to comment. The work of critics is to criticize. And the work of toxic critics is to see negative things in everything.

They didn’t always say the right words. They didn’t always show love the way you needed. But they tried in small ways. A packed meal. A “Where are you?” A quiet wait by the door.
Sometimes they were too strict. Sometimes they were distant. But look closer. Behind the worry was love. Behind the silence was stress.
They are not perfect. But they gave all that they could.
So be kind. Be patient. They’re still learning too. Just like you.

Rich dad Poor dad
WISDOM FROM RICH DAD.
From the book Rich DAD Poor DAD, by Robert Kiyosaki
1. Don’t work for money:
Rich don’t work for money. If you work for money, your mind will start thinking like an employee. If you start thinking differently like a rich man, you will see things differently. Rich works on their asset column, every dollar in their asset column is their hard-working employee.
2. Don’t be controlled by emotions:
Some people’s lives are always controlled by the two emotions of fear and greed. Fear keeps people in this trap of working hard, earning money, working hard, earning money, and hoping that it will reduce their fear. Secondly, most of us have the greed to get rich quickly. Yes, many people become rich overnight, but they have no financial education. So educate yourself and don’t be greedy or fearful.
3. Acquire assets:
Don’t buy liabilities on your way to financial freedom. People buy liabilities and think these are assets, but they are not. Many people buy luxuries first, like big cars, heavy bikes, or big houses to live in. But the rich buy assets and their assets buy luxuries. The rich buy houses and rent them, and they pay them for their Lamborghinis. The poor or middle class buy luxuries first, and the rich buy luxuries last.
4. Remember the KISS principle:
KISS stands for keeping it simple, and stupid. Don’t be too overloaded your mind when you are going to start your way to financial freedom. Things are simple and keep them simple. The simple thing to remember is assets put money in pocket and liabilities take money out of pocket. Always buy assets so they put money into your pocket.
5. Know the difference between assets and liabilities:
Assets are anything that puts money in your pocket, like stocks, bonds, real estate, mutual funds, rental properties, etc. Liabilities are anything that pulls money out of your pocket, like your house, your car, debt, etc. People think their home is their biggest asset, but it is not. A house is an asset when it generates money like when you rent a house, it generates money, and when your life in that house becomes a liability.
6. Don’t be a financial illiterate:
A person can be highly educated and become successful in their profession, but financially illiterate. Financial education is very important for any individual. Our schools and colleges did not teach us financial education. Many financial problems arise as a result of a lack of financial education. Start learning financial education and I suggest you read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".
7. Increase your Wealth:
Wealth is defined as a person's ability to survive for a certain number of days in the future, or how long they could survive if they stopped working today. Consider your wealth and whether you would survive if you stopped working today for a year.
8. Mind your own business:
If you have a job, keep your job and start a part-time business and work it. Use the time that you spend on your iPhone, parties, or any other activity, to build your business. Never leave your job until you build your own business. Don’t struggle all of your life for someone else. Start your own business and grow your business.
9. Train your mind:
Your biggest asset is your mind. Many individuals watch opportunities with their eyes, but if you train your mind, you can see opportunities with your mind. If you train your mind well, it can create enormous wealth.
10. Learn technical skills:
Your financial IQ will be raised by learning these four technical skills:
Accounting is defined as the ability to read numbers. If you want to build an empire, then this is an essential skill. By learning this skill, you will be able to understand the strength and weaknesses of a business.
Investing: It is the science of making money.
Understanding markets: It is the science of supply and demand.
The Law: A person who has knowledge of the law of tax advantages and corporations can get rich faster than others.
11. Find opportunities that everyone else missed:
"Great opportunities are not seen with your eyes. They are seen with your mind. "
You can see many more opportunities with your mind than many people miss with their eyes. It is not rocket science, you just need to train your mind.
12. Learn to manage risk:
Investment is not risky, not knowing the investment is risky. If you want to reduce the risk, then increase your knowledge. This knowledge will not come by going to college, it will come by reading books or sitting with people who know the investment.
13. Learn management:
The main management skills are:
Management of cash flow
Management of system
Management of people
Sales and marketing are the most essential skills. The ability to sell and the ability to communicate with another human being, be it a customer, employee, fiancé, friend, or child, is a basic skill of personal success.
14. Manage fear:
“Failure inspires winners. Failure defeats losers.”
Everyone has a fear of losing money.
Learn and Grow❤️❤️✨
Rich Dad Poor Dad
Testing battery using multimeter.
Testing the battery and alternator with a multimeter is a simple procedure that allows you to determine whether both components are working properly. Here's how to perform both tests.
1. **How to test the drums:*
To test your vehicle's battery, follow these steps:
1. **Adjusts the Multimeter:*
- Place the multimeter in the DC voltage measurement function, selecting a range of 20V if it is a manual multimeter.
2. **Connect the multimeter wires:*
- Connect the red multimeter cable to the positive (+) terminal of the battery.
- Connect the black cable to the negative (-) terminal of the battery.
3. **Read the voltage on the screen:*
- With the motor off, a fully charged battery should show a voltage between **12.6V and 12.8V**.
- If the voltage is between **12.4V and 12.6V**, the battery is partially charged, and if it is less than **12.4V**, the batteries may be discharged or deteriorated.
4. **Test Under Loading:*
- With the multimeter still connected, it turns on the lights, the radio and other accessories to charge the battery.
- Voltage should not fall below **12V**. If it falls significantly, it is possible that the battery is defective.
2. **How to Test the Alternator:*
To check if the alternator is charging correctly, follow these steps:
1. **Starts the engine:*
- Get the engine running.
2. **Connect the multimeter wires:*
- With the engine running, re-connect the red cable to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and the black cable to the negative terminal (-).
3. **Measures Voltage:*
- With the motor slow motion, the voltage should be between **13.8V and 14.8V**. This indicates that the alternator is charging the battery correctly.
- If the voltage is less than **13.8V**, the alternator may not be providing enough charge, which could indicate a problem.
- If the voltage is higher than **14.8V**, the alternator could be overloading the battery, which is also a problem.
4. **Test Under Loading:*
- Turn on the headlights, air conditioning, and other electrical accessories to simulate a higher charge in the system.
- Voltage should remain stable between **13.8V and 14.8V**. If it drops below **13.8V** or rises above **14.8V**, the alternator could be failing.
Recap
- **Battery:* 12.6V - 12.8V with the motor off.
- **Alternator:* 13.8V - 14.8V with the engine running.
Performing these tests will help you identify if the battery and alternator are in good condition or if they need to be replaced or repaired.

When I feel.
WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING UP, READ THIS :
1. This is a Phase.
Tough times are just a phase.
Sickness is a phase.
They don't last forever.
Life is a cycle of highs and lows.
Remember, this too shall pass.
You're in the middle of the storm now, but clear skies are ahead. Hold on.
2. You Are Stronger Than You Think.
Never underestimate your resilience.
- You've survived 100% of your bad days.
- Inside you, there is an inner strength.
- Your potential is greater than any problem.
Remember, you're stronger and more capable than you believe.
3. Small Steps Count.
Progress isn't always a leap forward.
Sometimes it's tiny, almost imperceptible steps.
Each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goal.
Celebrate every bit of progress. Slow and steady can still win the race. Keep moving forward.
4. Remember Your 'Why'.
Think back to the reasons why you started.
Reconnect with your motivation and your goals.
5. Failure is a Stepping Stone.
It's okay to fall but it's important to rise again.
Every setback brings learning opportunities.
Remember, every great success story involves overcoming obstacles.
Keep going. Your story is being written.
6. Practice Self-Care.
Self-care is essential, especially during tough times.
- Eat nutritious food
- Exercise regularly
- Get adequate sleep
- Connect with loved ones
- Engage in activities that bring joy.
It’s not selfish, it's survival. Your well-being matters.
7. It's Okay to Ask for Help.
Remember, you're not alone in this journey.
- Reach out to friends, family, or professionals
- Open up about your struggles
- Seek support when you need it
Strength isn't just about enduring in silence. It's also knowing when to ask for help.
To my friends and readers,
Fight for yourself. No matter how difficult it becomes, never let yourself give in.
After some time, your spark will eventually return.
You will come out happier, healthier, and wiser

I Did Not Vote.
I did not vote for VP Leni Robredo. In fact, I was a Duterte-Cayetano supporter. I would like to believe that I was objective since I called out our president when he made sexist jokes and supported the burial of Marcos. But because I disliked Mar, PNoy and the Liberal Party so much, I automatically disliked Leni and everything she represented, especially the people she affiliated with. This was in 2016.
In 2018, I was already feeling so uncomfortable with having to “defend” our president and have gotten so sick of listening to his ramblings. I had the opportunity to be a researcher for our debate team and our topic was about the West Philippine Sea dispute. This was my turning point. Our own president could not even protect our sovereignty and portrayed such a defeatist attitude. I was disappointed not only in him, but also in myself. Because I banked so much on his promises and he put my hopes up just to crush it. It was a gradual transition, but his stand on the WPS dispute was the last straw for me.
I know it took 2 years, but it’s better than being an avid cult fan until today. The twitter trend is so apt: Kung di ka pa galit, bakit?
Moving forward to January 2020, we were all clamoring for a plan and a strategy to prevent covid from coming into our country, but our calls were unheeded. Until, of course, March 2020 happened. What was preventable and could have been mitigated became a nightmare of outrageous proportions. Duque and our president said we were ready and prepared for COVID but, of course, we were far from prepared. Doctors and healthcare workers were not equipped to battle this because we did not have enough PPEs.
Living in Iligan City, I felt that we would definitely be the last ones they would help because NCR was the hotspot of the virus. My brother-in-law was the only infectious disease specialist in our city and I was so afraid for him. I knew I had to do something. ANYTHING! I tried to contact suppliers in the Philippines, in China, and in the US for PPEs. I also coordinated with other groups and our college for donations. We could not leave our health workers to die just because of our inept and unprepared government. We had to do our part.
I was scrolling through Facebook and I saw all these contact numbers we can reach out to, so I contacted as many as possible. Until I contacted someone who knew Leni Robredo’s daughter. All I did was give my brother-in-law’s name, the hospital name, and the address. It was as simple as that. That was the ONLY time I felt like a high-ranking official, WHO I DID NOT PERSONALLY KNOW and did not have any CONNECTIONS to, would actually LISTEN to an ordinary person like me. Honestly, that floored me. Kaya naman pala? Then I started following Leni and saw how she keeps updating people through her social media accounts. The transparency, the willingness to reach out to those who would normally be ignored unless you know someone in power, and the genuineness. All that hard work, given her very LIMITED budget and powers. KAYA NAMAN PALA kahit walang emergency powers. All these feelings I felt for what she did, I was not able to feel because I was “loyal” to a person, to a party, and to a change I thought could be brought about by one person. We can be so blinded by the good that others do just because we want one person to do so well, even when they keep disappointing you. Hiwalayan mo na.
But just because VP Leni did this, I will not hesitate to call her out if need be. This is only proof that we need to be loyal to our country and our countrymen, and not to people in power. The things that Leni (and may I mention Vico Sotto) is doing are things that SHOULD be expected of a public servant. But because we have gotten so used to mediocrity, we accept the LEAST that our government is doing when they can do so much more.
Let’s hold our leaders accountable because the policies they push for TODAY will greatly affect our children’s future.

Business vs entrepreneur
Businessman vs. Entrepreneur
Although often used interchangeably, the terms "businessman" and "entrepreneur" refer to distinct roles with unique goals, mindsets, and approaches. Here's a breakdown of their key differences:
Core Purpose:
- Businessman: Focuses on running and growing existing businesses. The emphasis lies in efficiency, profitability, and following proven business models.
- Entrepreneur: Seeks out new opportunities, whether by launching startups or disrupting current markets. Their core focus is innovation, taking risks, and turning ideas into successful ventures.
Approach to Risk:
- Businessman: Typically risk-averse, leaning toward stability and well-established markets. They prioritize refining and optimizing what's already in place.
- Entrepreneur: Willingly takes calculated risks to break new ground. They embrace uncertainty and are comfortable navigating through unknowns to create something original.
Innovation vs. Execution:
- Businessman: Concentrates on refining operations and executing existing strategies with precision. While improvements are welcome, the main goal is consistent, reliable growth.
- Entrepreneur: Innovation is at the heart of their work. They aim to solve problems in new ways and introduce groundbreaking products or services to the market.
Strategic Role:
- Businessman: Works within an established strategic framework, ensuring smooth execution and profitability of the business model.
- Entrepreneur: Crafts and drives their own vision, often steering industries in new directions. They play an active role in shaping the future of their ventures.
Motivational Drivers:
- Businessman: Primarily motivated by financial gains, market dominance, and business longevity.
- Entrepreneur: While profit matters, they’re often fueled by passion, impact, and the desire to bring meaningful change or fulfill a personal mission.
Growth Mindset:
- Businessman: Aims for steady, sustainable expansion using proven strategies and market insights.
- Entrepreneur: Targets fast, scalable growth, frequently pushing boundaries and responding quickly to feedback and change.
Conclusion:
Both businessmen and entrepreneurs are vital to the economy, but they operate with different mindsets. Businessmen excel in refining and managing established ventures, while entrepreneurs thrive on innovation, disruption, and creating new paths. Recognizing these differences helps us better appreciate the diverse ways individuals contribute to progress and growth.

Batang asin.
Day 2 ng exam ngayon. May nahuli akong nangodigo. Hinayaan ko, baka pag pinagalitan ko, verbal abuse. May nangopya, hinayaan ko, baka ma trauma pag pinagalitan ko. Pupunitin ko sana yung papel kaso baka mapahiya, magka mental breakdown. Maingay, hayaan mo, baka pag sinigawan mo magka anxiety. May nagsisigawan habang exam, nakatakot sabihan baka mauwi sa child abuse. Ayoko ng magalit, baka magkaroon sila ng mental depression. I learned my lesson. Students nowadays are weak. Weakness developed by the tolerating laws which criminalized and penalized teachers who do their job as a second parent. In fact, they are no longer a second parent. They are robots. Don’t get surprise five to ten years from now, we have a demanding, entitled society. Because that’s what you started. You gave a child protection policy, but there is none for teachers, and you expect us to be their second parents? A second parent gets mad when their child misbehave. A second parent do not tolerate misconduct. A second parent scolds a child and it is supposed to be okay but you made it crime doing our job as a second parent. Hello students, hello Philippines!
Goodluck to the future!

Harsh reality.
Alex Eala is only a wildcard -
**THE HARSH REALITY OF TENNIS PROFESSIONALS**
Right now, there are around 1,500 women fighting for a spot on the professional tennis circuit. But the brutal truth is that only the top 100 can actually make a living from it.
Why is that?
The system is built to reward the elite, the few who rise to the top. For everyone else, the price is steep.
Take the WTA 500, for example—it only takes 32 players. The WTA 1000, just 96. And the biggest of them all, the Grand Slam, barely 120.
These players don’t get in by chance—they earn their place through the sheer force of their rankings.
But for those who fall outside the top 100, the path is a grueling battle. They must scrape and claw their way through brutal qualifying rounds, hoping for just a glimpse of the glory that lies beyond.
And then there’s the cost—the endless flights across the globe, the nights spent in foreign hotels, the coach they must hire, the food they must pay for—all out of pocket. Every dollar spent, every sacrifice made, with no guarantee of success.
Because here’s the truth most don’t see: there’s no guarantee of a paycheck. The lower-ranked players, the ones fighting for survival in the qualifiers? Most lose in the first round. Some don’t even make it that far.
Imagine this: You wake up, pay for your bus ticket, pack your lunch, and go to work. But when the day ends, there’s no paycheck waiting for you. No reward for your effort. Just silence.
So, the next time you watch an unseeded player fight for her place, remember the sacrifice behind every swing of the racquet. Root for them, because they’re not just playing for glory—they’re playing for survival. Alexandra Eala from the Philippines is one of them.

Dont
Don't give our Kids an Easy Life, instead give them the 3 Tools to a Great Life:
1. Stop protecting them from problems. Allow them to go through struggles, heartaches and problems because that will make them stronger. You have to be there for them during those struggles. You have to be there to encourage, guide, hug, pray for them.
2. Allow them to Fail and Learn from their Failures. Just make sure they are small failures and that is your role as mommy and daddy. To be there to coach, guide and allow them to Experience Failure, so they would learn to Stand Up again for every failure and Never Give Up.
3. Praise Effort, not Talent or Results. You have to praise Effort first. Honor the effort.
We will be judged by the fruits that will come out of our life. And, as Parents, Aunties, Uncles, Ates and Kuyas that are caring for our children, we will guide them to Bear fruits in the future.
Heavenly Father, we pray for our children. We place them in your big hands and we ask you to bless them. Equip them, Empower them, Protect them, Guide them and Lead them. We pray that you raise them to serve, love and follow you. In Jesus' name, AMEN 🙏❤️🙏

American tax system.
The American Tax System Explained:
Federal income tax (on what you earn)
Sales tax (on what you buy)
Property tax (on what you own).
Capital gains tax (on what you invest).
Estate tax (on what you leave behind).
The system wasn’t built for you—it was built to keep you paying.
So, what should you do?
1. Learn the tax code.
2. Play the game.
3. Build wealth the smart way.

Technology isn't life
I had spent an hour in the bank with my dad, as he had to transfer some money. I couldn't resist myself & asked...
''Dad, why don't we activate your internet banking?''
''Why would I do that?'' He asked...
''Well, then you wont have to spend an hour here for things like transfer.
You can even do your shopping online. Everything will be so easy!''
I was so excited about initiating him into the world of Net banking.
He asked ''If I do that, I wont have to step out of the house?
''Yes, yes''! I said. I told him how even grocery can be delivered at door now and how amazon delivers everything!
His answer left me tongue-tied.
He said ''Since I entered this bank today, I have met four of my friends, I have chatted a while with the staff who know me very well by now.
You know I am alone...this is the company that I need. I like to get ready and come to the bank. I have enough time, it is the physical touch that I crave.
Two years back I got sick, The store owner from whom I buy fruits, came to see me and sat by my bedside and cried.
When your Mom fell down few days back while on her morning walk. Our local grocer saw her and immediately got his car to rush her home as he knows where I live.
Would I have that 'human' touch if everything became online?
Why would I want everything delivered to me and force me to interact with just my computer?
I like to know the person that I'm dealing with and not just the 'seller'. It creates bonds of Relationships.
Does online company deliver all this as well?'''

Pamatay sa pesteng aphids
Ano daw?
In Sara Duterte’s latest update, the impeached vice president has supposedly told her father, “You could end up like Ninoy Aquino if you return to the Philippines.” To which, her father supposedly responded, “So be it.”
It’s too much to expect from Sara to know her history because she is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Neither is she known to be well-read given that her only known authorship of anything is a book for kids designed on Canva. Same goes with Duterte supporters who would lap this up rabidly without thinking.
It’s outrigtht sacrilegious to compare Ninoy with Digong. Like I want to throw up just thinking about it. But let’s end this stupidity in its infancy.
Ninoy was a politicial prisoner of Marcos. He was the most brilliant and prominent opposition figure when Martial Law was declared. Ninoy and Marcos where frat brothers in U.P. that’s why Marcos was well aware just how brilliant and charismatic Ninoy was as an opposition leader.
Ninoy suffered physical and mental torture at the hands of the dictatorship and was actually sentenced to death by a military kangaroo court on made-up charges.
He faced the court, didn’t escape to seek asylum, and actually went on hunger strike to protest his imprisonment where he almost died.
Marcos, not wanting to make a martyr out of him, agreed to send him to the U.S. as it was the best option to get rid of Ninoy without having to execute him via firing squad.
Unlike Ninoy who was jailed for political reasons, Former President Duterte is in prison facing chargers of crimes against humanity.
Unlike the military court that tried Ninoy, the ICC is not military in nature and certainly not a kangaroo court. It’s a legitimate court formed under the Rome Statute and ratified by 125-member states.
Unlike Ninoy who was subjected to emotional and mental suffering to take out the fight in him, Duterte is not being subjected to injustice as he is being given a fair trial at the highest order possible. The charges he is facing are not made up. It is a result of 8 years of investigation and evidence gathering.
Unlike Ninoy who was held in detention in a military camp in Laur in Nueva Ecija in a small cell often in only his undies and sando, Duterte is not being mentally and physically maltreated. He is being given the best care health-wise and nutrition-wise in a First World country in a cell that could pass off as a decent European-standard three or four-star AirBnB.
Unlike Ninoy who was rarely allowed visits by his family, Duterte enjoys once a week visits from Sara and his defense team to make sure he his being cared for.
Unlike Ninoy who almost died and physically damaged his heart due to his hunger strike, Duterte is reportedly even complaining about the Dutch food being served to him that’s why according to Sara, the ICC has prepared rice perfectly cooked and suited to Filipino tastes.
So let’s be clear. Duterte is never going to be a martyr. He will have to face the charges of crimes against humanity.
Unlike Ninoy who went home to help restore freedom and democracy while facing great danger to his life, Duterte would either come home an innocent and vindicated man raring to seek vengeance against the Marcoses backed by rabid and brainwashed DDS morons, or he will spend the rest his life in prison as a criminal and enemy of humanity who has been tried fair and square.
Even if Duterte lives several lifetimes, he will never measure up to Ninoy Aquino. Not in this universe or in any other universe. Stop this idiocy.

Secrets to Becoming a Highly Successful Farmer
Farming isn’t just about planting seeds and hoping for the best—it’s an art, a science, and a business all rolled into one. If you want to thrive in this field, you need more than just land and labor. You need the right mindset, skills, and strategies. Here’s how to rise to the top and build a thriving farm:
1. Patience – The Farmer’s Best Friend
Farming is a game of time and trust. Crops don’t grow overnight, and livestock don’t mature in a day. Unexpected challenges—like pest attacks, diseases, or market fluctuations—are part of the journey. A successful farmer doesn’t get discouraged; instead, they stay resilient, learn from setbacks, and keep improving.
2. Keep Learning – Stay Ahead of the Curve
The best farmers are lifelong students. Agriculture is always evolving with new technologies, improved techniques, and smarter ways to farm. Stay curious, embrace innovation, and never stop learning—because knowledge is what separates an ordinary farmer from a great one.
3. Master Your Craft
Know your farm inside out! From soil health to the best planting seasons, from animal husbandry to irrigation techniques—understanding every aspect of your farm is key. When you know what works and what doesn’t, you can make smarter decisions and boost productivity.
4. Be a Sharp Problem Solver
Farming is full of surprises—some good, some not so much. Whether it’s an unexpected drought, a sudden pest invasion, or a drop in market prices, a successful farmer knows how to adapt, think on their feet, and find solutions fast.
5. Organization is Everything
Farming isn’t just about growing things—it’s about managing them. Keep track of planting schedules, livestock records, equipment maintenance, and finances. Stay on top of deadlines, manage your workforce efficiently, and ensure every resource is used wisely. A well-organized farm runs like a well-oiled machine!
6. Numbers Matter—Know Yours
Many farmers underestimate the power of numbers. But make no mistake—farming is a business, and businesses run on math. Know your costs, track your profits, manage your inventory, and plan your budgets wisely. A farmer who understands numbers is a farmer who stays profitable.
7. Sell Like a Pro
Great products don’t sell themselves—you have to put them out there! Successful farmers know how to market their produce, negotiate deals, and build relationships with buyers. Learn the art of sales and branding, and watch your farm business grow.
Final Thoughts
Farming isn’t for the faint-hearted, but with the right mindset and skills, you can turn it into a rewarding and profitable venture. Stay patient, keep learning, be organized, and sharpen your business skills. The most successful farmers aren’t just growers—they’re smart strategists, problem-solvers, and visionaries.
Are you ready to take your farming game to the next level? Start today, and watch your farm flourish!

Eto naman.
Ang daming congressional hearings, nakalimutan natin mag tanong about the most important questions facing Filipinos today, Ito ang dapat bigyan ninyo ng kasagutan mga mahal naming mambabatas:
✅ San ginastos ang 4 trillion pesos na utang ng BBM government in the last two years alone (Duterte had a 7 trillion debt for 6 years but we had Covid, Marawi, and BBB) eh wala namang nakikitang major projects.
Meaning Romualdez used it like campaign money without accountability. Training people as low level as coordinators and Barangay captains be like him. If we are not careful, MARTIN ROMUALDEZ will enable a new generation of politicians to be exactly like him.
✅ Asan exactly yung flood control projects located, and who constructed them? 1 billion a day ang gastos dyan and people have the right to know. (61 billion for Bicol region alone)
✅ Saan ginamit ang 90 billion na kinuha nila sa Philheath fund? Hirap ang tao maghanap ng budget for their health needs pero Kinuha nyo sa Philhealth imbes idagdag.
✅PNP CHIEF MARBIL, vain and weak former regional director in Leyte of Romualdez, has not released a memo and a directive to create a task force to focus on looking for the increasing number of missing children. Pero may memo sya na lahat ng pulis dapat naka like and follow at mag share ng personal page nya. Take note: Not PNP page. His personal page. They have to create reports of how many PNP members and who among them share and like his posts.
✅Bakit sobrang dami ng lotto winners? Bakit nag fake ng photo of receiver?
✅ Bakit walang vaccines ang mga baby sa Barangay health center? Totoo ba na ang cause of delay is that they want other suppliers who will give them other “arrangements” kaya ang tagal? More than one year na ang problema sa kakulangan ng vaccines. There are babies and toddlers out there crawling around without the most basic protection from the most basic of illnesses.
✅ Bakit kulang ng vaccines for tetanus and rabies? Bakit nagbabayad na tayo kung dati naman ay libre?
✅ Nasaan na ang Maharlika Funds? Saan ininvest, bakit doon ininvest?
Shouldn’t the billionaires pay for whatever changes they want to institute first and then we can pay right after? Isn’t this the point of getting private investors?
BAKIT??
✅ Bakit binawi sa IP community sa Boracay ang CLOA (certificate of land title) in favor of oligarchs na nabigay na sa kanila yon, with approval of the departments concerned?
✅ Ano ang totoong kapalit sa mushrooming of EDCA sites?
✅ To much applause and with standing ovation, BBM announced tatanggalin ang POGO—or offshore online gaming targeting mainland Chinese with operators operating in the Philippines. Much of the budget from the Duterte administration to fund local hospitals came from the taxes remitted by POGO. Number one, Hindi totoong tinanggal lahat.
✅ Nagbenta tayo ng 25 tonnes of gold just this year alone, the biggest we’ve sold. But we don’t see the revenues from the sale. Saan ginamit ng gobyerno ang pera? Even PRRD never sold this much gold during Covid when it was a trend by many countries to sell gold to fund their countries response to COVID.
✅ Saan galing ang funds para ipa demolish ang dating Presidential residence sa Malacañang na perfectly okay and maganda pa, so they can rebuild a villa with all the luxurious creature comforts only months into their administration? Pera ng taumbayan? Anong budget sa pagpapagawa ng residence ng mga Marcos sa Malacañang?
✅ Bakit di nyo kasuhan si Cathy Binag and Maharlika for saying BBM and Liza, along with their children, are drug users? Akala ko sabi ng First Lady she will go after anyone who includes her children.
✅ PHILHEALTH FUNDS, KINUHA PARA SA UNPROGRAMMED FUNDS.
Election nanaman, dito kayo magpakitang gilas. We demand answers!
