“ Never argue with a fool, they will Lower you to their level, and then beat you with experience. “
REPOST: This bottled water cost 10 pesos sa mall.
Pero sa airport tag 50 Pesos.
The same bottle will cost you around 100 to 200 pesos sa mga high end na hotels, or sa mga resorts.
The brand and the bottle is the same, pero the value given to the item has change depende sa location.
Remember this, The next time you feel you are not valued, consider going somewhere else. You may be in the wrong place. Be brave enough to switch your surroundings and seek out a place where your worth is recognized and valued.
Choose to be around with people who appreciate your true value, and don't settle for anything less. ✨🤎

Heart Attacks And
Drinking Warm
Water:
This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about Heart Attack's . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their
meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating. For those who like to drink cold water, this
article is applicable to you. It is very harmful to have Cold Drink/Water during a meal. Because, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will
slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats
and lead to cancer . It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
French fries and burgers are the biggest enemy of heart health. A coke after that gives more power to this demon. Avoid them for your Heart's & Health.
Drink one glass of warm water just when you are about to go to bed to avoid clotting of the blood at night to avoid heart attacks or strokes.
A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

shares something of value with you and you benefit from it, you have a moral obligation to share it with others.
THE 3 TYPES OF PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE..
1. The Leaf people
2. The Branch people
3. The Root people
LEAF PEOPLE:
These are people who come into your life just for a season. You can't depend on them because they are weak. They only come to take what they want, but if the wind comes they will leave.
You need to be careful of these people because they love you when things are okay, but when the wind comes they will leave you 🥺
BRANCH PEOPLE:
They are strong, but you need to be careful with them too. They break away when life becomes tough and they can't handle too much weight. They may stay with you in some seasons, but they will go when it becomes harder 😢
ROOT PEOPLE: These people are very important because they don't do things to be seen. They are supportive even if you go through a difficult time they will water you and they are not moved by your position they just love you like that ...
It's not all people you meet or are your friends, that will stay with you.
Only the root type of people will stay no matter the season 👏☺️

Definitely : I grew up never once questioned my parents' income. It was never a discussion. We didn't eat a lot of fast food because it was considered a treat, not a food group. We ate homemade meals like adobo, paksiw and vegetables - eat what’s on the table!
We grew up during a time when we pulled white hair from my grandma, babysat, helped with chores to be able to earn our own money. We by no means were given everything we wanted.
We went outside a lot to play, ride bikes, run with friends, play hide and seek, spent precious times with our cousins, and we went swimming for free on nearby rivers or sea. We rarely just sat inside.
Bottled water was unheard of. If we ever had a Coke, it was in a glass bottle, and we didn’t break the bottle when finished. We saved it and cashed it back in at the shops for a sweet.
After school, we came home and did homework and chores, before going outside or having friends over. We would ride our bikes for hours. We had to tell our parents where we were going, who we were going with, and we had to be home when the street lights came on!
You LEARNED from your parents instead of disrespecting them, and treating them as if they knew absolutely nothing. What they said was LAW, and you did not question it, and you had better know it!
We watched what we said around our elders because we knew if we DISRESPECTED any grown-up we would get a real telling off. It wasn't called abuse, it was called Discipline! We held doors, carried the shopping, and gave up our seat for an older person without being asked. You didn't hear swear words on the radio in songs or TV.
“Please and Thank You" were part of our daily vocabulary! The world we live in now is just so full of people who hate and disrespect others.
Consider re-posting if you're thankful for your childhood. I will never forget where I came from and only wish children nowadays had half the chance at the fun and respect for real life we grew up with! And we were never bored!

Hahaha 😂😂😂
Para sa mga LGU's ng Mahal Nating Bansa Hindi dapat pinakakaelaman ng Traffic Enforcer ang Traffic Lights 🚥, it will only "Defeat it's Purpose" once pinakelaman yan ng Traffic Enforcer, sayang ang Pera ng Taong Bayan, Kalakohan Yung reason na kase Mas madami ang dumadaan sa lane na ito Kaya dapat Mas matagal time dito Kaya pinakekelaman Yung Traffic Lights ... 🥱🥱🥱
If you know the main purpose of Traffic Lights and know the term "Road User Equality" then you should not put those traffic enforcers para paki elaman ang Traffic Lights 🚦, Isipin mo na lang dahil sa tingin ng Traffic Enforcer marami dumadaan sa isang lane na ito Kaya mga 1 Hour ko ito Padadaanin kasehoda Yung Tatlong Lane tapos sa kabila 5 Mins Lang etc. .. Kaya maraming nagagalit na driver sa inyo eh Hahaha (Kaya may Tatlong lane PA kase malimit sa crossing Lang may Traffic lights). Kaya nga sa Traffic Lights 🚥 may Timer like 30, 60, 120 Seconds same on each lane to give "EQUALITY" to everyone. 🤔🤔🤔
Marami na akong countries na napuntahan at ang unang una Kong ginagawa ay mag observe sa kalye, and I tell you I had never seen any country kung saan ang Traffic Lights Nila ay Mayroong Traffic Enforcer na nasa ilalim at pinakekelaman ang flow ng Traffic. 🙄🙄🙄
There is a reason why you put traffic lights 🚥, to make it sure that there will be proper traffic flow, equality among road users and more importantly there is road safety. The best way a traffic enforcer can do na nandun sa may Traffic lights is Manghuli ng mga traffic violators like beating the red light, obstruction, illegal parking etc at hindi pakielaman ang traffic light 🚦. 😉😉😉
Let's change for the better mga Mayor utusan ang Traffic Enforcer na Huwag Pakieleaman ang Traffic Light. 🫡🫡🫡
Sige Tapos na Sermon Ko Magda Drive na Ako naandar na ang traffic eh Walang ng Traffic Enforcer sa Kalye eh... Hahaha 😂😂😂

A Pregnant Woman to her husband: What you are expecting... will it be a boy or girl?"
Husband - "If we have a boy, I'll teach him maths, we will go for sports, I will teach him fishing and so on."
wife - "Ha.. Ha.. And what if its a girl?
Husband- "If we have a girl.. I'll not have to teach her anything..
Because she will be the one who will teach me all the things, again..like how to dress, how to eat, what to say, what not to say.. In short, she will be my second mom..and She will consider me as her hero even if I do not do anything special, she'll always understand when I'll refuse her for something.
She'll always compare her husband to be me.. No matter how old she will be, she'll always want that I should treat her like my baby doll. She'll fight with the world for me and if someone will hurt me, she will never forgive that person
Wife- "So you mean to say that your daughter will do all those things but your son will not?"
Husband - "No.. no! May be he will do the same but he will learn to do them. But daughters are born with it. Being the father of a daughter is the pride for any man."
Wife - "But, she will not be with us forever."
Husband - "Yes, but we will be with her, in her heart, forever. So it really doesn't make a difference where she goes."

Knowing your worth helps you believe in yourself more!
It's important to understand that the price of a soda can vary depending on where you buy it.
For example, a can of soda purchased in a 5-star hotel may be significantly more expensive than one bought from a street vendor.
However, the price you pay does not necessarily determine the value of the soda itself.
Ultimately, value is determined by what you are willing to pay for it and how much enjoyment or satisfaction you receive from it.
The Cockroach Theory
The cockroach theory for self-development
At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady.
She started screaming out of fear.
With a panic-stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.
Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky.
The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away but ...it landed on another lady in the group.
Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama.
The waiter rushed forward to their rescue.
In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter.
The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behaviour of the cockroach on his shirt.
When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.
Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behaviour?
If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed?
He handled it near to perfection, without any chaos.
It is not the cockroach, but the inability of those people to handle the disturbance caused by the cockroach, that disturbed the ladies.
I realized that it is not the shouting of my father or my boss or my wife that disturbs me, but it's my inability to handle the disturbances caused by their shouting that disturbs me.
It's not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me.
More than the problem, it's my reaction to the problem that creates chaos in my life.
Lessons learnt from the story:
I understood I should not react in life.
I should always respond.
The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded.
Reactions are always instinctive whereas responses are always well thought of.
A beautiful way to understand
LIFE.
The HAPPY person is not because Everything is RIGHT in his Life.
He is HAPPY because his Attitude towards Everything in his Life is Right!

I see the crystal raindrops fall
And the beauty of it all
Is when the sun comes shining through
To make those rainbows in my mind
When I think of you sometime
And I wanna spend some time with you
Just the two of us
We can make it if we try
Just the two of us
(Just the two of us)
Just the two of us
Building castles in the sky
Just the two of us
You and I
We look for love, no time for tears
Wasted water's all that is
And it don't make no flowers grow
Good things might come to those who wait
Not for those who wait too late
We gotta go for all we know
Just the two of us
We can make it if we try
Just the two of us
(Just the two of us)
Just the two of us
Building them castles in the sky
Just the two of us
You and I
I hear the crystal raindrops fall
On the window down the hall
And it becomes the morning dew
And darling when the morning comes
And I see the morning sun
I wanna be the one with you
Just the two of us
We can make it if we try
Just the two of us, just
(Just the two of us)
Just the two of us
Building big castles way up high

After 21 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to take another woman out to dinner and a movie. She said, “I love you, but I know this other woman loves you and would love to spend some time with you.”
The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit was my mother, who had been a widow for 19 years, but the demands of my work and my 3 children had made it possible to visit her only occasionally.
That night I called to invite her to go out for dinner and a movie.
“What’s wrong, are you well?” she asked. My mother is the type of woman who suspects that a late night call or surprise invitation is a sign of bad news.
“I thought that it would be pleasant to spend some time with you,” I responded. “Just the two of us.”
She thought about it for a moment, and then said, “I would like that very much.”
That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick her up I was a bit nervous. When I arrived at her house, I noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous about our date. She waited in the door with her coat on. She had curled her hair and was wearing the dress that she had worn to celebrate her last wedding anniversary. She smiled from a face that was as radiant as an Angel’s. “I told my friends that I was going to go out with my son, and they were impressed,” she said, as she got into the car. “They can’t wait to hear about our meeting.”
We went to a restaurant that, although not elegant, was very nice and cozy. My mother took my arm as if she were the First Lady. After we sat down, I had to read the menu. Her eyes could only read large print. Half way through the entries, I lifted my eyes and saw Mom sitting there staring at me. A nostalgic smile was on her lips. “It was I who used to have to read the menu when you were small,” she said. “Then it’s time that you relax and let me return the favor,” I responded.
During the dinner, we had an agreeable conversation — nothing extraordinary but catching up on recent events of each other’s life. We talked so much that we missed the movie. As we arrived at her house later, she said, “I’ll go out with you again, but only if you let me invite you.” I agreed.
“How was your dinner date?” Asked my wife when I got home.
“Very nice. Much more so than I could have imagined,” I answered.
A few days later, my mother died of a massive heart attack. It happened so suddenly that I didn’t have a chance to do anything for her. Some time later, I received an envelope with a copy of a restaurant receipt from the same place where mother and I had dined. An attached note said: “I paid this bill in advance. I wasn’t sure that I could be there; but nevertheless I paid for two plates — one for you and the other for your wife. You will never know what that night meant for me.”
“I love you, son.”
At that moment, I understood the importance of saying in time: “I love you,” and to give our loved ones the time that they deserve. Nothing in life is more important than your family. Give them the time they deserve, because these things cannot be put off till “some other time.”
We our also human. Napapagod, nasasaktan at kelangan ng pagmamahal.
