3 in 1 kape

 3-1 Coffee = Toxic Coffee


Naawa ako sa mga milyon milyon nating mga kababayan. Inuumpisahan nila ang umaga nila sa paginom ng 3-1 coffee. That is the WORST drink you can take to start your day. Ito ang mga dahilan:


✔️ASUKAL lang yan. O asukal na nilagyan ng pekeng gatas (non-dairy creamer) at konting kape.


Basahin nyo ng ingredients at Nutrition Facts. 67% ay sugar (20 grams sugar for a 30 gram serving) o 83% carbs (25 grams carb per serving). 


Kapag may nabasa kayo na "Sugar" ang unang nakasulat sa ingredients, tinatapon na dapat agad yan.


That so much sugar will: spike your blood sugar, spike your insulin, coagulate (pinapalapot) your blood, increase your blood pressure, increase inflammation (from glycation and oxidation), damage your nerves, veins, arteries, make your kidneys retain sodium (will increase blood pressure by increasing blood volume).


Kung meron ka nang diabetes, dementia, fatty liver, PCOS, atheresclorosis, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, heart disease, cancer, neuropathies, mas papasamain ng 3-1 coffee ang kalagayan mo. Pwede ka pang itulak sa bangin in case at high risk ka na sa stroke, aneurysm, o heart attack.


✔️NON-DAIRY CREAMER (aka Pekeng Gatas). Gawa sa maltodextrin (highest glycemic index in the world at 110), hydrogenated fats na may toxic trans fat, stabilisers at emulsifiers.


Yung Zero gram Trans Fat sa Nutrition Fact na nakalagay sa label, that is a labelling loophole. Kung less than 0.5 gram ang Trans Fat per serving, you are allowed to round off to 0 gram.


✔️Iba pang chemicals na: potassium phosphate, sodium polyphosphate, sodium stearoyl Lactylate, silicon dioxide (aka buhangin - jusko, pati buhangin sinama! 😠 Anti caking agent nila yan; see the latest study on the toxic effect of silicon dioxide here: https://www.chemistryworld.com/news/unexpected-reactivity-of-silica-places-question-mark-over-safety-of-food-additives/4017992.article), palm sugar, etc.


Kung gusto mo ng kape, magtimpla ka ng BLACK COFFEE. Kung gusto mo ng tamis, lagyan ng magandang sweetener gaya ng stevia. Kung gusto mo ng creaminess at di ka naman lactose intolerant, lagyan ng gatas. Kung keto ka, use all purpose cream.


At kung kailangan mong i boost ang anti inflammatory benefit ng kape at makatulong sa yong brain function at i boost ang immune system and metabolism, pwedeng lagyan ng Coconut MCT oil o Virgin Coconut Oil.


Subalit ang 3-1 coffee, para lang talaga yan sa basurahan. Kahit sa alaga mong aso at pusa, wag na wag mong ibibigay yan. 


Wag mong salaulain ang kalusugan mo sa 3-1 coffee. Ang tamang tawag talaga dyan ay:


"Asukal At Pekeng Gatas, Na May Konting Kape (at Buhangin)"
