Announcement.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Ang gawin niyo po stay healthy to maintain a strong immunity by sleeping on time, no puyat, wag magpagod masyado, kumain ng tama, wag mag bisyo (alak, yosi, droga), avoid too much stress, drink plenty of water, regular exercise, proper hygiene. Pansinin niyo po panay sabi ng DOH maintain a strong immune system. Yan ang best thing to do. Take vitamins daw... multivitamin, vitamin C, vit. E and zinc.

Law of nature.

Asin

a) humawak ng isang bibig ng dilute ng tubig ng asin;

NCOV NOVEL CORONA VIRUS

A repost worth reflecting on:

The beginning of 2020 has revealed enough for deep reflection:

That giant Australia is not at all invincible from fire…
That mighty China could be shaken by enemies that are too small to be seen…
That what we view small is a fully destructive Volcano…
That what we see as a basketball star could fall into a deadly crash…

Things are, indeed…
never too big nor too small…
never too high nor too low…
never too powerful nor too faint…
never too wealthy nor too broke…
never too famous nor too ordinary…

Whatever our condition is, …
we are all equal…
we are all important…
we are all gifts…
our current status does not define us at all…
what we have or possess is never a mighty protective armor…

So, in life…
don’t be rude…
don’t be greedy…
don’t be selfish…
don’t be ill-mannered…
don’t be crabbed…
don’t be wicked…
don't be unempathetic...
don’t be messy…
don’t be all knowing…
don’t be deceitful…
don’t be domineering…

After all…
we are not invincible
we are not mighty
we are not immortal

The early part of 2020 has lots of revelations.
It is never too late to be good.
Listen.

Hope

The little boy put on his clothes for the cold and then told his father:

"Ok dad I'm ready"

His Dad, the pastor, said: "Ready for what?"

"Dad, it's time to go outside and distribute our flyers."

Dad replied: "Son, it's very cold outside and it's drizzling."

The child looked surprised at his father and said: "But dad, people need to know about God even on rainy days."

Dad replied, "Son, I'm not going outside in this weather."

With despair, the child said: "Dad, can I go alone? Please!"

His father waited for a moment and then said: "Son, you can go. Here's the flyers, be careful."

"Thank you dad!"

And with this, the son went out into the rain. The 11-Year-old walked all the streets of the village, handing out the flyers to the people he saw.

After 2 hours walking in the rain and in the cold and with his last flyer in his hand, he stopped in a corner to see if he saw someone to give the flyer too, but the streets were totally deserted. Then he turned to the first house he saw, walked to the front door, touched the bell several times and waited, but no one came out.

Finally the boy turned to leave, but something stopped him. The child turned back to the door and began to touch the bell and pound the door strongly with his knuckles. He kept waiting. Finally the door was opened gently.

A lady came out with a very sad look and gently asked:

"What can I do for you, son?
With radiant eyes and a bright smile the child said:

"Lady, I'm sorry if I upset you, but I just want to tell you that God really loves you and that I came to give you my last flyer, which talks about God and His great love

The boy then gave her the flyer.

She just said, "Thank you, son, God bless you!"

Well, next Sunday morning, the pastor was in the pulpit and when the service began he asked:

"Someone has a testimony or something they want to share?"

Gently, in the back row of the church, an older lady stood up. When she started talking, a radiant and glorious look sprouted from her eyes:

"Nobody in this church knows me. I have never been here, even last Sunday I was not Christian.

My husband died a while ago leaving me totally alone in this world. Last Sunday was a particularly cold and rainy day, and it was also in my heart; that on that day I came to the end of the road, since I had no hope and didn't want to live anymore.

Then I took a chair and a rope and went up to the attic of my house. I tied and one end of the rope to the rafters of the roof; then I climbed onto the chair and put the other end of the rope around my neck.

I then stood on the chair, so alone and heartbroken, I was about to throw myself off the chair, when suddenly I heard the loud sound of the door being knocked.

So I thought: "I'll wait for a minute and whoever it is will go"

I waited and waited, but the door knocking was getting louder and louder every time. It got so loud that I couldn't ignore it anymore.

So I wondered, who could it be?
No one ever comes close to my door or come to visit me!
I released the rope from my neck and went to the door, while the bell was still ringing and the door was still being knocked on.

When I opened the door, I couldn't believe what my eyes saw, in front of my door was the most radiant and angelic child I've ever seen.
He's smile, ohhh, I can never describe it! The words that came out of his mouth made my heart, dead so long ago, come back to life, when he said with the VOICE OF CHERUB: "Lady, I just want to tell you that God really loves you"

"When the little angel disappeared between the cold and the rain, I closed my door and read every word of the flyer.
Then I went to the attic to remove the chair and rope.

I didn't need them anymore. As you see. Now I am a happy daughter of the King.
As the direction of the boy, when he left, was to this church, I came personally say thank you to that little angel of God who came just in time and, in fact, to rescue my life from an eternity in hell. And replaced it with an eternity in God's presence. "

Everyone cried in the church.

The Pastor came down from the pulpit to the first bench of the front, where the little angel was sitting; he took his son in his arms and cried uncontrollably.

Greater Than

As well as the familiar equals sign (=) it is also very useful to show if something is not equal to (≠) greater than (>) or less than (<)
These are the important signs to know:
=When two values are equal
we use the "equals" sign
example: 2+2 = 4
When two values are definitely not equal
we use the "not equal to" sign
example: 2+2 ≠ 9
<When one value is smaller than another
we use a "less than" sign
example: 3 < 5
>When one value is bigger than another
we use a "greater than" sign
example: 9 > 6

Less Than and Greater Than

The "less than" sign and the "greater than" sign look like a "V" on its side, don't they?
To remember which way around the "<" and ">" signs go, just remember:
  • BIG > small
  • small < BIG
The "small" end always points to the smaller number, like this:
greater than sign
Greater Than Symbol: BIG > small

Example:

10 > 5
"10 is greater than 5"
Or the other way around:
5 < 10
"5 is less than 10"

Do you see how the symbol "points at" the smaller value?

... Or Equal To ...

Sometimes we know a value is smaller, but may also be equal to!
jug

Example, a jug can hold up to 4 cups of water.

So how much water is in it?
It could be 4 cups or it could be less than 4 cups: So until we measure it, all we can say is "less than or equal to" 4 cups.
To show this, we add an extra line at the bottom of the "less than" or "greater than" symbol like this:
The "less than or equal to" sign:

The "greater than or equal to" sign:

All The Symbols

Here is a summary of all the symbols:
Symbol
Words
Example Use
=
equals
1 + 1 = 2
not equal to
1 + 1 ≠ 1
>
greater than
5 > 2
<
less than
7 < 9
greater than or equal to
marbles ≥ 1
less than or equal to
dogs ≤ 3

Why Use Them?

Because there are things we do not know exactly ...
... but can still say something about.
So we have ways of saying what we do know (which may be useful!)

Example: John had 10 marbles, but lost some. How many has he now?

Answer: He must have less than 10:
Marbles < 10

If John still has some marbles we can also say he has greater than zero marbles:
Marbles > 0

But if we thought John could have lost all his marbles we would say
Marbles  0
In other words, the number of marbles is greater than or equal to zero.

Combining

We can sometimes say two (or more) things on the one line:

Example: Becky starts with $10, buys something and says "I got change, too". How much did she spend?

Answer: Something greater than $0 and less than $10 (but NOT $0 or $10):
"What Becky Spends" > $0
"What Becky Spends" < $10
This can be written down in just one line:
$0 < "What Becky Spends" < $10
That says that $0 is less than "What Becky Spends" (in other words "What Becky Spends" is greater than $0) and what Becky Spends is also less than $10.
Notice that ">" was flipped over to "<" when we put it before what Becky spends. Always make sure the small end points to the small value.

Changing Sides

We saw in that previous example that when we change sides we flipped the symbol as well.
This: Becky Spends > $0 (Becky spends greater than $0)
is the same as this: $0 < Becky Spends ($0 is less than what Becky spends)

Just make sure the small end points to the small value!

Here is another example using "≥" and "≤":

Example: Becky has $10 and she is going shopping. How much will she spend (without using credit)?

Answer: Something greater than, or possibly equal to, $0 and less than, or possibly equal to, $10:
Becky Spends ≥ $0
Becky Spends ≤ $10
This can be written down in just one line:
$0 ≤ Becky Spends ≤ $10

A Long Example: Cutting Rope

Here is an interesting example I thought of:

Example: Sam cuts a 10m rope into two. How long is the longer piece? How long is the shorter piece?

Answer: Let us call the longer length of rope "L", and the shorter length "S"
L must be greater than 0m (otherwise it isn't a piece of rope), and also less than 10m:
L > 0
L < 10
So:
0 < L < 10
That says that L (the Longer length of rope) is between 0 and 10 (but not 0 or 10)

The same thing can be said about the shorter length "S":
0 < S < 10

But I did say there was a "shorter" and "longer" length, so we also know:
S < L
(Do you see how neat mathematics is? Instead of saying "the shorter length is less than the longer length", we can just write "S < L")

We can combine all of that like this:
0 < S < L < 10
That says a lot:
0 is less that the short length, the short length is less than the long length, the long length is less than 10.
Reading "backwards" we can also see:
10 is greater than the long length, the long length is greater than the short length, the short length is greater than 0.
It also lets us see that "S" is less than 10 (by "jumping over" the "L"), and even that 0<10 all="" anyway="" in="" know="" one="" p="" statement.="" we="" which="">

NOW, I have one more trick. If Sam tried really hard he might be able to cut the rope EXACTLY in half, so each half is 5m, but we know he didn't because we said there was a "shorter" and "longer" length, so we also know:
S<5 p="">and
L>5
We can put that into our very neat statement here:
0 < S < 5 < L < 10
And IF we thought the two lengths MIGHT be exactly 5 we could change that to
0 < S ≤ 5 ≤ L < 10

An Example Using Algebra

OK, this example may be complicated if you don't know Algebra, but I thought you might like to see it anyway:

Example: What is x+3, when we know that x is greater than 11?

If x > 11 , then x+3 > 14
(Imagine that "x" is the number of people at your party. If there are more than 11 people at your party, and 3 more arrive, then there must be more than 14 people at your party now.)

You're just on time.

Someone graduated at 21 but waited 6 years to get a good job.

Someone had no education but became a millionaire.

Someone married at 20 but divorced 3 years later.

Someone got married at 30 but found everlasting love of their lives.

You’re not early. You’re not late. You’re just on time.

Lumbar strain.

Medical Word for the day: Lumbago

Parang luma at bago.
Lumang tao at bagong sakit.
O, biro lang ha. 😆

Lumbago - pain in the muscles and joints of the lower back.

Anong dahilan bakit nagka-lumbago?

Kuro kuro

From Gerald Hidalgo of Tanauan, Batangas.

Hell is real.

October 24, 2018
I hope you can read everything

Experience in hell
A true life story of a 24-Year-old lady

I was raped by a supposed friend (someone I thought I could trust). I was embarrassed and shocked. I couldn't tell anyone about my terrible experience. I kept it for me and followed my normal life.
A few weeks later, after returning from a vigil, I started feeling weak, so I went to a nearby hospital and did some tests. For my biggest surprise, say positive to pregnancy.

I told the man involved that after many pleas he convinced me to have an abortion that will be kept secret.

I went to an abortion; however, before the procedure, I asked God to forgive me for what I was about to do and, in the process I died, I left my body. Still looking at the lifeless form at the abortion table, I started to ascend, but in an instant a force pushed me down through a dark tunnel. I couldn't see the beginning or end of the tunnel walls. It was dark, so dark, I saw cobwebs like cells on the walls and in an instant I was in hell.

I saw a woman who had been there for more than a hundred years, she was plunged into a deep pain and agony, she melted in the flames and magma, like the liquid, would again join in the form of the woman. It happened repeatedly. I knew I was in hell.

I started to burn and burn, I wanted to pluck my hair from the roots, because the pain was unbearable. It was as if my senses were more than a thousand times. The agony of the burns wasn't enough. The cry of people under the same torment was worse, it was so strong that I felt I was going to be deaf, but they didn't stop ringing in my ears.

I started screaming, the more I screamed, the weaker I felt, but the screams did nothing but scream while weakening me. I rechiné the teeth, but no form of all these expressions made me feel better... it just worsened, beyond all description. I was in a deep torment.

The worst feeling was not just the pain, the noise, the screams or the pungent smell. It was the feeling of despair / total threat. He was doomed forever. I knew I was in hell forever ever. There was no exit. I started crying to God for mercy.

In a moment, Jesus appeared and cried more. I asked him to give me a second place of hell to scream that Jesus is the Lord and die again. Jesus replied: " how many seconds are there in a minute, how many minutes there are in an hour, how many hours are there in one day, how many days are there in a week, how many weeks are there in a month and how many months there are in a On Earth? " I've given you all the seconds in your years of life and you failed me.

I cried more and asked him to have mercy and please give me another chance to go and tell the world about hell. I begged the Lord to give me a chance, even if i came back to the world without my hands or my legs, at least let there be breath in my nose. I understood the adagio better that a living dog is better than a dead lion. I even promised to tell the world about my torment if it frees my soul from torment in hell.

He replied: " many have gone from here to tell you, what makes you think they will believe you, but I kept pleading for a second chance and while crying and bay the teeth.

Jesus had mercy on me, but he warned me harshly that if he did not preach he would end up in hell He said, "tell my people to stop playing with me". at that moment I woke up in the hospital room.

At First I was afraid to share my horrible experience because I was worried about my reputation, but I finally opened up when I came in contact with a true prophet of God.

What is the cost of your chance?

If you are reading this post that means you have the opportunity to make a change and make up with God or if you are warm, it's time to stop playing with God.

Words by themselves can't count my torment in hell or the torment of those in hell.

Hell is not a myth, a story, or a product of someone's imagination, hell is a real place.

A place you don't even wish for your enemies or for those who have hurt you the most.
(HEB 9:27 ~ and how it is established that men die once, but after this the judgment. )
If we recognize that one day we will take away all earthly things, then the longing for material possessions will matter to us much less now. We must get away from physical indulgence, as earthly pleasure does not leave any permanent gratification.
(2 Peter 3:11 ~ seeing that all these things will be dissolved, what kind of people must be in all holy conversation and mercy? )

- we must stop making excuses for God's work
- we must imitate Christ
- discover our purpose on earth and tell it
- be part of the movement of God in these last days
- make a constant walk with the Holy Spirit.

If you were blessed with this testimony, please share.

Prayer for those who love to write amen, they will not end in hell. Please type amen.

Pray for God to forgive you all your sins and have mercy on you. Please don't ignore this. Hell is real

Know your worth.

A father before he died said to his son: “this is a watch your grandfather gave me,  and is more than 200 years old.  But before I give it to you, go to the watch shop on the first street, and tell him I want to sell it, and see how much he offers you”.

He went, and then came back to his father, and said, "the watchmaker offered 5 dollars because it's old”.

He said to him : “go to the coffee shop”.

He went and then came back, and said: “He offered $5 father”.

“Go to the museum and show that watch”.

He went then came back, and said to his father “They offered me a million dollars for this piece”.

The father said: “I wanted to let you know that the right place values you in right way.

Don't find yourself in the wrong place and get angry if you are not valued.

Those that know your value are those who appreciate you, don't stay in a place where nobody sees your value".

Know your worth. 💯

How do I Motivate my employess?

How do I motivate my employees?

My answer is: I do not and I cannot motivate my employees. They motivate themselves.

We can only motivate ourselves. This is because motivation comes from within a person.

We can offer perks, but in the end, it will be the employees who will decide if this is something that they should work hard for or not.

Gala din paminsan minsan

Have fun and enjoy life......

Men should..

MEN SHOULD MASTURBATE 21 TIMES A MONTH 😉

As we may know, the need for a sexual release is one of the primal instincts of any human being, so this need has to be FULFILLED.

Masturbation can help a person get rid of sexual frustration, and it can also be very pleasurable because a person would know how to stimulate himself the right way!

Masturbating just once or twice in a day is considered rather healthy! So, find out why men should masturbate at least "21 times a month."

1) Reduce Stress
-Masturbation is known to calm your nerves and reduce stress instantly, as it produces endorphins in the brain.

2) Increase Sperm Motility
-In addition, masturbation can also increase sperm motility and help a man's erection last for a longer time, during sexual intercourse.

3) Reduce Risk of PROSTATE CANCER 👈👌

-A study said, that men can reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer, by 3 times, if they masturbate and ejaculate at least 21 times a month!

Prostate cancer is very common, especially in men above the age of 50 and it can be fatal!

This research study said that they noticed that many men above 50 with prostate cancer did not masturbate or have intercourse on a regular basis.

The experts also said that, having a healthy lifestyle, in addition to attaining regular sexual climax is the key to prevent prostate cancer in men.

So what are you waiting for!?

WHO KNOWS yung mga NEGATIVE what if eh maging POSITIVE.
> What if kumita ka?
> What if magbago ang buhay mo?
> What if umasenso ka?

MAG ARAL NG MABUTI, PARA KAPAG NAKAGRADUATE KA NA, MALIBAN SA MAGANDANG TRABAHO, MAY POSIBILIDAD MAKAPAGTAYO NG MATATAG NA PAGKAKAKITAAN / MAUNLAD NA NEGOSYO (Chinese Mindset)

01142020 SSS application.

Around 8am of January 14, 2020 I went to SSS Bacoor Banch to file my wifes' sickness benefits application at medical section of SSS and I am No. 22.

What happened?

What I learned?

Gallbladder removal is not qualified for disability claim. DI KA DAW DISABLE KAHIT WALA KA NG GALBLADDER.

So for sickness benefit application daw.

SSS Representative Eunice check my form, documents attached and required bank requirements. All okay then upon checking Fely's monthly distribution she found out that Fely did not continue her contributions. She explain that to be qualified with SBA you should have a contribution of at least 6 months the latest. SO SUMATOTAL REJECT DI SYA NAKAKUHA.

Sabi ng taga SSS Employer will be the one to submit and do the proper posting of the employee's contribution at the SSS servicing branch.

Yan po uwian na. WOW ha walang nangyari...

Php30 tinapay

Here's how you can apply for a PWD ID

Before they can avail of their benefits and privileges, PWDs must first get an identification card from their local city or municipal social welfare offices.

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has signed the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the law expanding the benefits of persons with disabilities (PWDs) which exempts them from paying value-added tax (VAT) on goods and services.
Under the IRR of Republic Act 10754 ot the law amending the benefits specified in the Magna Carta for PWDs, "PWDs are those with long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others." (READ: Discounts, VAT exemptions now available to PWDs)
These include those with visual, hearing, and speech impairments; physical disability; psychiatric disability; intellectual disability; cerebral palsy; and persons with autism, among others.
Before differently-abled persons can avail of their benefits, they must first get a PWD identification card that may be claimed through the National Council of Disability Affairs (NCDA) or in their local City or Municipal Welfare Office. (READ: FAST FACTS: What persons with disability are entitled to)

Here are the steps to get a PWD ID*:

    • Office of the Mayor

    • Office of the Barangay Captain

    • National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) or its regional counterpart

How To Apply For A PWD ID In The Philippines 2019

The government has a set of laws that address the needs of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the country. These privileges can be availed by presenting a special PWD identification card.

What is PWD ID

A PWD ID is a valid identification card issued to persons with disabilities. This card serves as a proof for availing of the benefits and privileges for PWDs.
Getting a PWD ID is free and valid for three (3) years. Same documents are needed for renewal. However, the requirements should be updated and latest.

Who can apply for PWD ID

According to the Republic Act 10754, PWDs “are those with long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others.” Below are the PWD ID qualifications:
  • Physical incapacity (e.g. amputation, spinal injury, post-polio)
  • Visual, speech, and hearing impairment (e.g. blindness, mute, deaf)
  • Intellectual, psychosocial, and psychiatric disability (e.g. schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder)
  • Learning disability
A person should manifest indications of a disability acknowledged by a medical professional through a clinical abstract or medical certificate.

PWD ID requirements

To be able to obtain a PWD card, the applicant must complete the following PWD requirements:
  • Accomplished Philippine Registry Form for Persons with Disability (This form is available on local government offices, National Council on Disability Affairs, Department of Health, and Department of Social Welfare and Development. You may also download the file or register online at the Department of Health’s Philippine Registry For Persons With Disability.)
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Two 2×2 ID picture for the application form, and one 1X1 ID picture for medicine booklet
  • Medical certificate or clinical abstract from a physician

How to apply for a PWD ID

Here are the steps on how to get a PWD ID:
  1. Gather all the required documents. Ensure that you have the complete documents to have a faster approval.
  2. If the applicant is unable to appear in person for the application, a family member may take over on behalf of the applicant. The representative must present an authorization letter signed by the PWD applicant.
  3. After the verification of submitted documents, the forms will be forwarded to the health center near your municipality. The appointed officer will fill out a certification form and will input the submitted data to the Philippine Registry for PWD.
  4. Then, the PWD applicant must submit the certificate of disability and approved application form to the nearest office of Social Welfare, NCDA, or DSWD for the actual issuance of ID. This typically takes only a few minutes to be issued.

PWD Benefits

Upon approval of PWD card application, PWDs are entitled to the following privileges:
     –   Persons with disabilities can enjoy 20% discount on lodging establishments, restaurants, prescribed medicines from hospitals and pharmacies, professional services on both private and public hospitals, public and private transportation by land, air and sea, and recreation centers.
  • 5% discount*
     –   Apart from the 20% discount, PWDs are also entitled to 5% discount on basic commodities, such as rice, bread, meat, fruits, vegetables, fresh and processed milk, sugar, and coffee, among others.
  • Educational assistance
     –   PWDs who wishes to pursue primary, secondary, tertiary, and post-tertiary can avail of the educational assistance in both public and private schools.
  • Government benefits
     –   Continuation of GSIS, SSS, and Pag-IBIG (if previously employed)
  • Other benefits
     –  Priority parking on establishments and express lane on queues can also be enjoyed by PWDs.
Given the benefits that PWDs can enjoy, they can’t avail of double discounts. For example, a person with disability can avail of an establishment’s promo or the 20% discount, whichever is higher. Furthermore, if the PWD is also a senior citizen that is entitled to a 20% discount, he/she can only use either his/her senior citizen ID or PWD ID to avail the 20% discount.
Caregivers of PWDs are also eligible to tax incentives in compliance with the National Internal Revenue Code’s provision.
*The total purchase per week should not be more than P1,300 to qualify for the 5% discount
According to the Official Gazette of the Philippines, “persons with disability shall be treated as dependents under Section 35(A) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and as such, individual taxpayers providing care for them shall be accorded the privileges granted by the Code insofar as having dependents under the same section are concerned.”
