04302024 tue pabunot.
Eto yung sa pautang.
It is probably worth it if you lend someone money and never see that person again, even though he (she) promises to pay you back. Money is the acid test of character. Watch a person’s attitude towards money, and you will have a peek into their soul. So it's okay. You LOST, but you GAINED. You LOST money (you can always earn it back later), but you GAIN the knowledge of people you should NEVER trust. #PassionPurposeProductivity

Open letter.
An open letter to Air Asia by a concerned netizen:
Hi Air Asia,
I've been flying with you for quite sometime now and I am truly honoured to be your passenger. All your employees are indeed professional.
I, somehow have some thoughts... I am on queue for my flight bound to Davao tonight (18-7-17) with flight no. Z2615. Ahead of me were 3 humble soldiers. When their turn came to check their luggage in, the lads got an excess with their luggage weight. Your staff somehow, did her job efficiently and followed the airline's protocol. So our 3 men without any complaints, stepped back and went to the side and sort their stuff out. But even if how hardly they tried, still there was a 7 kgs. excess in one of the soldiers'. Upon looking at their things, all we can see were their combat uniforms, which got me sooo curious and started to chat with them. 1 passenger suggested to have it cargoed but they cant do it as they have to travel straight to Cotabato and 2 of them are to head to Marawi. After learning where they are bound to, I felt like the need to talk to the Supervisor. I mean, these men are risking their lives for our security, our peace, our freedom... cant they be granted with lil bit of privilege? at least a free 7kgs luggage?
Before I went around to try to look for the Supervisor, kind hearted passengers started to offer their extra weight for our soldiers. With that, my heart melted. I was really captivated by the generosity and kindness these passengers shown. It was literally like Filipinos in Bayanihan. And when it was my turn, luckily enough with an extra 2kgs free, the soldier's shoes filled my rucksack in.
I am blessed to somehow help them with their luggage, and that was a little thank you for the bigger job they are doing. But, we are even blessed to have these men who are ready to die for our freedom, for our land. Even if they were so called "men in uniform", they remained humble and followed simple airline rules. True heroes not just in war, but as an abiding citizens. Filipino citizens who deserve better at least for an extra few luggage weight.
Cheers to our heroes! Our soldiers!
May all our airlines give somehow a lil bit consideration esp. to them who sacrifice for our country.
God bless, The Philippines!

DAILY STOCK UPDATE #60
For the past few days, our Daily Stock Updates are about Sideways Trend and Moving Average.
Now, let me share with you the SUPPORT and RESISTANCE.
What Is a Support?
It’s the price range that serves as the potential entry point.
It’s the price range where there’s a lot of buyers.
Buy at support level and near at support level.
What Is a Resistance?
It’s the price range where there’s a lot of sellers.
It’s the price range that serves as the potential exit point.
Sell at resistance level and near at resistance level.
Let's Review the DSU # 58-59.
You can also trade in a sideways trend.
What Is a Sideways Trend?
no dominant trend
not uptrend nor downtrend
you can use a Horizontal line to plot the support and resistance (horizontal price movement)
you can trade in sideways by using Candlestick Pattern, RSI, Breakout and Breakdown as confirmation
you can buy near the support and sell near the resistance
What could potentially happen in a sideways trend?
It could be an indication that the stock is consolidating before it potentially go downtrend (bearish) or uptrend (bullish).
What Is a Moving Average (MA)?
this can be used to determine the support and resistance as well.
this determine the stock’s trend direction however, it’s based on past prices.
you can use 2 MA (short and long) to confirm if the stock would potentially go up (when the 2 MAs crosses, pointing upward) or down
you can use a combination of Moving Average (MA) and Exponential Moving Average (EMA)
The Exponential Moving Average gives more weight to recent stock prices.
If the 2 MA’s crosses pointing upward, that's an indication that the stock could potentially go up.
But, remember that...
You still need to analyze the candlestick patterns
Check the Volume
You may want to check the RSI as well
Kung alam mo ng i-combine lahat ito mas makakatulong ito sa pag identify ng BUY and SELL signals mo based on your goals.
Practice po ang kailangan.
Pwedeng magpractice using VIRTUAL TRADING sa Investagrams.

Utang
Thought of the day.
Diaper,Gatas,Wipes at Vitamins?
PAANO TAYO MAKAKASURVIVE SA P610 RATE SA PH?
Utang dito! Utang doon! 😭

FAQs on real estate investments:
Beware of the word “CLEAN TITLE”.
You can only call it clean title IF:
✅ Owners that appear in the title of the property are still ALIVE & CAN SIGN documents
✅ NO disputes attached in the title AND “certified true copy” of the title.
Please take note of the “AND” because not all disputes are printed in the original title itself. Thus, it is very important to request for the latest certified true copy of the title.
✅ All real estate taxes are paid on time. Always request for latest real estate tax clearance.
✅ The owners are married (on or after 1987) The property is considered conjugal even if only one property owner is in the title. Both should sign sale documents. Should the property owner dies, heirs should file and pay for the estate tax of all the properties.
✅ The property estate taxes are not yet paid, the property cannot be called “CLEAN”.
✅ Magkaiba po ang real estate tax na binabayaran ninyo annually at ang estate tax (BIR FORM 1801) You only pay estate tax if the owner in the title ay deads na. Penalties (like big penalties) apply for late filing.
Public service lang po 🙂. Ang estate tax clearance po is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Kailangan talaga syang e file at bayaran whether you like it or not, pag nadeads ang owner na nakalagay sa title. Yep di mo siya matransfer without paying it (kaya nga may amnesty para dun sa matagal na di nattransfer, naextend yun btw)

Oxygen sensor
Understanding the Oxygen Sensor: How It Works and Its Benefits
An oxygen sensor is a small electronic device that is typically located in the exhaust system of a car. It measures the amount of oxygen present in the exhaust gases and sends this information to the engine's control module. Here's how it works and its benefits:
How it works:
- The oxygen sensor generates a small voltage when it is exposed to oxygen in the exhaust gases.
- The engine control module (ECM) reads this voltage to determine the air/fuel ratio and adjusts the fuel injection accordingly.
- The oxygen sensor constantly monitors the air/fuel ratio to ensure optimal performance and fuel efficiency.
Benefits:
- Improved fuel efficiency: The oxygen sensor helps the engine adjust its fuel injection to achieve a more optimal air/fuel ratio, resulting in improved fuel economy.
- Reduced emissions: By ensuring that the air/fuel ratio is optimal, the oxygen sensor helps reduce harmful emissions from the exhaust.
- Improved engine performance: A faulty oxygen sensor can cause a range of engine problems, including reduced power, decreased fuel efficiency, and increased emissions. By ensuring the oxygen sensor is working correctly, the engine can operate more efficiently and effectively.
DTC codes:
- P0130: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0131: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0132: Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0133: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0134: Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0135: Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
- P0150: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0151: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0152: Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0153: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0154: Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
- P0155: Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
The oxygen sensor is a critical component of a car's engine management system. It helps to ensure that the engine is operating at peak performance, while also reducing harmful emissions and improving fuel efficiency. Regular maintenance of the oxygen sensor is important to ensure it continues to function correctly and to prevent issues with the engine's performance. By understanding how the oxygen sensor works and its benefits, car owners can appreciate the important role it plays in their vehicle's overall performance.

Kuwentong jolibee
Jayson: "Ma'am, ipagjo-Jollibee nyo po ako? Parang sobra naman po yata 'yon, ehh nanalo lang naman po ako ehh" *with his innocent face*
Ako: "Ano ka ba? Anong nanalo LANG?
And my tears starts falling down! 😞
Di ko lubos maisip na ang kausap ko ay ISANG GRADE 1 STUDENT pa lamang na dapat puro laro lang ang nasa isip but then para syang matanda kung makipag-usap because of what he experienced on his life in this kind of age! He is Jayson D. Maghirang, one of my with honor learner 💗 I'm still young to be a mother pero isa sya sa nagpaparamdam sakin na isa na akong ina, sobrang sarap lang sa feeling. ❤
Everytime I see his genuine smile, di ako nawawalan ng pag asa na makakaahon 'to sa kung anong meron sila ngayon! 😇
Bigla akong nanlambot at nasaktan dun sa mga narinig ko 💔 Di ko man makwento ang buhay na meron sya ngayon but I could really tell that the life of this child will inspire you to become strong in facing pr0blems in life yet nagagawa nya pa ring ngumiti!

“PWEDE PO BANG TAKE OUT?
J: Pwede po bang take out?
“I am once again reminded how blessed we are, tayo, ikaw na nakakabasa nito. Minsan kasi dami nating reklamo, without even realizing how lucky we are with our lives.”
Always count your blessings.

Kaya't, kahit sino, kailan o paano.

ADVICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES :
1. Build a home earlier. Be it rural home or urban home. Building a house at 50 is not an achievement. Don't get used to government houses. This comfort is so dangerous. Let all your family have good time in your house.
2. Go home. Don't stick at work all the year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you drop dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority.
3. Don't chase promotions. Master your skills and be excellent at what you do. If they want to promote you, that's fine if they don't, stay positive to your personal development.
4. Avoid office or work gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Don't join the bandwagon that backbites your bosses and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings that have only people as their agenda.
5. Don't ever compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you will fry your brain.
6. Ensure you have a side business. Your salary will not sustain your needs in the long run.
7. Save some money. Let it be deducted automatically from your payslip.
8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation not to buy luxury. Buy luxury from your profit.
9. Keep your life, marriage and family private. Let them stay away from your work. This is very important.
10. Be loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Hanging around your boss will alienate you from your colleagues and your boss may finally dump you when he leaves.
11. Retire early. The best way to plan for your exit was when you received the employment letter. The other best time is today. By 40 to 50 be out.
12. Join work welfare and be an active member always. It will help you a lot when any eventuality occurs.
13.Take leave days utilize them by developing yr future home or projects..usually what you do during yr leave days is a reflection of how you'll live after retirement..If it means you spend it all holding a remote control watching series on Zee world, expect nothing different after retirement.
14. Start a project whilst still serving or working. Let your project run whilst at work and if it doesn't do well, start another one till it's running viably. When your project is viably running then retire to manage your business. Most people or pensioners fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to run a project.
15. Pension money is not for starting a project or buy a stand or build a house but it's money for your upkeep or to maintain yourself in good health. Pension money is not for paying school fees or marrying a young wife but to look after yourself.
16. Always remember, when you retire never be a case study for living a miserable life after retirement but be a role model for colleagues to think of retiring too.
17. Don't retire just because you are finished or you are now a burden to the company and just wait for your day to die. Retire young or whilst energetic to enjoy waking up for a cup of coffee, enjoy the sun, receive money from your business, visit nice place that you missed and spend good time with family. Those who retire late, spend about 95% of their time at work than with their family and that's why they see it difficult to spend time with their family when they retire but end looking for another job till they die. If they don't get another job, they die early.
18. Retire at your house than at government accommodation so that when you retire you can easily fit into the society that raised you. It's not easy to adjust to live in a location after spending more years at company house or at government house.
19. Never let your employment benefits make you forget about your retirement. Employment benefits are just meant to make you relax, get finished whilst time is moving. Remember when you retire no one will call you boss if you don't have a viable business.
20. Don't hate to retire because one day you will retire either voluntarily or involuntarily.
Hope this will help you look at life positively.

Lead with care.
I went to a local bank today and was disheartened to see the bank’s cleaner having lunch in what looked like a cramped storage room in a 35 degrees Celcius Manila heat.
If you were the branch head, manager, personal banking officer, or teller, would you want to have lunch in that room?
If you’re a parent, can you imagine seeing your grownup child having lunch there? Or can you imagine your 50-year-old parent having lunch there?
It breaks my heart to see stark contrasts with how people in organizations are treated depending on their career status and salary grade.
It takes a #fearlessleader to dare to CARE about the plight of every member of his/her team.
It takes a fearless leader to make the people in the organization feel safe and seen, including the often unseen members of the organization like the cleaners, guards, and janitors.
A fearless leader focuses on caring for others, while a fearful or weak leader prioritizes self-preservation.
Do you have a #FearlessLeader in your organization?
If you’re a leader, are you fearless enough to be caring and compassionate?
P.S. I’m curious. Is it a norm for banks to not have a decent pantry for their cleaners to take their lunch? What’s your take on this?

60
At magbalik-loob at magpakabuti habang nasa lupa...AMEN !

Be grateful always.
Richard Gere dressed as homeless and sensed people's contempt.
The professionalism of actor Richard Gere gave him a hard lesson in life, as he felt the indifference and even contempt of people.
It all started when the Hollywood star decided to walk the streets of New York dressed as homeless. Challenge he decided to face to prepare his character for "Top Out Of Mind".According to the artist, "People walked past me and looked at me contemptuously. Although he bore the ugly looks for several hours, only one woman took pity on him and offered him food."It was an unforgettable experience. We often forget how fortunate and blessed we are.
We should not take everything for granted. And if we can help someone, let's do it. "So when I finished the "experiment," I walked around town, gave food and $100 to every person I met. They cried and were so grateful. Be part of the change you want to see in the world. " -RICHARD GERE
