Tupad criteria.

 To be eligible for the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) program, you must meet the following criteria:

Be a displaced worker, including those who lost their jobs due to natural or economic reasons 

Be underemployed and looking to increase your income 

Be self-employed and lost your livelihood due to disasters 

Be a farmer or fisherman who was displaced due to natural calamities 

Be a member of a vulnerable sector, such as women, youth, senior citizens, or persons with disabilities (PWD) 

Be a single parent who is unemployed, underemployed, or lost their livelihood due to economic downturns, disasters, or other qualifying circumstances 

To apply for TUPAD, you will need: 

Proof of residency, such as a barangay certificate

Government-issued identification, such as a driver's license or voter's ID

TUPAD application form, which is available through the local PESO office

TUPAD is an emergency employment program that provides community-based assistance for displaced workers, seasonal workers, and underemployed individuals. TUPAD beneficiaries are involved in community-based projects that contribute to local development.
