Susan, a cherished daughter, sister, friend and a godmother (Ninang) to many, known for her kind, humble and generous personality, took her last breath on earth and breathed the air of heaven on Wednesday morning, October 23, 2024. Born on December 24, 1957 Susan lived

a life filled with tremendous passion and service towards others. She was survived by her 7 siblings: Romy, Ramon, Ronnie, Imelda, Ruel, Ruben Jr., Rowena and 13 nieces and nephews: Gizelle, Ralph, Kim, Kae, Kyla, Razel, Paul, Paula, Mike, Ruben III, and Mikael Ryan and great niece, Tatiana. Her love and care for her family knew no bounds. She provided for the education of all her nieces and nephews from elementary through college. She is now reunited in heaven with her Dad, Ruben Sr., Mom, Lustina, nephew, Ryan Kevin and niece, Luztina. Susan was an accomplished chemical engineer from Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT of the Philippines) and was employed for 37 years at Analog Devices Inc. (ADI). She was celebrated as one of the brightest minds in the field.Her unwavering dedication, innovative spirit, and exceptional leadership left an indelible mark on her colleagues and the industry. 1982-1985: Assembly Engineer and Manager at Dynetics, Philippines; 1985: Department Manager, Assembly Engineering, ADI Philippines; 1990: Department Manager, Quality, ADI Philippines; 1994: Quality Director, ADI Wilmington, MA; 1999: ADI Worldwide Quality Director; 2006: Director for Customer Quality Engineering ADI Worldwide Manufacturing; 2007: Environmental Health and Safety Director and retired in 2022.

“Susan was an incredible woman and an inspiration to all who know her, particularly the young engineers, male and female, who joined ADI. She is the single best example to all, aspire for great heights and you will achieve them. Susan through multiple promotions became a key leader for ADI and a beacon of what is possible no matter where you start in the company. I have always been proud of what we achieved in the Philippines, however I am incredibly honored to have worked with Susan for many years. I would always have her back.”
