Suspension.

Following is the 11 Different Components of Suspension System:

The suspension system of a vehicle plays a crucial role in ensuring comfort, stability, and handling. It connects the vehicle's body to the wheels, allowing it to absorb shocks and maintain tire contact with the road. Key components include:

1. Upper Control Arm: This component connects the vehicle frame to the suspension and allows vertical movement of the wheel. It helps control wheel alignment and steering.

2. Upper Ball Joint: A spherical bearing that connects the upper control arm to the steering knuckle, enabling the wheel to move up and down while turning.

3. Coil Spring: A spring that absorbs shocks and supports the weight of the vehicle. It compresses and expands to keep the wheels in contact with the road.

4. Shock Absorber: This component dampens the oscillations caused by the springs' compression and rebound, providing a smooth ride by reducing bounce and sway.

5. Lower Ball Joint: Similar to the upper ball joint, it connects the lower control arm to the steering knuckle and allows the wheel to move while maintaining alignment.

6. Lower Control Arm: It connects the vehicle frame to the wheel assembly and supports the suspension's vertical movement.

7. Tire: The contact point between the vehicle and the road, providing traction and cushioning.

8. Control Arm Bushing: Rubber or polyurethane components that provide flexibility, reduce vibration, and absorb shock between the control arm and the vehicle frame.

9. Stabilizer (Sway Bar): A metal bar that helps reduce body roll during turns, stabilizing the vehicle by connecting the left and right sides of the suspension.

10. Idler Arm: Part of the steering system, it supports the steering linkage and allows the steering wheel to turn smoothly.

11. Inner Tie Rod End: The component that connects the steering rack to the outer tie rod, enabling the wheels to turn when the steering wheel is rotated.

Proverbs 13:24

 A prison inmate on death row was asked his last wish before he would be electrocuted in the chair,he asked for a pen and paper, then wrote ;

Dear mom, if the the law was fair today you would be here seated next to me waiting to be electrocuted in the electric chair, but since the law is blind, I have been convicted for the crimes we committed together.

Mom remember how it started, do you remember when I was 3 years old when I stole my brothers sweets? You didn’t correct me, remember very well when I was five the day I stole my neighbors toys and hid it at home, you said nothing, mum remember when I was 12 when I hid my cousins ball in the garage, when he had come to play with us at home and you said you didn’t see it, yet you did.

Do you remember the day I was expelled from school at 15 years? Dad wanted to punish me but you refused and that very day you had a bitter argument with dad because you were defending me. You said I was still young, you said the teachers where wrong to say that I was not attending class.

You defended me, you said I was right yet you knew I was wrong. Mum remember very well, you saw me steal our neighbors bicycle when I was 17, but you didn’t report I sold it, but, you were silent mum? You loved me so much, yes, you loved me but you didn’t correct me, instead you spoiled me. That is how it started and it graduated slowly until today when I will be executed for bank robbery and murder.

I was very young, I just needed your guidance mom. By the time you will be reading this I will be gone.

Yours truly, your loving son.

To all parents out there the Bible says, Proverbs 13:24

Those who spare the rod of discipline hate their children. Those who love their children care enough to discipline them...

love your children don’t forget to discipline them..

Plastic bottle

Avoid drinking water from plastic bottles, as they can leach toxins into your water, especially when exposed to heat or sunlight. There is proven research that shows bottled water can contain up to 250,000 nanoplastic particles per liter, which are small enough to enter the human body and potentially cross the blood-brain barrier, leading to cellular and DNA damage

The chemicals commonly found in plastics, such as BPA (Bisphenol A) and phthalates, are known endocrine disruptors. These substances can interfere with hormone function, potentially causing reproductive issues, increased cancer risk, and immune system disturbances. For instance, exposure to phthalates has been linked to liver cancer and a reduction in sperm count in men

Also - there is an alarming rise in certain health conditions among those who frequently consume bottled water, including a 13% increase in cancer rates among individuals under 50 and a 15% increase in digestive disorders like inflammatory bowel disease

What to do instead?

Glass Bottles: Non-toxic and reusable, glass does not leach harmful chemicals.

Stainless Steel Bottles: Durable and insulated, these bottles keep beverages cold or hot without chemical contamination.

Copper Bottles: Lightweight and recyclable, copper is another eco-friendly option.

Reusable Water Flasks: Designed for long-term use, these flasks often come with insulation features.

Drink from earthenware

- Drinking from earthenware helps cool the body naturally and can enhance hydration.

- It also adds beneficial minerals to the water, promoting overall health.

Consider using containers made from brass, copper, silver, glass, or stainless steel. These materials are non-toxic.

Tomato baking soda.

Baking soda, instead of the synthetic chemicals, is a safer and cheaper way to take care of your garden

Why Choose Baking Soda?

Natural and Non-Toxic: Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is safe for plants, pets, and the environment, unlike synthetic chemicals.

Cost-Effective: It's affordable and easily accessible, making it ideal for budget-conscious gardeners.

Versatile Uses: Baking soda serves multiple purposes in the garden, from controlling pests to amending soil pH.

How to Use Baking Soda in Your Garden

1. Control Powdery Mildew:

Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 1 quart of water and a few drops of liquid soap.

Spray affected plants weekly, especially in humid conditions.

2. Manage Fungal Diseases:

Prevent damping-off in seedlings by lightly sprinkling baking soda on the soil surface.

Apply directly to plants with fungal infections like black spot on roses.

3. Natural Pesticide:

Deter aphids and spider mites by spraying plants with a solution of 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, and a few drops of liquid soap mixed in 1 quart of water.

Reapply weekly or after rainfall.

4. Boost Tomato Plants:

Sprinkle a small amount of baking soda around tomato plants to help reduce soil acidity and prevent blossom end rot.

5. Weed Control:

Apply baking soda to driveways and walkways to naturally deter weed growth.

6. Soil Amendment:

Use sparingly to raise pH levels in acidic soils, benefiting plants that prefer neutral to alkaline conditions.

Tips for Using Baking Soda Safely and Effectively

Dilute Properly: Always dilute baking soda in water or mix as directed to avoid harming plants.

Test on a Small Area: Before widespread use, test solutions on a small part of the plant to ensure compatibility.

Monitor Effects: Observe plant reactions post-application and adjust usage accordingly.

UsB connectors.

Different types of USB connectors -

 1. USB Type A – The most common USB connector, typically found on computers, chargers, and standard USB devices.

 2. USB Type B – A square-shaped connector often used in printers and external hard drives.

 3. USB Type C – A newer, reversible connector that supports higher data transfer speeds and power delivery, commonly used in modern smartphones, laptops, and tablets.

 4. USB Micro B – A smaller connector used in older smartphones, external hard drives, and other compact devices.

 5. USB Mini B – An older, compact connector previously used in cameras, MP3 players, and older mobile devices.

Classmates and the trickery of life.

*CLASSMATES AND THE TRICKERY OF LIFE*

There is something both amusing and tragic about classmates.

When we are young, sitting side by side in stiff wooden desks, everything feels equal. We wear the same uniforms, complain about the same teachers, and dream the same big dreams.

We believe, with the foolish confidence of youth, that life will reward us fairly. That the one who topped the class will top in life, that the one who struggled will always struggle, that effort will always equal success.

But life is not a classroom. Life is a trickster, a mischievous storyteller who loves plot twists.

Then one day, years later, we meet again at ordinations, weddings, funerals, airports, or by accident at a supermarket. And suddenly, we see what nobody warned us about.

The boy who never did his assignments now owns a mansion. The one who won all the academic prizes is still searching for relevance. The one who was always quiet now commands boardrooms, while the one who once led every debate now sits in silence, waiting for an opportunity that refuses to come.

And we ask ourselves: how did this happen?

Nobody told us that life does not follow the rules of the classroom. That hard work is important, but so is luck. That intelligence is valuable, but connections sometimes matter more. That some rise not because they are the best, but because they were in the right place at the right time. That life does not grade us like exam scripts, it rolls the dice and sometimes, the results are baffling.

There is a good side to all of these: no matter how far life scatters us, when classmates meet again, the years disappear. Titles do not matter. Bank accounts do not speak.

We laugh over memories of forgotten nicknames, of teachers we swore we would never forget but now struggle to remember. For a brief moment, we return to a time when we were just young with dreams, before life stepped in with its unexpected script.

And just maybe, that is the real lesson:

*success in life is not just about who has more, but about who still has a heart that can reach and remember his friends.*

Money skills.

You NEED to know these MONEY skills:

1. Distinguish Needs from Wants: Focus on essential expenses rather than desires.

2. Consider Buying Used Cars: New cars depreciate quickly. A used vehicle serves the same purpose at a lower cost.

3. Save an Emergency Fund: Aim to set aside 3-6 months of living expenses to avoid debt during unexpected events.

4. Create a Budget: Have a clear plan for where your money goes each month.

5. Understand Taxes: Knowing about taxes can help you retain more of your income. Familiarize yourself with deductions, credits, and tax-advantaged accounts.

6. Get Proper Insurance: Safeguard yourself with health, life, and property insurance to prevent financial disaster from accidents.

7. Avoid Impulse Buying: Before purchasing, evaluate if it’s a necessity. Wait 24 hours before deciding on non-essential items to see if you still want them.

8. Think Long-Term: Make choices that benefit your future rather than seeking immediate satisfaction. Practice waiting for rewards.

9. Prevent Lifestyle Inflation: Just because your income increases doesn’t mean your spending should. Instead, focus on enhancing your investments.

10. Learn to Cook: Dining out can be expensive. Cooking at home is often healthier and saves money.

11. Invest in Quality: Spending more on durable, quality items can save you money over time.

12. Build a Strategic Network: Cultivate genuine relationships that can lead to new opportunities. Helping others can often lead to mutual benefit.

13. Be Cautious with Lending to Family: Money can strain relationships. If you choose to give, do so as a gift rather than a loan.

14. Value Experiences Over Things: True happiness comes from relationships and experiences, not just financial wealth. Invest in memorable experiences.

15. See Money as a Tool: Money should enhance your life, but it isn’t the ultimate goal. Focus on what truly matters.

16. Practice Patience with Wealth Building: Accumulating wealth takes time. Understand that growing your finances isn’t an overnight process.

Someday we will retire.

 R E T I R E M E N T

1. One day you will retire. You won't be going to work. You won’t have office power any more. No influence or at best, a reduced influence. Your cash flow will also reduce! Check retirement date on your payslip.

2. Always go for your 30days annual leave. Whatever you do during your leave, is what you will be doing when you retire. If all you do is to sleep or watch TV, then that’s what you are likely do do in your retirement. Remember the book of Proverbs. A little sleep and a little slumber, so shall your poverty multiply.

Binge Watching will not save you heartache in retirement. Learn a trade or a skill during your leave. It will come handy. Spend your after-office hours learning something. Don’t spend it sleeping, Gossiping, watching TV!! Same goes for your weekend. Make them productive. You will thank yourself for spending your time productively.

3. Invest for your retirement... your children are not retirement investment. Don’t bank on your children’s support or the support of friends or relations. That’s a BIG risk. It may not happen. Be ready to take care of yourself!! Everyone has his own responsibilities. They won’t be able to help you that much. You will also lose your dignity and respect if you adopt a life of begging.

4. Start a hobby early in your working days to take you along when you retire. Rearing chicken, farming or own a shop. Acquire marketable skills (not useless paper certificates), etc.

5. Where shall you retire. Build yourself a home. Don't retire and start to rent a house or refuse to vacate government house. You will be at the mercy of your landlord at a time when your cash flow is not only reduced but unpredictable!!

6. Who shall be your dependants. By the time you retire, your children should be above 18, and self reliant.

7. Don't retire and stay in a big city unless you can TRULY afford it. You can't continue living in a big city after 60 with limited financial resources. The language and the hustle will be hard for you. Where possible, Relocate to a less expensive town where your reduced take home (pension) can go further.

8. Have property which can be rented or converted into cash. Have shares that pay good dividends. Plant cash trees. Rear goats, cultivate vegetables etc. these activities will not only give you income but will also keep you healthy.

9. Live a simple life. If you never built a house at your rural home, dont use your retirement package to build. It is unwise unless you plan to live there on a permanent basis or you are super rich and therefore can afford the luxury. The choice is yours.

Note that many of retirees die early because of the following:

1. They are Not mentally prepared to retire.

2. Lack of finances

3. They Lapse into Depression

4. They develop Hypertension/ Diabetes because of worries, anxiety and uncertainty and financial pressures.

YOUR DESK AT YOUR WORK PLACE IS NOT PERMANENT. PLAN FOR YOUR RETIREMENT.

Oxygen.

A 78-year-old man collapsed and was taken to the hospital. He was given oxygen to sustain him for 24 hours. After a while, he was getting better, so the doctor gave him a $500 bill. When he saw the bill, he started to cry. The doctor told him not to cry because of the bill, and he could pay the installments. But that man said: “I am not crying because of the money, I can pay it all in cash. I am crying because in just 24 hours of using oxygen, I have to pay $500. But I have been breathing God's free air for 78 years now. If I have to pay, do you know how much I owe God?”

May I ask you a question: "what if you were to die today, where would you go?"

You can click the link below to watch it live on YouTube. This 15 minute-video has changed many lives, it would change your life too.

https://youtu.be/nhDK6aJWfXU

Would you like to receive a Gift of Eternal Life today? Please pray with me:

“Dear Lord,

I admit that I am a sinner. I have done many things that don’t please you. I have lived my life for myself only. I am sorry, and I repent. I ask you to forgive me. I believe that you died on the cross for me, to save me. You did what I could not do for myself. I come to you now and ask you to take control of my life; I give it to you. From this day forward, help me to live every day for you and in a way that pleases you. I love you, Lord, and I thank you that I will spend all eternity with you. In Jesus’s Name. I pray, Amen!”

I love you and I don’t want you to miss the opportunity of knowing and putting your faith in Jesus Christ. Please be patient to watch this video and share it with your loved ones.

May God bless you and your family. ❤️

The myths.

The Myth of Duterte’s Legal Mastery

There’s an old tale about a man who claimed to be the greatest warrior in the land. He spoke with confidence, carried himself like a conqueror, and his followers swore he had won countless battles.

But when the time came to prove his skills in an actual fight, the truth was revealed—he had never really won a war. His legend was built on bluster, fear, and intimidation, not actual victories.

This is the story of Rodrigo Duterte’s so-called "legal brilliance."

Duterte did not win in 2016 because he was brilliant—he won because he courted the Marcos Loyalists and capitalized on the protest vote against the Liberal Party.

• The North delivered for him. Then-Governor Imee Marcos was one of only three governors who backed his candidacy. That gave him a solid advantage in the northern provinces.

• He rode on public frustration against the Liberal Party. He just presented himself as the opposite of "Dilawan."

However, his presidency became untouchable not because of his own strength, but , not just because of DDS but also because of us— Marcos supporters. We defended him, amplified his voice, and fought his critics.

But looking back, what did he actually achieve?

Duterte’s supporters love to call him a former prosecutor, as if it proves his legal brilliance.

But where is his record of major victories?

• No landmark cases won. Unlike great prosecutors who shaped legal precedents, Duterte left no mark in Philippine jurisprudence.

• Not a single famous conviction under his name. Despite years in the justice system, he has no high-profile case he can proudly claim as his victory.

A great lawyer is remembered for his arguments.

Duterte is remembered for his threats.

After his years as a so-called “prosecutor,” Duterte became a congressman.

A true legislator is measured by the laws he passes, his contributions to national policy, and his ability to fight for the people.

How did Duterte perform?

• He passed ONLY ONE law : Republic Act 8969, which makes the 3rd Friday of August a special holiday in Davao City

• He had no major legislative battles. Unlike lawmakers who champion causes, Duterte was barely active in Congress.

• He was a non-factor in national policymaking. Instead of pushing reforms, he simply warmed his seat and waited to return to Davao

Duterte's congressional record is proof that he was never a real reformer. He had one job as a lawmaker—to make laws—and he failed.

When he became president, his failures became bigger:

• Rice Tariffication Law – His policy caused skyrocketing rice prices and crushed local farmers.

• Persecuting Leila De Lima – He weaponized the justice system to imprison his biggest critic, yet after years of trial, De Lima walked free because there was no solid evidence against her.

• Targeting Leni Robredo – He wasted time attacking a woman who only wanted to help. He even said women are unfit to be president.

• The Pandemic Controversy – Billions of pesos were lost in the Pharmally scandal

• The EJKs – His drug war killed thousands of poor Filipinos, while the biggest drug lords remained untouched.

• The Narcolist Hoax – He released a list of "narco-politicians," but not a single person on that list had a case successfully filed in court.

• Selling Out to China – Despite claiming to be independent, he surrendered our seas to China.

And the biggest betrayal? Peter Lim—who even host a victory party for him in 2016—was a drug lord. Where is he?

Meanwhile, POGOs (Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations) spread like wildfire under his watch—bringing crime, kidnappings, and economic risks.

Our country turned into a playground for Chinese syndicates.

Now, they say he will shake the Supreme Court if he appears as a lawyer?

Here’s the truth: Courts do not run on intimidation—they run on law.

• The justices he appointed are not his puppets; they are bound by the Constitution.

• His mere presence won’t change legal principles or jurisprudence.

• He may curse, but cursing does not win cases—solid arguments do.

Duterte is not known for his legal skills, legislative achievements, or diplomacy. If there’s one thing he has mastered, it’s the art of vulgarity—insulting anyone who does not align with his brand of politics.

• He called a Pope a "son of a whore" just because of traffic.

• He cursed world leaders when they didn’t agree with him.

• He degraded women with crass jokes.

• He labeled the President as "bangag," without presenting evidence.

A leader who only knows how to curse, mock, and threaten is not a strongman—he is a weak man hiding behind strong words.

Duterte’s legal career is a myth, his legislative career is a failure, his presidency was a disaster, and his legacy is just a collection of bad words and empty threats.

The art of war? Duterte has only mastered the art of cursing. And in the Supreme Court, cursing is useless.

LESSON: "A man who wins battles with fear will lose the war when the people no longer fear him."

Do not give up.

 WORD FOR THE DAY

TOPIC: WHEN YOU GIVE UP, YOU LOSE...

Thomas Edison once said: "Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." These words serve as a powerful reminder of the thin line that often separates failure from success.

They remind us that perseverance, resilience, and unwavering belief in our dreams are the keys to unlocking our true potential. In the journey of life, each thread represents an effort, a dream, a pursuit.

Sometimes, the threads seem tangled, the path obscured, and the destination unreachable. In these moments of doubt and despair, it is easy to succumb to the allure of giving up. Yet, it is precisely in these moments that we must dig deeper, hold on a little longer, and press forward with renewed determination.

Consider the story of Thomas Edison himself, who famously conducted thousands of experiments before successfully inventing the light bulb. When asked about his many failures, he responded, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."

His relentless pursuit of success, despite repeated setbacks, illuminates the power of perseverance. Failure is not a permanent state; it is a stepping stone on the journey to success.

Each setback, each obstacle, and each disappointment carries within it the seeds of growth and learning. As the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche said, "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." Every challenge we face, every hurdle we overcome, adds to our resilience and fortifies our spirit.

Imagine the countless individuals who stood on the brink of greatness but turned back just moments before their breakthrough.

The author whose manuscript was rejected one too many times, the entrepreneur whose business faltered repeatedly, the athlete who faced countless defeats—each one of them faced a choice: to give up or to persevere.

Many chose to persist, and in doing so, they transformed their failures into triumphs. J.K. Rowling, the beloved author of the Harry Potter series, faced numerous rejections before finding a publisher. She once said, "It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all."

Her story is a testament to the transformative power of perseverance and the realization that success often lies just beyond the horizon of our greatest challenges.

Our journey through life is punctuated by moments of doubt and despair, but it is in these moments that our true character is revealed.

As Winston Churchill famously declared, "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." Our ability to rise after each fall, to persist in the face of adversity, and to maintain our vision amidst the darkest of times defines our ultimate success.

In our pursuit of dreams, we must cultivate patience and resilience. We must embrace the setbacks as integral parts of our journey, understanding that each challenge brings us closer to our goals.

The road to success is rarely a straight path; it is a winding journey filled with twists, turns, and detours.

But every step, no matter how difficult, is a step forward. As you navigate the complexities of your own journey, remember the words of Calvin Coolidge: "Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent." Please, do not let the shadows of failure obscure the light of your potential.

Recognize that success often lies just beyond the point of greatest struggle. Hold steadfast to your dreams, for you are often closer to achieving them than you realize. Let perseverance be your guiding star, resilience your unwavering companion, and belief in yourself the cornerstone of your journey.

Press on, for greatness awaits those who dare to continue when others have given up. Embrace the challenges, learn from the failures, and keep moving forward. Your success is closer than you think.

𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐉𝐀𝐍𝐎, bente-uno

Studyante ng Mapúa University

Luray-luray ang katawan nang matagpuan sa daan. May mga ebidensyang matagal siyang pinahirapan bago tuluyang nalagutan.

𝐋𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐒𝐀 𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐎, bente-tres

Studyante ng Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila)

May bayad yan.

Binayaran yan ng dugo ng mga tulad ni Edgar Jopson, Liliosa Hilao at Archimedes Trajano.

Kaya may Edsa di para sambahin ang mga Aquino.

Kaya may Edsa dahil MAKAKALIMUTIN tayo.

 1. HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle)

Powertrain: Uses both a gasoline engine and an electric motor.

Battery: Small battery charged through regenerative braking and the gasoline engine.

Fuel Source: Gasoline-only (battery assists but does not provide independent propulsion).

Charging: Cannot be plugged in; relies on the engine and regenerative braking for recharging.

Operation:

Runs primarily on the gasoline engine.

The electric motor assists in improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.

At low speeds or short distances, it may run purely on the electric motor, but not for long.

✅ Example Models: Toyota Prius (HEV), Honda Accord Hybrid.

2. PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle)

Powertrain: Uses both a gasoline engine and a larger electric motor than HEVs.

Battery: Larger battery than HEVs, allowing for independent electric-only driving.

Fuel Source:

Uses both gasoline and electricity.

Can run on electricity first and switch to gas when the battery depletes.

Charging:

Can be plugged in to a home charger or public charging station.

Also charges through regenerative braking.

Operation:

Can drive short distances (typically 20-50 miles) on electric power alone.

After battery depletion, the gasoline engine takes over to extend the range.

✅ Example Models: Toyota Prius Prime (PHEV), Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.

3. BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle)

Powertrain: Fully electric; only uses an electric motor for propulsion.

Battery: Large battery pack providing all necessary energy.

Fuel Source: 100% electricity (No gasoline engine present).

Charging:

Must be plugged in to a charger (home, public station, or fast charger).

Uses regenerative braking but cannot self-charge like hybrids.

Operation:

Runs entirely on electricity, producing zero emissions.

Range depends on battery capacity (varies from 150 to over 400 miles per charge).

✅ Example Models: Tesla Model 3, Nissan Leaf, Chevrolet Bolt.

Naalala ko pa.

Do you remember the first time in history the Philippines transformed from a borrower to a creditor and pledged $1 billion to the International Monetary Fund to help Europe during its sovereign debt crisis?

Maybe not. Because you were all hating on President Noynoy. But yes, in 2012 during President Noynoy’s time, we not only paid up our debt with the IMF, we pledged $1 billion to the IMF in its efforts to help Europe overcome its debt crisis. We had more than enough money to lend as we had $77 billion in dollar reserves back then.

It wasn’t only an investment meant to to earn interest, it was to prevent the financial collapse of Europe where hundreds of thousands of Filipinos were in danger of losing their jobs and sent home to the Philippines.

Ironic that a large number of OFWs decided to then hate on President Noynoy, elect Europe-hating Duterte, and now we find ourselves in a 17 trillion-peso debt hole that was only five trillion pesos when President Noynoy left office.

We went from borrower to creditor to deep in debt in less than a decade because we wanted “change”. We got the “change” we deserved, all right.

Somewhere Down The Road.

We had the right love at the wrong timeGuess I always knew insideI wouldn't have you for a long time
Those dreams of yours are shining on distant shoresAnd if they're calling you awayI have no right to make you stay
But somewhere down the roadOur roads are gonna cross againIt doesn't really matter whenBut somewhere down the roadI know that heart of yours will come to seeThat you belong with me
Sometimes goodbyes are not foreverIt doesn't matter if you're goneI still believe in us togetherI understand more than you think I canYou have to go out on your ownSo you can find your way back home
But somewhere down the roadOur roads are gonna cross againIt doesn't really matter whenBut somewhere down the roadI know that heart of yours will come to seeThat you belong with me
Letting go is just another way to sayI'll always love you so
We had the right love at the wrong timeMaybe we've only just begunMaybe the best is yet to come
'Cause somewhere down the roadOur roads are gonna cross againIt doesn't really matter whenBut somewhere down the roadI know that heart of yours will come to seeThat you belong with me

"When we die, our money remains in the bank... Yet, when we are alive, we don't have enough money to spend. In reality, when we are gone, there is still a lot of money not spent.

A business tycoon in China passed away. His widow, left with $1.9 billion in the bank, married his chauffeur. His chauffeur said:- "All the while, I thought I was working for my boss... it is only now, that I realize that my boss was all the time, working for me !!!"

The cruel reality is: It is more important to live longer than to have more wealth. So, we must strive to have a strong and healthy body, It really doesn't matter who is working for who.

In a high end hand phone, 70% of the functions are useless!

For an expensive car, 70% of the speed and gadgets are not needed.

How about your wardrobes of clothes?

70% of them are not worn!

A whole life of work and earning... 70% is for other people to spend.

So, we must protect and make full use of our 30%.

We can never tell.

Kumikita ng sapat at minsan more than pa.

See, we can never tell what will happen. Iba ang plano ng Diyos sa bawat isa. Maaaring palpak ka sa ngayon. Pero may turning point ang bawat tao.

Kaya wag ka susuko, hayaan mo lang ang sasabihin ng ibang tao sayo ngayon. Ignore it, be better and improve yourself. Minsan nasa diskarte ‘yan.

Trust the process. Wait for your time! Naniniwala ako na may mararating ka din. So there.

He Writes for Him.

Words: Paul Pascual

Intel ano na?

Intel Corporation, once a leader in the semiconductor industry, is now struggling to stay competitive, and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates might not be that optimistic about its future.

Earlier this month, Gates expressed his disappointment over Intel's decline, saying he was "stunned" by how the company "lost its way" in chip design and manufacturing.

"Gordon Moore always kept Intel at the state of the art. And now they are kind of behind in terms of chip design and they are kind of behind in chip fabrication," Gates said.

Intel, which dominated the PC era, missed the shift to smartphones nearly two decades ago and has since struggled to keep up with rivals like AMD and Nvidia. The company failed to capitalize on the AI chip boom, weakening its industry position.

"They missed the AI chip revolution, and with their fabrication capabilities, they don't even use standards that people like Nvidia and Qualcomm find easy," Gates added.

The tech billionaire also reflected on Intel's leadership shake-up following the sudden departure of CEO Pat Gelsinger in December. "I thought Pat Gelsinger was very brave to say, ‘No, I am going to fix the design side, I am going to fix the fab side.' I was hoping for his sake, for the country's sake, that he would be successful," Gates said.

Lesson

There are four main areas of money that children need to learn:

1. Work. Money comes from work, not from other people, the government, or dumb luck. From an early age, your kids need to feel that emotional connection between work and money. That's why my wife and I paid our kids commissions, not allowances. You work; you get paid. You don't work; you don't get paid. It's true for parents—it should be true for kids.

2. Save. Teach your kids early on how to save up for purchases. If they learn how (and why) to save up for a Barbie today, they'll know how (and why) to save up for a car or house tomorrow—with no debt.

3. Spend. Let your kids have some fun with their money and experience the awesome feeling of buying something they want with money they saved. If you keep it all in the piggy bank and never let them enjoy it, they'll either grow up into miserable old misers or they'll rebel and become crazy, debt-ridden spenders once they hit college!

4. Give. Giving is the most fun you can have with your money. Nothing beats making a waitress's day with a $100 tip out of the blue! Just make sure your kids give their own money. If you hand Junior a quarter to drop in the offering plate on Sunday morning, he's just a courier for your money. He needs to know what it feels like to really give out of his own pocket.

Learning these four areas—especially giving—brings your kids a depth of confidence and character they'll never have otherwise.

■ Buy your groceries in Public Market not in Malls weekly, not daily, not monthly. (Market: Ampalaya 50/kl vs Mall 147/kl)

■ Remove unimportant expenses.

■ Lower down the cost of your important expences. (Ex. Ganador 55/kl while Sinandoming 42/kl)

■ Buy your own tumbler and bring your own water. Avoid buying outside. (Natures Spring 500ml 15.00 while if you bring its FREE)

■ If you’re not in business don’t buy CAR.

COMMUTE: plete ka 8.00 x 2 x 26days = 416.00/month

WHILE:

CAR Expenses: 15k/month car + 5k/mo gas + 2k/mo parking = 22k/month

■ Always set aside 20-30% of your income to your Mandatory/Disciplined SAVINGS.

What makes us POOR is our bad spending habits.

■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

The SAVINGS we put in Real Estate Property is normally the only savings we didn't spend after years of battling those spending temptations. Have you realized 5yrs ago we've been working yet right now financially almost we have nothing left.

The amount of money we have today has something to do with what we did 5yrs ago, with how we spend and how we save. If we don't change anything most likely the amount of money we have today is still the same 5yrs from now. The question is: "Is that what we want?".

The real REASON why we can't save is simple: It is not because we don't make money, not because we don't save, but it is because we are always tempted to withdraw and spend whatever we save.

Our TRUE VALUE is the amount of our SAVINGS not the INCOME, not the MONEY that we earn that is long gone already.

Minsan naiinis

Aphids natural pesticides.

We share a very practical tip with you.

Eliminate mealybugs from your plants forever: 5 natural pesticides.

1. Tobacco: Mix a liter of water with the contents of 6 cigarettes and let it sit for 24 hours. Apply the solution to the leaves with a soaked cotton pad.

2. Baking soda: Mix one tablespoon of baking soda, one liter of water and two tablespoons of grated Marseille soap. Spray on plants every 7 days for 4 months.

3. Garlic alcohol: Combine 6 cloves of garlic with half a liter of alcohol and half a liter of water. Filter the mixture and spray on plants and soil.

4. Garlic and detergent: Crush 150 grams of garlic and mix it with 1 liter of water. Add 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent and apply the solution to the plants.

5. Express Repellent: Mix a liter of warm water with half a teaspoon of dish soap and a tablespoon of alcohol. Spray on plants affected by mealybugs

Knowledge is Power!

What is the biological phenomenon responsible for the gradual loss of muscle mass, strength, and function as we age? This is known as Sarcopenia!

Sarcopenia refers to the progressive loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength due to aging. The impact of this condition can be severe, depending on the individual.

How to prevent Sarcopenia?

Stay Active: If you can stand, don’t sit—if you can sit, don’t lie down! Movement is key to preventing muscle loss.

Encourage Movement in the Elderly: When an elderly person is sick or hospitalized, avoid encouraging them to rest or remain in bed. Help them walk, unless they are too weak to do so. Lying in bed for just a week can cause a 5% loss in muscle mass, and seniors often cannot fully recover this loss.

Sarcopenia is more concerning than osteoporosis: With osteoporosis, the primary risk is falling, but sarcopenia not only affects quality of life but also contributes to high blood sugar due to reduced muscle mass.

Idle muscles lead to faster muscle loss: Muscles in the legs deteriorate quickly when not used. Sitting or lying down limits leg movement, weakening muscles. Activities like walking, running, and cycling are excellent ways to build and maintain muscle mass.

Aging Starts from the Feet Up! Keep your legs active and strong as you age. If you don’t move your legs for just two weeks, you’ll lose the strength of a decade! Regular exercises like walking and cycling are vital for maintaining muscle strength.

The feet support the entire body’s weight, making them critical for mobility. So, walk every day to maintain strength and mobility.

Thermodynamics.

 THERMODYNAMICS CHEAT SHEET:

Zeroth Law of Thermodynamics: If two systems are in thermal equilibrium with a third system, they are in thermal equilibrium with each other.

First Law of Thermodynamics: Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred or transformed from one form to another. The first law is also known as the law of conservation of energy.

Second Law of Thermodynamics: The total entropy of a closed system can only increase or remain constant, never decrease. This means that in any process, some energy is always lost to heat, and the system becomes less ordered.

Third Law of Thermodynamics: As a system approaches absolute zero, its entropy approaches a minimum value.

Heat Capacity: The amount of heat required to raise the temperature of a substance by 1 degree Celsius is called its heat capacity.

Enthalpy: The total heat content of a system at constant pressure is called its enthalpy.

Internal Energy: The sum of the kinetic and potential energies of the particles in a system is called its internal energy.

Entropy: A measure of the disorder or randomness of a system. The greater the entropy, the greater the disorder.

Heat: Energy that is transferred from one system to another as a result of a temperature difference.

Work: Energy that is transferred to or from a system as a result of a force acting through a distance.

Carnot Cycle: The most efficient possible heat engine cycle, consisting of four reversible processes: isothermal expansion, adiabatic expansion, isothermal compression, and adiabatic compression.

Thermodynamic Processes: Isothermal (constant temperature), adiabatic (no heat transfer), isobaric (constant pressure), and isochoric (constant volume).

LET’S SEE IF THIS IS FAKE NEWS!!

VP SARA’S IMPEACHMENT ISN’T THE REAL ISSUE—THE COUNTRY IS!!!

Vice President Inday Sara Duterte is nothing more than a diversion, a smokescreen for the real problem this administration doesn’t want you to focus on.

While the public is being made to fixate on her impeachment, here’s what’s actually happening in the country:

📌 February 3, 2025: Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. declared a FOOD SECURITY EMERGENCY as rice prices skyrocketed to “extraordinary” levels. This, despite the Philippines being the world’s top rice importer, a humiliating failure for an agricultural nation.

📌 February 4, 2025: The Supreme Court ordered House Speaker Martin Romualdez, Senate President Chiz Escudero, and Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin to respond to a petition questioning the constitutionality of the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA). The reason? President Bongbong Marcos signed the budget even with blank spaces in the bicameral report, a blatant red flag for corruption and legal violations.

📌 February 4, 2025: During Supreme Court oral arguments, it was revealed that PhilHealth is bankrupt, a catastrophic failure of the country’s healthcare system. And yet, this administration completely slashed PhilHealth’s budget.

These are urgent, national crisis. But instead of addressing them, the government is busy draining public funds and covering its tracks.

Even key political figures are speaking out. Former Senate President Franklin Drilon called the 2025 budget “THE MOST CORRUPT IN PHILIPPINE HISTORY.” Meanwhile, Senator Imee Marcos (BBM’s own sister) described it as “THE WORST BUDGET” she has ever seen.

✨ THE IMPEACHMENT CASE IS A DISTRACTION FROM THEIR OWN CORRUPTION ✨

📌 February 4, 2025: The House of Representatives summoned social media bloggers and vloggers who support the Dutertes for free. It quickly became obvious that the goal was to cite them in contempt and detain them, possibly keeping them locked up until after the elections.

And just like that, VP Sara’s impeachment was suddenly pushed forward.

Few dags ago, a closed-door caucus was held either in the Speaker’s Office or at Romualdez Hall. Some committee hearings were even canceled just to prioritize this meeting.

The goal? A unified stance on VP Sara’s impeachment.

Who led the rush to gather signatures? Rep. Janette Garin.

And here’s an interesting detail—some sources claim that lawmakers running unopposed in their districts were pressured into signing the impeachment resolution. Why? Because they wouldn’t have to worry about backlash from Iglesia ni Cristo (INC), whose bloc vote carries significant weight.

The impeachment momentum has been carefully built up since last night.

To be fair, there are whispers that President Marcos was consulted twice and while he didn’t openly endorse the impeachment, Speaker Romualdez charged ahead anyway.

Make no mistake, this is Martin Romualdez’s operation. He is the mastermind of this entire political maneuver.

Congressmen from Visayas and Mindanao reportedly hesitated at first. But in the end, 215 signatures were secured.

And just like that, VP Sara dominates the headlines.

Siya na ang usapan ng bayan. We’re no longer talking about the blank spaces in the budget or the other burning issues.

Expect Romualdez’s allies especially the Young Guns attack dogs to flood the media with press conferences and impeachment drama, drowning out the real problems:

✔️ The food security crisis

✔️ The unconstitutional budget

✔️ PhilHealth’s bankruptcy

✔️ The weaponization of Congress against critics

THIS IS WHY I SAY: VP SARA’S IMPEACHMENT ISN’T THE REAL ISSUE—THE COUNTRY IS.
