1. Sign in to your PRC online account.

How to Register for PRC Online Account

To start your PRC online application, you need to register for an account first.

PRC Online Registration Requirements

• Active email address
• Mobile number
• Personal information, including education and employment details
• Recent 2×2 ID photo (in JPG format and plain white background, with the applicant wearing decent attire with a collar)
• Valid ID Valid IDs (Passport, SSS card, TIN card, Voter's ID, Driver's license) Most recent 2×2 online ID photo (should be in JPG format, not taken more than 6 months prior to your PRC ID renewal, wear a semiformal attire with collar and plain white background) Active email address. Active mobile number.

PRC Online Registration Steps

1. Visit the PRC LERIS website. If you have an account from www.prc-online.com, it’s no longer active. You need to sign up for a new account at online.prc.gov.ph.
2. Read the terms of service on the right side of the page. When you’re done, click the I Agree button.
3. Enter your personal details (under the Registration tab) as indicated in your Notice of Admission (NOA) or PRC ID.
4. Enter your email address and password (at least six characters consisting of numbers, letters, and special characters). Type your password again to confirm it.
5. Review your details, check the box next to “I’m not a robot,” and click the Register button.
6. Log in to your account. Under the Sign In tab, enter your email address and password. Check the box next to “I’m not a robot,” and click the Sign In button.
7. Provide your details. Click the Profile tab on the left side of the page and provide your personal information, contact details, family background, and data on your education, employment, and valid ID. The fields in red asterisk are required. When you’re done, click the Save Information button.
8. Upload your photo. Read the photo requirements and click the Proceed button. Click the Choose File button to choose the photo to upload. Lastly, click the Upload Image button.

Now, you’re ready to perform any online transaction available at the PRC LERIS.

PRC Online Exam Application Steps

Use the PRC online application system to apply for a PRC licensure examination.

Here’s how to apply for the PRC exam online:

1. Sign in to your PRC online account.
2. Click the Select Transaction button on the right side.
3. Click the Examination tab.
4. Choose the name, type, date, and place of examination.
5. Click the Proceed button.
6. Set an exam appointment by choosing your preferred PRC regional office. The system will give you an appointment date and time.
   – If you’re okay with the schedule, click the Proceed button.
   – If you’d like to change the schedule, click the Reschedule button, choose a new appointment date, state your reason for the reschedule, and click the Confirm button.
7. Your transaction summary will appear on the screen. Click the Submit button to save the transaction.
8. Choose a payment channel and click the Submit button.
9. Review your transaction details and payment summary. Tick the small box underneath to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
10. Enter your ATM account number and Joint Account Indicator (the two-digit number at the lower right corner of your ATM card).
11. Click your ATM PIN on the PIN pad.
12. After, click the Submit button.
13. Select the OK button to confirm payment.
14. Choose the Print button to print your payment confirmation slip.
15. Then, click the Existing Transaction button on the left side. Click the Print Document button to print your accomplished PRC Exam Application Form.
16. Affix your signature on the form.

Once you’re done with your PRC online application, go to your chosen PRC regional office or service center on your scheduled appointment and submit your printed application form and other licensure exam requirements.

During your scheduled appointment date and  submission of your printed application form and other requirement here are the steps to follow:

Sa PRC Robinson Dasma palapala.

Mag papicture  sa  tronix photo shop na pang PRC size requirement. Ask for the soft copy. This soft copy ilagay sa application form. Then mag print ng application form. (Yung printed picture may ilalagay din sa form). Then sa left side sa ibaba ng application form mag thumb mark ka meron silang stamp pad hanapin mo lang. Then bumili ka ng documentary stamp sa lower ground floor since 2 form yan Php30.00 ang isa then Php60 pesos na yan. Then ibigay sa PRC personnel (Be Smart - medyo di maayos magpaliwanag ang PRC personnel). Pag okay na mag print siya ng form with your picture  na ipapakita mo sa examiner during the exam. Wiit ka na lang kung kelan release ng school kung saan ka mag-eexam. Good luck.

1. Keep and bring your Notice of Admission with Official Receipt.
2. Bring pencils (No. 1 or 2), ballpen (with black ink only), one piece (1) big brown envelope, one long transparent plastic envelope.
3. Report to your school assignment before 6:30 a. m. on examination days.
Late examinees will not be admitted. This will mean forfeiture of examination fee.
4. DO NOT BRING HOME THIS APPLICATION FORM.
