1. Bring photo copy of your land title. Go to nearest Meralco branch and fill-up application form and draw the location where they will inspect the possibility of new residential connection.
2. Meralco will give you printed application form(orange) as your copy.
3. Meralco will insect the area if it is okay for new connection.
4. If okay they will provide a yellow card as proof okay for connection. And they will advise you where you will build your meter base.
5. You will return to Meralco; present the yellow card. Meralco will give you a meter base (Php1480.00).
6. You will contact your electrician to install the meter base.(Php 3,500.00 material and labor cost.
7. You will go back to Meralco to inform them that your meter base is already installed and ready for inspection. Meralco will give you their contact no. to follow-up them 3 to 4 working days.
