Ihanda ang sarili.

 𝗪𝗛E𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗜E

*6 - Ang iyong mga gamit ay aalisin:

* iyong mga sasakyan

* iyong mga check book

* iyong mga bag

* sapatos mo

* damit mo

* At iyon ang buhay pagkatapos ng kamatayan

* Sa katunayan, ang mga sumusunod na bagay ay mag-iiwan sa iyo:-

* 1- Kagandahan

* 2- Kayamanan

* 3- Kalusugan

* 4- Mga bata

* 5- Ang mga mansyon

* 6- Ang iyong asawa

* At ang iyong tunay na buhay ay nagsimula pa lamang, *Kawalang-hanggan*.

Marriage

 Marriage is Time...✍🏾

Marriage must be a daily practice and a daily experience. How many hours in a day, and how many days in a week do you actually invest in your marriage or spend with your spouse? The sad reality is that most people spend the best of their time with other people, and doing things that add very little to no value to their marriages. We laugh with strangers and fight at home. We are courteous to strangers and disrespectful to our spouses. We spend more time building other people’s dreams while our marriages are breaking down. When will you prioritize your marriage? When will your spouse take center stage in your life? When will your family be the only item on your to-do list? Time is passing and you, your spouse, and your children are not getting any younger. Make the time and create memories with your spouse and children every day. Do not let a day pass without doing something special and thoughtful for or with your spouse. Do not keep waiting for some imaginary blissful day in the unknown future. Today is all you have. Tomorrow is promised to no one. Love your spouse like there is no tomorrow, and if tomorrow comes, wake up and do the same again.

3 in 1 kape

 3-1 Coffee = Toxic Coffee

That is the WORST drink you can take to start your day.

67% ay sugar (20 grams sugar for a 30 gram serving) o 83% carbs (25 grams carb per serving).

That so much sugar will: spike your blood sugar, spike your insulin, coagulate (pinapalapot) your blood, increase your blood pressure, increase inflammation (from glycation and oxidation), damage your nerves, veins, arteries, make your kidneys retain sodium (will increase blood pressure by increasing blood volume).

✔️NON-DAIRY CREAMER (aka Pekeng Gatas). Gawa sa maltodextrin (highest glycemic index in the world at 110), hydrogenated fats na may toxic trans fat, stabilisers at emulsifiers.

Yung Zero gram Trans Fat sa Nutrition Fact na nakalagay sa label, that is a labelling loophole. Kung less than 0.5 gram ang Trans Fat per serving, you are allowed to round off to 0 gram.

✔️Iba pang chemicals na: potassium phosphate, sodium polyphosphate, sodium stearoyl Lactylate, silicon dioxide (aka buhangin - jusko, pati buhangin sinama! 😠 Anti caking agent nila yan; see the latest study on the toxic effect of silicon dioxide here: https://www.chemistryworld.com/news/unexpected-reactivity-of-silica-places-question-mark-over-safety-of-food-additives/4017992.article), palm sugar, etc.

"Asukal At Pekeng Gatas, Na May Konting Kape (at Buhangin)"

I wish you Health ❤️

Tips.

Night Driving tips you need to know

1. Clean Your Windshield

Dust that you might not notice during the day can build up on the inside, too, so it’s important to clean your windshield both inside and out.

2. Check Your Lights

Are your headlight and taillights in good working order? Are they aimed properly? What about your turn signals?

3. Don’t Look Into the Light

Try not to look directly into the lights of oncoming traffic.

4. Increase following Distance and Reduce Speed

If you can’t stop within the illuminated area you’re too close!

5. Be Seen on the Side

If you need to pull over, be sure you’re easily seen by other drivers. Carry reflective triangles, turn on your hazard lights.

6. Don’t be Distracted

Whether you’re texting, fiddling with the radio Taking your attention off the road is dangerous.

7. Watch for Pedestrians

Always take extra time to watch for pedestrians and cyclists

8. Don’t Drink and Drive

Don’t put yourself or others at risk by driving under the influence. Use defensive driving techniques

Autism

This is such a lovely poem to explain Autism.💙❤️

Autism is:

Unable to speak, or maybe speaking too much

Hugging everyone, or disliking touch

Escaping outside,

Or trying to hide

Excitedly flapping

Inappropriate clapping

Autism varies so much

Won't wear a coat, or wears one all year round

Fussy eater, or would eat dirt from the ground

Screaming or humming

Annoyingly drumming

Toys in a line

The same way every time

Autism varies so much

Struggling to learn, or has wonderful gifts

Obsessions of numbers, trains, films or lifts

Spinning around

Throws things on the ground

Constantly spitting

Aggressively hitting

Autism varies so much

Alone without friends, or controls every game

Always looks different, always dresses the same

Swinging on doors

Head banging on floors

Freaks at the dryer

Keeps climbing higher

Autism varies so much.

Can't answer questions, won't do as they're told

In their own world or bossy and bold

Over prepared

Anxious and scared

A spectrum so wide

But they all bring us pride

When autism touches our lives.

I support autism awareness...

Copy & Paste If You Do Too! 🥰

Advis3

 ADVICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES 🍀

1. Build a home earlier. Be it rural home or urban home. Building a house at 50 is not an achievement. Let all your family have good time in your house, build more memories in your home.

2. Go home. Don't stick at work all the year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you drop dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority.

3. Don't chase promotions. Master your skills and be excellent at what you do. If they want to promote you, that's fine if they don't, stay positive to your personal.

development.

4. Avoid office or work gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Don't join the bandwagon that backbites your bosses and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings that have only people as their agenda.

5. Don't ever compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you will fry your brain.

6. Ensure you have a side business. Your salary will not sustain your needs in the long run.

7. Save some money. Let it be deducted automatically from your payslip.

8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation not to buy luxury. Buy luxury from your profit.

9. Keep your life, marriage and family private. Let them stay away from your work. This is very important.

10. Be loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Hanging around your boss will alienate you from your colleagues and your boss may finally dump you when he leaves.

11. Retire early. The best way to plan for your exit was when you received the employment letter. The other best time is today. By 40 to 50 be out.

12. Join work welfare and be an active member always. It will help you a lot when any eventuality occurs.

13.Take leave days utilize them by developing yr future home or projects..usually what you do during yr leave days is a reflection of how you'll live after retirement..If it means you spend it all holding a remote control watching series on Zee world, expect nothing different after retirement.

14. Start a project whilst still serving or working. Let your project run whilst at work and if it doesn't do well, start another one till it's running viably. When your project is viably running then retire to manage your business. Most people or pensioners fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to run a project.

15. Pension money is not for starting a project or buy a stand or build a house but it's money for your upkeep or to maintain yourself in good health. Pension money is not for paying school fees or marrying a young wife but to look after yourself.

16. Always remember, when you retire never be a case study for living a miserable life after retirement but be a role model for colleagues to think of retiring too.

17. Don't retire just because you are finished or you are now a burden to the company and just wait for your day to die. Retire young or whilst energetic to enjoy waking up for a cup of coffee, enjoy the sun, receive money from your business, visit nice place that you missed and spend good time with family. Those who retire late, spend about 95% of their time at work than with their family and that's why they see it difficult to spend time with their family when they retire but end looking for another job till they die. If they don't get another job, they die early.

18. Retire at your house than at government accommodation so that when you retire you can easily fit into the society that raised you. It's not easy to adjust to live in a location after spending more years at company house or at government house.

19. Never let your employment benefits make you forget about your retirement. Employment benefits are just meant to make you relax, get finished whilst time is moving. Remember when you retire no one will call you boss if you don't have a viable business.

20. Don't hate to retire because one day you will retire either voluntarily or involuntarily.

Hope this will help you look at life positively.

Destroy.

The python suffocated the King Cobra while the king cobra bit it.

Both snakes died, one from asphyxiation and the other from the venom. And that is how people destroy each other.

Friendships end, relationships end, and families end up decimating themselves because one always wants to be better than the other.

Some "smothering" people with their ego of superiority, others end up poisoning with gossip, envy, and deceit until they destroy each other.

Choose love, compassion, loyalty and honesty ❤️🙏🕊️

APE result and consult Dr. Dalisay.

ECG sinus bradycardia 57/MW

Sinus bradycardia is a kind of slow heartbeat. It happens when the sinoatrial node fires less than 60 times per minute. In some cases, sinus bradycardia is normal. But other times it can mean an underlying problem.

Urinalysis result:

  • Color – Yellow (light/pale to dark/deep amber) - YELLOW
  • Clarity/turbidity – Clear or cloudy.                     - CLEAR
  • pH – 4.5-8.                                                        - 6
  • Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025.                         - 1.010
  • ALBUMIN:                                                         - +1
  • Albumin 1+ means that proteins are leaking in the urine. It is seen in urine infections. Take plenty of water to flush out the infection and proper antibiotics for cure of the infection.
SUGAR:                                                                    - negative

EPHITHELIAL CELLS:                                          - occasional
Epithelial cells are a type of cell that covers the inside and outside of the surfaces of your body. They are found on your skin, blood vessels, and organs, including your urinary tract.

CRYSTALS:           Amorphous urates:                    - occasional

The formation of amorphous urate crystals can be caused by a combination of factors, including a diet rich in meat, decreased urine volume or a condition that acidifies urine such as chronic diarrhea. They are also present in individuals who have gout or during chemotherapy.

Di ko pa naisip yan.

 Naisip mo na ba to?

Pero kung gusto mo man na may makaalala sayo after 100 years, isipin mo ngayon...

Paano mo gustong maalala?

Life is short...

Helping hand. Acts of Kindness.

SHOCKS! NAKASAKAY KA NA BA SA GRABTAXI? TRENDING ANG NANGYARING ITO! ATING BASAHIN.....

"Fan ako ng Grab app. Like many people today, I find it extremely convenient and a lot safer than regular metered taxis. Their drivers in general are accommodating, respectful, and very easy to talk to.

Last night, I used Grab again from Gateway Cubao to Moriones, Tondo. After we dropped off my friend, at Quirino, we turned left to Pedro Gil so we could take the Roxas Blvd. route. I was alone with the driver

I was pretending to look at my phone, but all my "danger sensors" were on high-alert because the Grab driver suddenly slowed down and said something that I wasn’t able to catch entirely.

He took off his seatbelt and pulled something from his feet. It was a medium-sized brown bag.

I was waiting for my friend to pick up but my gaze was fixed on the Grab driver as he got out of the car and strolled to the dark sidewalk. I was looking for something that would convince me that I was in trouble and that I needed to get out of there fast.

I was starting to get worried because My friend wasn’t picking up the call. When I turned my gaze back to the driver, I was confused by what I saw.

He was bending over a dark figure lying on the cold, slightly-wet pavement. I was wondering what on earth he was doing when the figure suddenly rose. It was an elderly woman sleeping on the sidewalk, I realized.

The old woman looked a little dazed from suddenly waking up from her sleep. The Grab Driver was telling her something as he pointed to the brown bag that I noticed was now placed in front of her. I was watching this interaction from inside the car, and the Grab driver had his back turned to me so I don’t really know what was being said. But I saw the old woman point at herself, probably asking, “Para sa akin?” And the Grab Driver replying to whatever she said with a nod. The sidewalk was dark and lonely, but the look on her face after that lit up the whole street. She smiled at the Grab driver and said something to him again. He said something too, waved goodbye to her, and quickly returned to the car.

By this time, all thoughts of gory news headlines and horrible viral Facebook stories in my head were gone. They were replaced with a bit of relief, and a lot of shock and embarrassment for the way I acted.

As he continued driving to our destination, I was silent for about a minute or two because I felt guilty that I had been so quick to judge. Though, I couldn’t help but probe a little about what he did. I asked him if he knew the old woman, and he answered no, it was the first time he saw her. I also asked what was inside the brown bag. He told me it was food.

“Ah…tirang pagkain mo, Kuya?”

“Ay, hindi po, Ma’am. Nagluluto po talaga kami minsan tapos ibinibigay po namin,” he replied.

“Kami? Sinong ‘kami’?”

“Ginagawa n’yo talaga `to regularly?”

He went on telling me how he and his friends would chip in money to buy and cook meals they would give out to homeless people on the streets. They also give used clothes and blankets, because as he said, that’s what they need especially now that it’s getting chilly at night. Sometimes, the whole group would ride with him and conduct the simple act of kindness when he wasn’t on driving-duty. Sometimes, it was just him.

I was sitting at the back so I couldn’t see his face, but as he told me about this one time they gave clothes to a homeless child along Roxas Blvd., I couldn't help but notice how his voice was filled with…joy.

Nakabusangot tapos pakamot-kamot pa ng ulo kasi wala daw kasya sa kanya dahil maliit siya,” he narrated, laughing heartily as he finished the story.

I looked at him thru the rearview mirror. He was young, maybe just a few years older than me (I’m 21). His friends and girlfriend, I assumed, were all about his age, too. Not many people, especially young people, would think about doing something like that without a reason or at least a story behind it. So I asked him who initiated the idea and what inspired them to do it.

Kaya naisip naming gawin `to. Para at least, makatulong kaming malamnan yung mga tiyan nila kahit isang gabi lang," he said.

My heart swelled and I smiled to myself, silently thanking God for using them as instruments of His love. My respect for them went sky high. And just when I thought I couldn’t get any more impressed, he went on to say something that completely blew me away.

“Sabi ng marami, dapat yung mga ganun daw tinutulungan ng gobyerno,” he said while slightly shaking his head as if he find that thought a bit bizarre.

After that, I wanted to give him and his group of friends a standing ovation. These people belong to the current generation of Filipino youth, and look at what they’re doing: making a quiet change one meal and one piece of used clothing at a time.

So, a huge THANK YOU and a big SALUTE to you and your friends, Kuya CARLO SANTIAGO DIAZ! Special props to you for using your job as a Grab driver to perform these acts of kindness. People like you restore my faith in the goodness of humankind, so continue doing what you’re doing.

I shared this experience because this is the kind of story I want people on social media to read. Because these stories make you realize that, yes, the world like that street we went to, may be filled with darkness. But there are always these little specks of light that breaks through....and they make all the difference." -Gelica M. Tulauan

Pagmamahal ng isang ama.

 (5:45 am)

Anak : kulang ata yan

Wala man akong perang naitulong or kahit pagkain, taos puso ko kayo pinagdasal na maging safe kayo. God will provide because He is EVERYTHING😇🤍

Greetings

When I entered the parking lot of a mall around 12NN today, I saw a group of ‘car wash women and men’ in their green uniform waive at me and ask if I want a car wash. I lowered my car window, smiled at them, and handed them a pack of biscuits.

“Merienda nyo po.” (For your snacks) I said.

One of the women extended her hand and she and the others were literally jumping up and down smiling and saying, “Yehey! Thank you po. Thank you!”

Wow! They were so happy! The joy and gratitude they showed touched me deeply.

After Mass, I realized, it’s not really about the biscuits. When I go to the grocery, I have them in mind — the guards, street cleaners, mall car washers, street children. I buy packs of biscuits and ChocNuts and put them in my car trunk and the passenger seat. They occupy a special space in my heart. I see them.

I’m sharing this not to draw attention to myself… but to draw awareness that regardless of who we are and where we are at in our lives, we all have this need to feel safe, seen, and appreciated.

I get sad when I see guards greeting the mall goers, “Good morning, Ma’am! Good morning, Sir!” and the mall goers didn’t even look at them as if they didn’t exist. As an empath, I feel sorry for the guards. I know how it feels to feel unseen. Years ago, I once gave out flyers in Megamall as part of a campaign we did when I was still with HSBC and I felt rejected every time the mall goers pretended not to see me or they shooed me away with their hand gesture.

My heart breaks when I’m inside a posh restaurant and the family at the next table are having fun chatting away while their helper is at the opposite side of the table without any food and looking like she’s not part of the family.

Why do we tend to treat the ones who are economically/socially more successful than us like pedestals (e.g. celebrities, CEOs, etc) and treat those economically/socially less successful than us (e.g. guards, janitors, cleaners, helpers, etc) like they didn’t even exist?

May this post inspire us to be a little more kind to one another. A simple smile goes a long way. We are all equals playing different roles. #seen.
