Napansin ko lang.

Kapag may namamatay dapat nagluluksa at nagdadasal, bakit mas maraming nag-outing?

Happy Easter!

As I reached for my wallet, ready to settle the bill, a familiar face approached me with a smile that lit up the room. He thanked me for how my work had impacted his life, and we snapped a photo together, capturing the moment.

But when I tried to pay, he stopped me and said, "It's already taken care of." Shocked, I looked at him, and he handed me a note from all my silent followers. Please read below.

My heart was filled with joy as I realized the depth of his gratitude. In that moment, I felt humbled and immensely grateful for the silent support of my followers. So if you are one of them watching and reading my contents. Thank you! #ChinkeeTan #lakingtondo #iponboxchallenge #Iponaryo

"I heard my mother asking the neighbors for salt." But we had salt in the house. I asked her why she was asking the neighbors for salt. And she answered me: —Because our neighbors don't have a lot of money and often they ask us for something.

From time to time, I also ask them for something small and inexpensive, so that they feel that we need them too. This way they will feel more comfortable and easier for them to keep asking us for everything they need."

Respect for human dignity is undoubtedly one of the noblest feelings.

And that's exactly what I learned from my parents... Let's build empathetic, humble, supportive children and other values to be valued..!!!…"

A young man

A young man asked his grandfather,

"Grandpa, how did you live in the past without technology . . .

without computers

without drones

without bitcoins

without Internet connection

without TVs

without air conditioners

without cars

without mobile phones?"

Grandpa answered:

"Just as your generation lives today . . .

no prayers,

no compassion,

no respect,

no GMRC,

no real education,

poor personality,

there is no human kindness,

there is no shame,

there is no modesty,

there is no honesty.

We, the people born between the years 1930-1980, were the blessed ones. Our lives are a living proof."

¶ While playing and riding a bike, we have never worn a helmet.

¶ after school we did our homework ourselves and we always played in meadows until sunset

¶ We played with real friends, not virtual friends.

¶ If we were thirsty, we would drink from the fountain, from the waterfalls, faucet water, not mineral water.

¶ We never worried and get sick even as we shared the same cup or plate with our friends.

¶ We never gained weight by eating bread and pasta every day.

¶ Nothing happened to our feet despite walking barefoot.

¶ We never used food supplements to stay healthy.

¶ We used to make our own toys and play with them.

¶ Our parents were not rich. They gave us love, not material gifts.

¶ We never had a cell phone, DVD, PSP, game console, Xbox, video games, PC, laptop, internet chat . . . but we had true friends.

¶ We visited our friends without being invited and shared and enjoyed the food with their family.

Parents lived nearby to take advantage of family time.

¶ We may have had black and white photos, but you can find colorful memories in these photos.

¶ We are a unique and the most understanding generation, because we are the last generation that listened to our parents.

And we are also the first ones who were forced to listen to our children.~

Hopeless generation nga ba?

 NAPAKA-HOPELESS NG GENERATION NGAYON

I am a public school teacher. 8 years teaching.

Married. No loan ever since. Nalulungkot. Naiinis. Napapagod. Nawawalan ng gana. Yan ang nararamdaman ko ngayon. Iba na talaga generation ngayon ano po?

Habang tinatype ko ito. Nakatingin ako sa klase ko. At nakaupo sa likod.

And nobody listens. I am very prepared with everything. May pa energizer, nagpapakanta ako.

Pero what did I get? Walang nakikinig. Walang modo kung sumagot sakin. Dadaanan daanan ka lang. Sasagot sagutin ka lang nila.

Walang disiplina.

As much as possible ayoko nagagalit kasi ayoko ma-stress. Saka sila titigil at magbebehave. It should not always be like this.

And I can't even imagine kung saan galing ang ganito nilang pag uugali. Dahil may pag iisip na sila.

Napapagod na ako. Gusto ko ng mag resign.

I am very passionate in teaching but I cannot see myself retiring in DepEd. But everyday is a misery sa pag-tuturo sa mga batang tulad nito.

I asked my husband that I want to resign and apply abroad. And he said, he supports me.

Dear parents, pls raise a child properly. They really need your help. DISCIPLINE STARTS AT HOME.

I'm sorry to say this. Ang kabataan ay HINDI pag-asa ng bayan.

Salamat sa pagbabasa.

Cure for cancer

NO ONE SHOULD DIE FOR CANCER!

* eat the fruit with an empty stomach

Cancer patients should not die.

This will open your eyes! Read to the end and then send it to everyone on your contact list.

Dr. Stephen Mark treats patients with cancer and terminal patients in a "Non-Orthodox" form and many of his patients have recovered.

Before using energy (radiation) or chemotherapy to whiten those of his patients, he believes in natural healing since the body naturally fights against diseases.

See your article:

" it's one of the strategies to cure cancer... my success rate in curing cancer is approximately 80 %."

" cancer patients should not die.

* the cure for cancer is already found - it's in the way we eat fruits ".

Believe it or not!.

" I'm sorry for the hundreds of cancer patients who die under conventional treatments."

Eating fruit

We all think that eating fruit means only buying, cutting them and putting them in our mouths. It's not as easy as you think.

It's important to know how and when to eat the fruits.

* means not eating fruit after meals!.

* Fruit must be eaten with an empty stomach

* if you eat fruits with an empty stomach will play an important role to detoxify your system. It provides you with a large amount of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.

The slice of fruit is ready to go directly through the stomach to the intestines, but is prevented from doing so because the bread ate it before the fruit.

While this is eating flour along with the fruit it rots, if and turns into acid.

At the moment the fruit comes into contact with the food the stomach and digestive juices, the whole mass of the food begins to lose.

So please eat your fruits with an empty stomach or before meals!

Have you heard people complaining:

Every time as a watermelon * 🍉 * my stomach swells up, when like a banana or banana 🍌 I run to the bathroom, etc... etc...

Actually all this wouldn't happen if you eat the fruit with an empty stomach.

The fruit is mixed with the rot of other food and produces gas and so it will swell!

Gray hair, hair loss, baldness, nerve explosions and dark circles under the eyes all these not * happen if you pick up the fruits with an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon 🍊 🍋 are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who conducted a research on this subject.

If you dominated the correct way to eat fruits, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice

* drink only fresh fruit juice, not from cans, packaging or bottles saved who knows how long back!!!

Not for the juice drinks that got warmed up.

Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients in any way.

You only have your taste.

Cooking destroys all vitamins.

However, eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice.

If you eat them eat snack slowly, because you have to let him mix with the saliva before swallowing it.

You can make a 3-day fruit fasting to clean or detoxify your body.

Just eat fruit and drink fresh fruit juice over the 3 days.

And it will surprise you when your friends tell you " you see yourself radiant!"

* Kiwi Fruit:

Small but powerful.

This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E and fiber. Your Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

* Apple: * 🍎🍏

An Apple a day keeps the doctor away!!!

Although an apple has a low content in Vitamin C, but has antioxidants and flavonoids, which increase vitamin c activity, thus helping to reduce the risks of colon cancer, heart attack and stroke or stroke (brain accident). Vascular or "stroke".

* Strawberry: * 🍓🍓

Fruit of protection.

* * strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among the main fruits and protect the body against cancer, obstruction of blood vessels and free radicals.

* Orange: * 🍊🍊 sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 * * oranges a day can keep colds at a distance, lower cholesterol, prevent and dissolve kidney calculations, as well as reduce the risk of colon cancer.

* Watermelon or stem: 🍉🍉

Cooler Seat of the extinguisher. It is composed of 92 % water, but is also full of a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system.

* they are also a key source of lycopene, the oxidizer that fights cancer. * * * * * * * *

Other nutrients in the watermelon * 🍉 are vitamin C and potassium.

* GUAVA AND PAPAYA: 🍑🍑

Main Awards for Vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high Vitamin C content.

* * the guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation or constipation.

* * the papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

* drink cold water or drinks after a food = cancer

* can you believe this?

For those who like to drink cold water or cold drinks, this article is applicable to you.

Cold water or drinks solidifies the oily food you just ate.

* will slow digestion.

Since this 'Mud' reacts with acid, it decomposes and is absorbed by the intestine faster than solid food.

If you align your bowel.

Very soon, this will come back in fat and lead us to cancer!.

* you better take a hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Let's be more careful and be aware. The more we know... we'll have more chance to survive.

Safety first.

Today, my assistant wheeled me to the roofdeck so I can watch the sunset. The clouds, the sky, and the sunset were glorious. I’m so grateful I got to sit down in silence for a good 45 minutes to watch the sunset. #simplejoys

For someone like me who loves to walk and complete 7,500 steps a day, having my foot on cast for 6-8 weeks is very challenging. So many adjustments needed to be made: rescheduling of my training, teaching classes at the Asian Institute of Management, and travels, among others.

I can’t help but think about how important it is for engineers, architects, and property developers to design buildings and walkways that are safe for everyone. I tripped on a walkway that had an unforeseen step. The building engineer admitted that their walkway was indeed hazardous.

While I choose not to disclose this huge reputable company’s name, this incident highlights a broader issue. It’s a call to engineers, architects, and developers to balance aesthetic appeal with the fundamental need for safety in their designs.

CROWDSOURCING: To those in positions of influence within the property industry, I pose this question: If a hazardous design in your property led to injury, how would you extend support to the affected individual?

#safetyfirst #responsibledesign

He Ain't heavy, he's my brother by the Hollies.

 … The road is long

With many a winding turn

That leads us to who knows where, who knows where

But I'm strong

Strong enough to carry him

He ain't heavy, he's my brother

… So on we go

His welfare is of my concern

No burden is he to bear

We'll get there

… For I know

He would not encumber me

He ain't heavy, he's my brother

… If I'm laden at all

I'm laden with sadness

That everyone's heart

Isn't filled with the gladness

Of love for one another

… It's a long, long road

From which there is no return

While we're on the way to there

Why not share?

… And the load

Doesn't weigh me down at all

He ain't heavy, he's my brother

… He's my brother

He ain't heavy, he's my brother

Traces of love by classics IV

Faded photographs, covered now with lines and creases

Tickets torn in half, memories in bits and pieces

Traces of love long ago that didn't work out right

Traces of love

Ribbons from her hair, souvenirs of days together

The ring she used to wear, pages from an old love letter

Traces of love long ago that didn't work out right

Traces of love with me tonight

I close my eyes and say a prayer that in her heart

She'll find a trace of love still there somewhere, oh

Traces of hope in the night that she'll come back and dry

These traces of tears from my eyes, oh, yeah

One day

A Priest passing through his church

In the middle of the day,

Decided to pause by the altar

To see who come to pray.

Just then the back door opened,

And a man came down the aisle,

The Priest frowned as he saw the man

Hadn't shaved in a while.

His shirt was torn and shabby,

And his coat was worn and frayed,

The man knelt down and bowed his head,

Then rose and walked away.

.

In the days that followed at precisely noon,

The Priest saw this man,

Each time he knelt just for a moment,

A lunch box in his lap.

Well, the Priest’s suspicions grew,

With robbery a main fear,

.

He decided to stop and ask the man,

'What are you doing here?'

The old man said he was a factory worker

And lunch was half an hour

Lunchtime was his prayer time,

For finding strength and power.

I stay only a moment

Because the factory's far away;

As I kneel here talking to the Lord,

This is kinda what I say:

.

'I JUST CAME BY TO TELL YOU, LORD,

HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN,

SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHERS FRIENDSHIP

AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.

DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,

BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.

SO, JESUS, THIS IS BEN,

JUST CHECKING IN TODAY.'

.

The Priest was feeling foolish,

Told Ben that it was fine.

He told the man that he was welcome

To pray there anytime.

'It's time to go, and thanks,' Ben said

As he hurried to the door.

Then the Priest knelt there at the altar,

Which he'd never done before.

His cold heart melted, warmed with love,

As he met with Jesus there.

As the tears flowed down his cheeks,

He repeated old Ben's prayer:

.

'I JUST CAME by TO TELL YOU, LORD,

HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN,

SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHERS FRIENDSHIP

AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.

I DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,

BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.

SO, JESUS, THIS IS ME,

JUST CHECKING IN TODAY.'

.

Past noon one day, the Priest noticed

That old Ben hadn't come.

As more days passed and still no Ben,

He began to worry some.

At the factory, he asked about him,

Learning he was ill.

The hospital staff was worried,

But he'd given them a thrill.

.

The week that Ben was with them,

Brought changes in the ward.

His smiles and joy contagious.

Changed people were his reward.

The head nurse couldn't understand

Why Ben could be so glad,

When no flowers, calls or cards came,

Not a visitor he had.

.

The Priest stayed by his bed,

He voiced the nurse's concern:

No friends had come to show they cared.

He had nowhere to turn.

Looking surprised, old Ben spoke up

And with a winsome smile;

'The nurse is wrong, she couldn't know,

He's been here all the while.'

Everyday at noon He comes here,

A dear friend of mine, you see,

He sits right down and takes my hand,

Leans over and says to me:

.

'I JUST CAME BY TO TELL YOU, BEN,

HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN,

SINCE WE FOUND THIS FRIENDSHIP,

AND I TOOK AWAY YOUR SIN .

I THINK ABOUT YOU ALWAYS

AND I LOVE TO HEAR YOU PRAY,

AND SO BEN, THIS IS JESUS,

JUST CHECKING IN TODAY .'

.

If this blesses you, pass it on. Many people

will walk in and out of your life, but only

true friends will leave footprints in your

heart

.

May God hold you in the palm of His hand

And Angels watch over you..

Please pass this page on to your friends

& loved ones. If you aren't ashamed.

Jesus said, ' If you are ashamed of me,'

I will be ashamed Of you before my Father.'

.

If you are not ashamed, pass this on.

So, FRIEND, this is ME ...

Many will come to your funeral to "say goodbye." Some will cancel commitments and even miss work to go to your funeral.

Your belongings, even what you didn't like to lend, will be sold, given away or burned.

Your keys, your tools, your books, your shoes, your clothes... And rest assured that the world will not stop to cry for you. The economy will continue.

In your job, you will be replaced. Someone with the same or better capabilities will take your place.

Your assets will go to your heirs.... And do not doubt that you will continue to be cited, judged, questioned and criticized for the small and great things you did in life.

People who knew you only by your appearance will say; Poor man or woman! o He or she had a great time!

Your sincere friends will cry for a few hours or a few days, but then they will return to laughter.

The "friends" who pulled you to partying will forget about you faster.

Your animals will get used to the new owner.

Your photos will hang on the wall or remain on a piece of furniture for a while, but then perhaps they will be stored at the bottom of a drawer. And we will only live in the memory of those who loved us.

Someone else will sit on your couch and eat at your table.

The deep pain in your house will last a week, two, a month, two, a year, two... Then you will be added to the memories and then, your story is over.

It ended up among people, it ended up here, it ended up in this world.

But begin your story in your new reality... in your life after death.

Your life where you couldn't move with the things from here because, when you left, they lost the value they had.

In your new life you will only need your spirit. And the value you have accumulated here will be the only fortune you will have there.

That fortune is the only one you will take with you and it is amassed during the time you are here. When you live a life of love for others and peace with your neighbors, you are amassing your spiritual fortune.

That's why try to live fully and be happy while you're here because, "From here you won't take what you have. You'll only take what you gave."

Pray

 Dearest PRAYER ROOM Mates,

I'm so sorry, I've not been able to do PRAYER ROOM for some days now.

When I landed back in Manila from a very hectic middle east seminars, I noticed my voice failing me.

Until it completely disappeared.

Have you ever experienced that?🤪

I open my mouth to say something--and I can't produce even a little sound?

It was crazy.

So I'm giving my voice and my body some rest.

When I'm better, I'll resume PRAYER ROOM.

I'm grateful God is giving me some restful days.

I just miss you guys.

Please know that I continue to pray for you.🙏

See you soon!

Blessings,

Bo

It's your choice.

It's your choice what will make you happy.

Ano daw.

Kapag tumulong, e di good.

I am trying to remember what I learned each decade:

At 10 years old:

You cannot learn by memorizing.

At 20 years old:

Master a skill whether you like it or not and you will eventually like doing it. Practice may not make it perfect but it becomes more fun as you start getting some results.

At 30 years old:

There are no wrong decisions. There is no need to wait for the perfect situation. At the end of the day, what we do after making the decision will make the difference. Just do it and be ready for whatever happens next.

At 40 years old:

People never change. We are genetically wired to be who we are. The luckiest are those who would never encounter any of the catalysts that would trigger their vulnerabilities.

At 50 years old:

Always put yourself first because no matter how kind you are, you will never satisfy an ungrateful person.

Maybe when I get to reach 60, my sad lesson would be:

I should have saved enough for retirement.

I got 8 years to go though so maybe my lesson by then would be - IT'S NEVER TOO LATE.

Happy Sunday!

Leopoldo Salcedo

Leopoldo Ganal Salcedo Sr. (March 12, 1912 – June 11, 1998) was a Filipino film actor dubbed as "The Great Profile" who specialized in portraying dramatic heroes.

Salcedo was born in Cavite. His father was of Spanish descent whose family immigrated in the Philippines years prior. His mother was a Filipina. In his youth, he had entered the seminary with aspirations towards priesthood, but he left after a year. Instead, he joined the bodabil troupe of Lou Borromeo in 1929. By 1934, Salcedo had broken into films, starring in José Nepomuceno's Sawing Palad. He was playing leading roles by the late 1930s, and signed up with the newly formed LVN studio. Among his most prominent roles during this period was as Macario Sakay, in Lamberto Avellana's debut film Sakay (1939).

Film production in the Philippines was halted after the Japanese invasion in 1941, and Salcedo returned to bodabil. He would perform at the Avenue Theater for the duration of the war. Salcedo also engaged in guerilla activities, for which he was incarcerated and released only upon the intercession of Benigno Aquino Sr.

After the war ended in 1945, Salcedo starred in such dramas as Capas (1946) and Siete Dolores (1948). In 1950, Salcedo formed his own production company, Leopoldo Salcedo Productions, which produced such films as Dalawang Bandila (1950), Talampasan (1953), and Highway 54 (1953). Many of Salcedo's post-war choices in roles tended towards socially relevant dramas. He had intended to produce a film on the life of the Hukbalahap leader Luis Taruc. Films such as Bisig ng Manggagawa (1951) and Batong Buhay (Sa Central Luzon) (1950) dealt with labor and agrarian strife. Years later, when he was cited by the Gawad Urian for its lifetime achievement award, his film career were characterized in this manner:

Salcedo's most famous role came in 1961, when he starred as the titular character in Gerry de Leon's The Moises Padilla Story, a film biography of a Negros Occidental mayoral candidate who in 1951, was tortured and murdered by the private army of the provincial governor after he had refused to withdraw his candidacy. For this role, Salcedo won his first FAMAS Best Actor award. He would win another FAMAS, this time as Best Supporting Actor, in 1976 for his portrayal of a zarzuela actor in Eddie Romero's Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon.

Salcedo's film career slowed down in the 1980s. His last film appearance was in Raymond Red's 1993 film Sakay, where he played the father of the same character he had portrayed 54 years earlier. He had been bedridden for one year before his death in 1998.

House bill 1987.

Yes, they released him. But not after jailing him unnecessarily. Imagine if this didn’t have the public attention that it has now. Imagine the thousands of times this happens to people who don’t have the money, power, influence or media attention to get released?

It’s time to update or abolish this senseless law, or hold authorities accountable for the incorrect enforcement of it. Whatever the reason is, bottom line is: stop jailing innocent people over the stupidity and recklessness of others. That’s it. Make people accountable for their own actions.

Currently there is House Bill No. 1987 or the proposed “Philippine Responsible Driving and Accountability Act” that has been gathering dust for the last 5 years. The bill states that the driver of a vehicle is not automatically presumed at fault for an accident and jailed for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide or injury simply because he was in the bigger vehicle or was less injured—but it needs your help to get resurrected.

If you are sick of living under the tyranny of stupidity, where kamotes rule the road and you could be jailed because a one of them decides to ride drunk and counterflow on the skyway, then make enough noise to get out legislators to revisit this.

Show your support in the comments box and I’ll do my best to get the help of a lawmaker that has the balls to do something about it.

COO.

“I used to be the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a chemical company. But I am embarrassed to tell you the things I used to do in corporate. When we wish to fire people who work in corporate jobs, instead of offering a severance package, we make life very difficult for them.

We humiliate them in meetings, we tell them they are not performing, we restructure the organization and reduce their seniority, and put junior people as their bosses. Eventually even the strong cannot ‘tahan’ and they will leave themselves. This is what they taught me in corporate, and this is what I did. But you don't realise it all eventually comes back to you.

Sadly, the company is never short of its people to volunteer to do the dirty job of undermining their own colleagues, not realising that one day they may be the victim themselves.

If you are mid-manager level, it's fine because you are purely operational. Once you get to senior manager position, that’s when the politicking starts. People get jealous of you, people backstab you and they would do anything to get rid of you. This is the ugly side of corporate culture and sadly the dark side of human nature too.

"Why did you quit corporate?"

One late night I looked through an old photo album of my family – of my lovely wife and children and I realised the past 20 years passed by in a blur. I could barely recall my children growing up and that my wife has become older – it was like I just woke up from a coma and I lost my memory. I regretted this bitterly and it was this moment I decided to make right of my life.

I’m grateful I’m given a second chance in life. This is my second chance.

Now, I operate a modest chemical business of my own. During the weekends, I also trade at a flea-market to sell our unneeded items, and have been a trader for two years.

I am actually saving up more money now, than when I was in corporate, as I’ve also learned to manage my finances more diligently and realized money was spent on unnecessary luxuries. For example, I thought I could not live without Astro because I used to watch EPL (English Premiere League football) every weekend. When I cut off Astro to save money, I realized I didn't miss it that much.

So here I am, selling our unneeded items, things which we rarely used - sometimes only once or twice. I have three children – a boy and two girls. Two are in university and one just finished SPM. Once the last one goes to university too, me and wife will move to a smaller apartment.

Once you declutter your life, you can focus on the things that really matter.

During my corporate work, I reported to the board and I had up to ten bosses. But now I just have one boss. My wife! This is my life now, it’s a lot simpler, but I'm happier.”

How to manage.

Recently, I was in Singapore 🇸🇬 with my daughter for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert. My daughter's a Swifty. 🥰

Anyway, this post is about marketing and business, related to what I've observed from this experience.

At first, I was concerned about how the 60,000 people would be managed. 😳

But you know what? When we arrived at OCBC Square to collect the merchandise, we did so quickly! There was no havoc either.

There's also a mall there. It was so convenient for me to buy a new shirt (because I sweated too much), and there was no long queue to order food there.

The most impressive part is that we could leave the concert smoothly by taking the MRT, which the concert crew highly suggests.

It's truly fascinating how efficient it was! We don't even need to squeeze in! 😁

With all of these in mind…

There's a reason why Taylor Swift picked Singapore for her concert tour here, right?

On top of that, she gets paid millions by the government of Singapore as well.

As a speaker, I can value being paid to speak instead of going on stage to present for free and needing to pitch. That's probably for some other posts.

At the same time...

There are others who complain about why Singapore is the only place to attend the Era concert in this region.

Let's be 100% honest and truthful without bias — is there another country in Southeast Asia that can manage the concert as smoothly as this? I haven't even touched on safety, airport arrival queues, public transport efficiency, etc.

👉 Here's a lesson in business I want to bring out today…

There will always be people who will complain, even if they are not your customers!

For instance, some are not planning to attend the concert, yet they complain about why it's only held in Singapore. 🙄

To succeed in business, always remember this:

The best way to make decisions is to consider the best option for your customers to be happy with your product and how your business can earn more.

Oh. One more thing - Taylor Swift is the apex of personal branding. 😎

Oras na.

 IT'S TIME TO NORMALIZE THESE:

1. Pag absent, absent ka. Wag mo isipin ang naiwang work mo. Kaya ka nag absent eh, kasi may reason ka not to work. You have other priorities for that day, whether for your rest, a special occasion, taking a break or having a vacation. Make the most out of your absence!

2. If you're sick, take a leave. Pag naka sick leave, REST! Hindi ka naman work from home but naka sick leave. HINDI KA ROBOT.

3. Remember, you are replaceable. Pag work, sa workplace lang yun. Hindi ka employee sa bahay mo. You're a loving parent, child, or spouse. YOU ARE MORE THAN JUST AN EMPLOYEE!

4. Promote Well-Being and Self-Care. Saying NO when the work is overwhelming is a form of self-care. DON'T GLORIFY OVERWORKING. WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER.

5. When we die, our positions will be filled again after few months, but the vacuum and void in our families and at our homes might be costly.

6. Take a break, magbakasyon, magtravel. HAVE A ME-TIME too.

Haba ng pila.

 I saw this photo online.

Kalungkot.

That's why, since 2013, I have started sharing what I know about starting and running a small business.

It started with a blog called "eskapology."

Eskapology - meaning the art and science of escaping the cubicle world. (8-5 job)

After a year of blogging, I started to get more and more emails from people who were sick and tired of their jobs.

But back then, I only taught mindset and motivational lang.

There are now how-to guides and specific details.

That's why I started holding online webinars and workshops and eventually started coaching people.

But since malawak ang business, I'm only focused on what I know best...

And that is creating and selling info-products like e-books.

My friend, if you waste 3 hours a day in traffic, and yet sapat sapat lang kinikita mo, you better find a better way to make money.

To your freedom,

Jon Oraña

P.S. You don't have to invest in any of my programs or courses. But do something else that will help you quit your job and make more money.

Sure, hindi magiging madali.

Pero hindi din madali ang buhay mo if you go through this kind of traffic every day.

Pero nag tag ulan at hindi kami nag aircon simula July 28 to Aug 11, meaning 2 weeks, kaya all the while nag eexpect ako ng mababang bill ngayon month ng August.
