 WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU LOOSE YOUR DRIVE AND MOTIVATION? πŸ€✨️


Staying motivated until you reach your dreams and goals isn't always easy. The truth is, many people work they're asses off day in and day out.


But what will you do if one day you feel, you are losing your drive and momentum? Nawalan ka na ng gana sa passion and life mo... 


Maapatanong ka, Is this normal? Why am I feeling this? What should I do? Dito na papasok ang;


- Doubt, pagdududahan mo ang sarili at ability mo.


- Confusions, you'll begin to ask yourself,

"Para sakin ba talaga ang path na ito?


-Fear, what if I failed, what if I never recover from this thought and feeling.


The truth is, in reality "We are not always motivated". Kahit yun mga successful person na kilala mo in real life or in social media hindi sila exempted sa thoughts and feelings na ito. 


Which means your feelings are normal.

Your feelings are Valid... πŸ’–πŸ€


These are my few advice on what you must do once you feel you are loosing your drive and momentum. Base na din sa personal experience. 


1) Acknowledge Your Feelings 🌸


Do not deny it. Yun salitang, "Lilipas din" wag mong ugaliin sabihin. Dahil ang feelings and thoughts na yan hindi lng minsan kung dumating. Paulit ulit ka nyang bibisitahin. And you cannot figure out something that you don't acknowledge and you continuously deny.


Instead choose to be aware of this thought and feeling, educate yourself on how you to handle it so you can overcome victoriously. 


2) Know The Root Cause πŸ€”


-Ano ba yun environment na meron ka?

-Who or what surrounds you?

-Who are your friends?

-People you always hangout with?


Sabi nga, "Show me your friends are and I will tell you who you are.".


3) Remind Yourself of Your Reasons πŸ’–


What are your Reasons?

-Gusto mo ba ng maganda at maayos na bahay.

-Gusto mong makaahon sa hirap.

-Makaipon, Magkaron ng Business.


Who are your Reasons?

-Your Parents, Kapatid, Anak...

-Yourself...


Remind yourself why you are doing what you're doing. Para kanino ka ba bumabangon??


4) Get an Awesome Rest πŸ–


Kasi naman baka pagod ka at yun katawan at utak mo naghahanap ng pahinga, break. At ang kailangan mo talaga ay tamang tulog, healthy food, vacation, breathe of fresh air. Magpaaraw ka, enjoy the nature bhe. πŸ€


Treat yourself, maybe you need a slice of cake 🍰 or a scoop of ice cream🍦. Be kind to yourself.

Hey, you deserve it... 


5) Most of all, Pray πŸ™


Ask Him for guidance. Magpasama ka sa kanya at hindi ka nya iiwanan hanggang sa dulo. He is the unseen guide who makes a promise, "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you...". 


Magandang araw, sana ayos ka lng at makatulong sayo ang advice na ito. πŸ™πŸ’–
