6. At least 3 Affidavits from PEEs - PEEs certifying your experience, competence, and character. This is mandatory. Mentoring Program with IIEE is _optional_, not required.
7. Certificate of membership in good standing with IIEE (APO)
8. CPD compliance (current requirement as per PRC)
9. NBI Clearance / Other clearances as required by PRC.
3. Process After Submission
1. Document screening by BEE
