10/17/2021 upgrade our line from dsl (copper) to fiber line. Same plan.
From 10/19 to 10/25 no internet and globe tech arrived around 12nn of 10/25/2021. Cause of LOS loss of signal nabunot sa cabinet nila na sas poste.
Iba na pala account no. Sabi ng technican buti nabanggit sa reimbursed ng 7 days na wala kaming internet. Then glode send new bill sa new account. Eh kaka bayad ko pa lang sa old bill. Wow double black eye. Nag IM sa tweet nila ala pa matinong reply.
