 Breaking: Cavite Calibrated Quarantine Operations (May 1, 12:01 am - May 15, depending on the National Government assigned time)

Mga kalalawigan.  Buong araw po ako nagkikipagugnayan sa aking mga kapwa namumuno ng lalawigan.  Marami silang input at valid rin naman.  Pero ito ang nakapagsunduan`:

1. 24 curfew maliban sa 

A. Quarantine pass holder (hanggang 6pm na lamang)

B. Frontliners

C. Food Handlers (palenke, grocery, talipapa, bulungan, supermarket)

D. Bank employees

E.  Other Financial Services

F.  Relief operations

2. Essential businesses will remain open

A. Food delivery and service (no restaurants)

B. gas stations

C. Financial services

3. Enhanced anti-tambay operations

A. Checkpoints will be a maximum of 4 people at a time (excluding PNP/AFP)

B. Bawal na po ang naka tayo sa harap ng bahay kung walang quarantine pass.  

C. Pwede po sa loob ng bakuran, Pero pag kalye na ay pwede na kayo ma sita o arestohin ng PNP (according to the PNP chief’s directives)

D. Pag nagala sa lansangan at walang quarantine pass ay automatic arrest order.

E. Kahit may quarantine pass ay bawal mag kumpolan.  

F. Bawal na po ang mag exercise sa labas ng bakuran.  Jogging, walking, Zumba, at iba pa ay bawal.

G. Quarantine passes are only accepted for INTRA-LGU (sa loob ng nasasakupan na LGU) only.  Halimbawa...Ang q pass ng gentri ay para dun lamang.

4. Mandatory FACE MASK para sa lahat.  Violators will be charged.

5. PEZA remains under the control of the National Government.  Non-Peza factories are subject IATF guidelines.  Sa ngayon ay halos 50% operations sila.  All employees are required to bring IDs at all times specially when going to and from work.

6. Senior Citizens are not allowed outside their homes.

7. No kite flying

8. Violation of any prohibited acts are subject to sanctions based on municipal, city, and provincial ordinances
