Step-by-Step: Pagpapalit ng Email sa LTMS Portal/ClientCare
Step 1: Ihanda ang mga kailangan
* Valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, PRC ID, etc.) – siguraduhing malinaw ang scan o photo.
* Old email address na naka-register sa LTMS Portal.
* New email address na gusto mong gamitin.
LTMS account reference (hal. LTMS ID, Plate Number, o Registration Number).
Step 2: Gumawa ng formal email request
Buksan ang email client mo at i-compose ang email sa:
clientcare@lto.gov.ph
Subject line: Request to Change Registered Email – [Your Full Name]
Body ng email halimbawa:
Magandang araw po,
Ako po si [Buong Pangalan], may LTMS Portal account na naka-register sa email na [Old Email Address]. Nais ko pong palitan ang aking email sa bagong account na [New Email Address].
Mga detalye ng aking account:
- LTMS ID / Plate Number / Registration Number: [Ilagay dito]
- Valid ID attached: [I-attach ang scan/photo ng ID]
Hinihiling ko po ang inyong tulong na ma-update ang email ko sa inyong system.
Maraming salamat po.
Lubos na gumagalang,
[Buong Pangalan]
[Contact Number]
Step 3: I-attach ang ID
Siguraduhing malinaw ang front at back ng ID kung kinakailangan.
I-check na readable at walang nakatabing detalye.
Step 4: I-send ang email
Double-check ang lahat ng detalye bago i-send.
I-save ang copy ng email bilang record ng request.
Step 5: Hintayin ang confirmation
Karaniwang mag-reply ang ClientCare sa loob ng 3–5 business days (depende sa dami ng inquiries).
Makakatanggap ka ng verification email sa bagong email para tapusin ang update.
Step 6: I-verify ang bagong email
Buksan ang email at i-click ang verification link.
Pagkatapos nito, ang bagong email na ang gagamitin sa LTMS Portal.
Tips
- Huwag magbigay ng LTMS password sa kahit sino.
- Siguraduhin na ang bagong email ay secure at aktibo.
- Kung urgent, puwede rin personal visit sa LTO branch para mas mabilis.

Maraming drivers ang hindi na ma-access ang kanilang LTMS Portal dahil sa pagpapalit ng email address. Mahalagang malinaw: hindi ito basta-basta mare-retrieve online kung wala ka nang access sa lumang email.
PROPER WAY TO RECOVER YOUR LTMS ACCOUNT:
1. Personally visit the nearest LTO Office
Seek assistance from the LTMS Help Desk / Client Support.
2. Prepare the following:
- Driver’s License / Student Permit / Conductor’s Permit
- One valid government-issued ID
- Old email address (if remembered, even if no longer accessible)
- New active and personal email address
3. At the LTO office, they will:
- Verify your identity
- Update your registered email address
- Reset your password or issue temporary access
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
* The “Forgot Password” option will not work if the OTP is sent to your old email.
* Do NOT create a new LTMS account.
One driver = one LTMS account only.
Duplicate accounts may cause problems with records, renewals, or violation history.
PRACTICAL ADVICE FOR ALL DRIVERS:
Use a personal and long-term email address for your LTMS account.
Avoid using company or temporary emails.
Do not entrust your LTMS account to fixers or third parties.
