So excited to be working with DOH Secretary Ed Mercado and Philhealth CEO & President Dr. Beverly Ho for the budget of the Department of Health!

While Philhealth head, Dr. Mercado was able to improve the serices and benefits of the agency.

Dr. Beverly Ho helped us during the deliberations, the drafting, up to the passage of the Universal Healthcare Law.

Must be fate to put all of us together to ensure that implementation of the Universal Healthcare Law will be givem utmost priority and importance with me as Chair of the Finance Committee of the Senate.
