This might be long...

The world is different today than few months ago. The corona virus pandemic has made a lot of employee’s sense of disruptive and uncertainty. Most of us are in between of SAFETY and FINANCIAL STABILITY. 

📍Will I choose to be SAFE and stay at home so my family will also be safe?

📍Will I go to work so we have food on our table and will able to pay for our bills?

Those are the questions in my mind when a lockdown was declared to NCR and nearby provinces. 

Why I am still working at the production (going to ADGT)?

1. Since I am from Line Support, we are not qualified for a work from home. But the company has work from home or remote work employees. (China-oil😑)

2. ADGT keep their employees safe, healthy and engaged (So dapat naniniwala ka at nararamdaman mo yun)

- [ ] ECPTO - 25days paid leaves

- [ ] Free daily vitamins

- [ ] Gas allowance - during ECQ since shuttle are limited during those time

- [ ] Additional 100 pesos daily food allowance during ECQ

- [ ] Offered Stay-in at hotels like Bayleaf, Microtel,Kimberly Hotel and in-house facilities (may free breakfast ka na, may lotion ka pa na ipapamigay sa mga workmates mo😚)

- [ ] Additional 0.5 on your basic pay during ECQ

- [ ] Shuttle service (bawal may ka share sa upuan- social distancing, so sa mag jowa hiwalay muna sila ng upuan; sa single sanay na sila mag isa🤭)

- [ ] Monthly survey and health assessment - this is to ensure that you follow protocols: no family members from abroad na nakasalamuha mo, and other vital infos. 

- [ ] The company is encouraging everyone on self assessment kung may masama kang nararamdaman. Feel na feel mo ang concern kasi yung nurse tatawag sa’yo everyday, minsan si mam Arlene pa🤫

- [ ] Teleconsult is available (kakausapin mo si doc thru phone call at sasabihin mo lahat ng nararamdaman mo) 

- [ ] Transparency on covid+ (yes, it was announced thru e-mail, hindi itinatago o ibinubulong lang)

- [ ] Extended special shuttle route sa mga selective areas like AreaF and AreaC

- [ ] Disinfections

- [ ] Tissues and alcohol are available

- [ ] Temp scanner as you enter the company premises 

- [ ] Kung may own car ka, alam mo na yung gulong ng kotse mo ay disinfect din nila 

- [ ] Practiced social distancing - may mga marked sa table ng canteen, nalipat yung mga locker sa labas para di nagkakagulo sa loob ng locker area, may marked kahit sa pila... pasaway ka na lang talaga kapag di ka marunong sumunod..🤦🏻‍♀️

- [ ] May 3 o clock habit linis din (samahan mo na rin ng dasal)

- [ ] Free face mask (washable) sabihin mo salamat EHS awit!

- [ ] First wave and second wave shuttle implementation para di crowded sa pila

Those are the reasons why am I still working at the production.
