Be healty

 My dad passed away in his early 40s.

That’s one of the biggest reasons why I do what I do now.


He was young. Akalain mo 40s pa lang. 😬

Tapos anim kaming magkakapatid. 

Pero sa totoo lang, parang tanda niya na noon.


Pagod. Sakitin. Mataas ang BP. 


I didn’t know it then, pero lifestyle pala talaga.

Years of not moving enough, not eating right, not resting well —

unti-unting bumabawi ang katawan.


Until one day, he was just… gone.


Hindi ko siya masisisi.

Wala namang nagturo sa kanya kung paano maging malusog habang tumatanda.

Wala namang nag-remind sa kanya na hindi pa huli ang lahat.


Kaya siguro, ngayon ko naiintindihan kung bakit ko ginagawa to. 


I coach people in their 40s and 50s and even 70s.

not just to look good,

but to stay strong.

To be present sa buhay ng pamilya nila.

To feel alive, not just surviving.


Kung tatay ka, nanay ka, asawa,

someone out there needs you well.

Not just around — but strong, functional, joyful.


And if no one told you this before, let me be the first:

You still have time.

You still matter.

And you’re not too late to start.
