CHICKEN MARINADE NEGOSYO RECIPE (5 FLAVORS)
FLAVOR 1: CHICKEN KARAAGE
Ingredients:
4 quarter leg, boneless (cut into 4 pcs each)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake or soju
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedure:
Ihalo lahat ng ingredients sa chicken.
Imarinate for 30 mins to overnight.
Ready to pack or fry.
Optional: Lagyan ng potato starch bago iprito.
FLAVOR 2: FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
4 quarter leg, binalian sa joint
1 tbsp minced garlic
Garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Procedure:
Ihalo lahat ng pampalasa sa manok.
Rub evenly and marinate.
Ready na i-pack o i-breading bago lutuin.
FLAVOR 3: SPICY KOREAN BBQ
Ingredients:
4 quarter leg
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup honey
3 tbsp Korean pepper paste (gochujang)
Procedure:
Paghaluin muna lahat ng sauce ingredients.
Ihalo sa chicken, imarinate ng 30 mins or more.
Pwede ring dagdagan ng sesame seeds bago i-pack.
FLAVOR 4: CHICKEN BBQ
Ingredients:
¼ cup brown sugar
⅛ cup ketchup
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedure:
Paghaluin lahat ng ingredients.
Gigilitan ang chicken para manuot ang lasa.
Ihalo ang sauce mixture at imarinate.
FLAVOR 5: CHICKEN INASAL
Ingredients:
2 tbsp soy sauce
⅛ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar (with annatto seeds)
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
¼ cup liquid seasoning
Tanglad (lemongrass stalk)
Procedure:
Paghaluin lahat ng ingredients.
Idagdag ang tanglad (pitpitin muna).
Imarinate ang chicken at i-pack.
Optional: tanggalin ang tanglad bago i-seal.
