🟢 Ideal: 90/60 – 110/70
📌 Mas mababa kaysa adult dahil mas maliit ang katawan
🧑🎓 Teenagers (13–19 years old)
🟢 Ideal: 90/60 – 120/80
📌 Unti-unting nagiging katulad ng adult BP
🧑 Young Adults (20–39 years old)
🟢 Ideal: <120/80
