Good day! 
Sensya po di ko ma replyan lahat ng messages and comments po pero po yun nag aask nun ginawa ko before sa 22k bill ko nun 2024.
Ito po yun kaya ko i share.

Need po ma report nyo sa Meralco first kahit hotline 16211 and make sure to record the reference and date ng tawag. After 5 days po and my outcome. Tumawag padin po kayo to reconfirm the outcome usually ang susuggest nila is to raise new ticket for endorsement pero they will set your expectation po na same outcome. Still raise a ticket and get the reference po kasi pag walang open ticket po and closed, di na po na hohold yun bill charges baka po magulat kayo ma disconnect and sa disconnection noticed nila automated so di talaga ma stop yun lalo pag di settled or zero out yun bill.

Then po hired an electrician to check your lines and metro if my loosen or tamper or jumpering and make sure video record it. Also, yun testing na i switch off yun breaker then i checheck yun metro if my galaw siya for 3 to 5 mins so vivideohan nyo po siya make sure na makikita yun oras like OA man itapat nyo po sa watch or relo nyo start and stop ng testing, if walang pag galaw it means walang loosen or jumpering sa line (this is to prove na na check yun line ng electrician)
(If incase po na tulad ko nun 2023/2024 pinalitan yun sirang metro ng meralco make sure you have yun paper na ibibigay nila din video record din po para my copy kayo)

After all that then need nyo po talaga effort to go to Meralco branch to report for dispute bring all paperworks picture ng metro(realtime or same day na photo) then gagawan kayo ng report dun basta insist nyo this needs to be check since unjustified yun charges given the situation explain ilan appliances nyo my nadagdag or wala ilan tao sa bahay as in lahat ng need malaman. Then pag nagawan kayo report and you feel na wala talaga or kahit dun sa hotline na nakausap is the outcome is unacceptable.

Email po kayo sa ConsumerCare@dti.gov.ph Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
Detailed po lahat dapat and lahat i attached yun video file need nyo paliitin yun size just use capcut to reduce the size file. Bills nyo for the last 3 to 4 months or depende sa dinidispute nyo po.
Lahat ng reference number and all.
Then wait nyo po na may mag reply na irerefer kayo sa Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) then sila po direct mag email ky Meralco iattached ko dito screenshot nun reply sakin ng ERC nun 2024 (pero i cant attache the whole for privacy nadin po)

The si Meralco po magrereply dun kasi ERC will only give them 5 days to response.
Although yun sakin sobrang tagal po talaga pero ang ginagawa ko binabayaran ko yun mga new charges sa bill except sa 22k pero mind you po throughout every week i called 16211 just to make sure the bill is hold kasi nga yun disconnection noticed po si automated and nakakapraning siya!

Right now po we reported ni mama sa Meralco kanina (April 23, 2026) yun sa bills and waiting po na my pumunta samin to check. Although they were able to explain kasi mas may access sila sa end nila kesa sa mga nakakausap sa hotline na limited lang.
(Yun name ni mama sa bill na mali ng spelling, finally po is nagawan nadin ng action. Kaya matatama na yun Leonila to Leonida finally)

I do hope it helps po sa iba. Kasi ako nun 2024 ko lang nalaman yun pwede ko gawin kasi i asked and searched san ako pwede mag escalate externally kasi sa Pinas parang wala kasi tayo masyado idea if san ba lalapit talaga pag my need ka na help sa mga gantong bagay madalas irerefer ka sa ganto tapos pasa pasa.

Di ko po to pinost before kasi i dont want any drama nun time na experience ko to and mga close na tao lang ang na sabihan ko po nito. Pero it really gives me stress. Kaya po my video yun si mama and bunso nun na binigyan ako ng 20k and naiyak ako sa video kasi dahil dito kasi sobrang stress ko po talaga nun time na yan na parang akala mo dead end na babayaran ko yan 22k na alam ko di ko deserved or di talaga tama! Pero grateful ako sa mga tumulong sakin mentally and emotionally.

Pero this post po is not to show hate to anyone or kahit kanino and it is just me sharing my recent and new experience ky Meralco.
