04072020 INNOVA

Plan to go to SM Bacoor for grocery 04072020.

Upon turn on of INNOVA  the engine and warning indicator is both ON and  with error display "CHECK ENGINE AND  GO TO NEAREST TOYOTA SERVICE CENTER FOR CHECK UP"

Corrective action done:

1. Consult the manual.
2. As per manual error is possible to CPU, throttle sensor & etc.
3. Visual check all the wiring connection in the engine.
4. Found cut wire on top of the engine white one.
5. Add additional wire, re-solder and covered with tape.
6. Re- start the engine 1st try with error, 2nd try with error, 3rd try with error and 4th try error was gone. Possible the CPU already reset during on and off.
7. Long term go to Toyota Bacoor and ask for replacement of the soldered wire.

Root cause:
1. Factory defect wire already with cut.
2. Kinagat ng daga.
3. Maybe there is sharp things pass in the wire that cut it.

Re-try in the ff. day 04082020 - still okay then went to SM Bacoor 3pm nakalabas 8pm. Dami ng tao na namimili.

Check INNOVA SHINE - re start ok -  observed may tae ng daga sa garahe pati sa ilalim ni shine.

C/A:
1. Inilabas si shine at nilinis ang tae ng daga.
2. Tinanggal yung harabilya at 2 halamang mataas - baka doon dumadaan.
3. Yung side na pinto dinagdagan ng screen.
4. Yung main gate inayos din yung screen.

Mamaya maglalagay ng keso with lason. Para malaman kung may daga pa sa garahe.
