Adobong pusit

 ADOBONG PUSIT


A delicious and flavorful way of cooking squid! This Adobong Pusit recipe is easy to make and is done in a jiffy! The squid is simmered in a tasty vinegar and squid ink stew that you will find irresistible! 


INGREDIENTS:

750g squid

1/4 warm water

1 cup tomatoes

2 stalks celery

3 cloved garlic

1 medium onion

2 tbsp fish sauce

5-6 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 water

1/4 tsp ground pepper

2 tbsp oil
